Abstract
Description
ムーニー粘度 共重合体(充てん剤及び油を含まないEPDM)のムーニー粘度(125℃におけるML1+4)は、1分の余熱時間及び4分のローター運転時間を用いてASTM 1646−04に従って測定する。機器は、Alpha Technologies Rheometer MDR 2000である。
エチレン、α−オレフィン及び非共役ポリエンからなる共重合体のエチレン及び非共役ポリエン含有率は、13C又は1H核磁気共鳴(NMR)分光法によって求めることができる。例えば、1H NMRスペクトルは、次の機器条件:パルス角度、40°;捕捉時間、0.7秒;パルス遅延、5.0秒;分光幅、12,000Hz及び累積過渡電流、200を用いて、フーリエ変換モードで作動するVarian XL−400 NMR分光計によって得ることができる。

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも以下の成分:
(A)以下のもの:
i)エチレン、α−オレフィン及び非共役ポリエンを重合形態で含む第一共重合体;
ii)エチレン、α−オレフィン及び非共役ポリエンを重合形態で含む第二共重合体
を含み、
3.5以下のMWD、80以上のムーニー粘度(ML(1+4、125℃))、及び0.429モル/gより大きい[(ML(1+4、125℃))/Mw(conv)]*1000を有する第一組成物;
(B)熱可塑性ポリマー;並びに
(C)加硫剤
を含む組成物。 - 第一組成物が、80から200までのムーニー粘度(ML(1+4、125℃))を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 第一組成物が、FTIRで測定して、第一組成物の総重量に対して65重量%以上のエチレンを含む、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 第一組成物が、第一組成物の総重量に対して65重量%以上の全エチレン含有率を有し、第一共重合体と第二共重合体との間のエチレン含有率の差異の絶対値が、5から10重量%までである、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 第一組成物が、FTIRで測定して、第一組成物の総重量に対して65から74重量%までのエチレンを含む、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 第一組成物がペレット化できる、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマー(成分B)が、プロピレンベースのポリマーである、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーが、ポリプロピレンホモポリマー、プロピレン/エチレンコポリマー、プロピレン/α−オレフィンコポリマー及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 熱可塑性ポリマーが、0.5から10g/10分のMFRを有する、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 油をさらに含む、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 加硫剤が、フェノール樹脂からなる群から選択される、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から形成された架橋組成物。
- ペレット化することができる、先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 先行請求項のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から形成された少なくとも1つの構成部品を含む物品。
- 異形材、射出成形部品、ガスケット、履物部材及び管からなる群から選択される、請求項34に記載の物品。
