Abstract
Description
The present invention includes, for example, welding fumes generated during arc welding, dust generated at civil engineering work sites such as tunnels, solvents generated during painting work, and the like (hereinafter collectively referred to as “dust”). It is suitable for collection.
“Pneumoconiosis” is known as a disease affecting workers who work in an environment where inorganic matter such as small dust and metal particles or mineral dust is generated. The pneumoconiosis is a disease in which lung tissue becomes fibrotic and hard and loses elasticity when a large amount of inorganic or mineral dust is inhaled. Since pneumoconiosis can cause complications such as shortness of breath, cough, sputum, bronchitis, lung cancer, and pneumothorax, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare is promoting measures (“Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare website 7th Dust Refer to "General measures for preventing failures").
A material that contributes to the pneumoconiosis is welding fume. Welding fume is metal dust of micron which is generated during welding (arc welding). It penetrates into the alveoli deep in the lungs and sinks, causing abnormalities in the respiratory system such as cough, sputum, wheezing and shortness of breath. . Conventionally, as a device for preventing adverse effects on the human body due to such suction of welding fume, a “welding fume wet collection device” (Patent Document 1) that collects welding fume with a liquid, or “welding flue gas collection” "Dust device" (patent document 2) etc. are proposed.
The “welding fume wet collection device” described in

An object of the present invention is to provide a dust collection method and a dust collection device that have a simple structure, are easy to maintain and manufacture, can be reduced in size, and contribute to a reduction in maintenance costs. .
The dust collection method of the present invention is a dust collection method in which exhaust is brought into contact with a liquid in a treatment tank to collect dust in the exhaust. In the dust collection method, exhaust containing dust is taken into the treatment tank, and the taken-in exhaust is treated. In this method, the fine bubbles are ejected into the liquid in the tank to form fine bubbles, and the fine bubbles are ruptured in the processing tank to collect the dust in the fine bubbles with the liquid in the processing tank.
The dust collection device of the present invention is a dust collection device that collects dust in the exhaust by bringing the exhaust into contact with the liquid in the treatment tank. A blower to be sent to the processing tank, and a fine bubble forming means arranged in the liquid in the processing tank to make the exhaust gas sent from the blower into the processing tank into fine bubbles. A fine mouth that flows out into the liquid, and the exhaust that flows out from the fine mouth can be made into fine bubbles, the fine bubbles burst in the processing tank, and the dust in the fine bubbles comes into contact with the liquid It is intended to be collected.
In the dust collecting apparatus, two or more fine foaming means are arranged in the processing tank so as to be separated from each other up and down, and the fine bubbles which are fined by the lower fine foaming means pass through the upper fine foaming means. It can be further refined.
In the dust collecting apparatus, the lower microbubble generation means may be a ventilation body having a plurality of fine ports through which exhaust flows out into the liquid in the processing tank.
In the dust collection device, the fine foaming means provided above the ventilation body further refines the exhaust gas atomized by the ventilation body, and a filter body capable of filtering the dust contained in the exhaust gas. can do.
In the dust collecting apparatus, the processing tank may be provided with a magnet capable of adsorbing the metal powder in the collected dust.

(Embodiment of dust collection method)
An example of the dust collection method of the present invention will be described. The dust collection method of the present invention can be used in various applications. Here, the case where the exhaust gas generated during arc welding is sucked and dust (welding fumes) contained in the exhaust gas X is collected is described as an example. To do.
In this dust collection method, the exhaust X is taken into the processing tank T, the exhaust X taken into the processing tank T is microbubbled, and the microbubbled exhaust X is ruptured in the processing tank T. In this method, the welding fumes in the exhaust X (fine bubbles) are brought into contact with the liquid W in the processing tank T to collect the welding fumes contained in the exhaust X. By making the exhaust X into fine bubbles, the contact area between the exhaust X and the liquid W increases, and the welding fume in the exhaust X can be efficiently collected. The exhaust gas after collecting the welding fume (hereinafter referred to as “process gas”) is directly discharged out of the process tank T.
In the present embodiment, room temperature water is used as the liquid W to be placed in the processing tank T, but the liquid W may be other than room temperature water as long as welding fume can be collected. The liquid W does not need to be replaced for each use, and may be appropriately replaced after the treatment is performed a plurality of times. In this case, it is desirable to collect the collected welding fume with a magnet (not shown) or the like so that it can be processed separately from the liquid W.

An example of the
[Outline of dust collector]
As an example, the
[Treatment tank]
The processing tank T contains a liquid W used for collecting welding fumes. As an example, the processing tank shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with an opening 11 (FIG. 3) on the upper surface, and a
The processing tank T is provided with a drain 14 (FIG. 2) for discharging the liquid W out of the processing tank T. The
[Blower]
The
As described above, the
A hood 9 as shown in FIGS. 7A to 7C is provided at the tip of the
The
A connecting
[Ventilation body]
The
The
As long as the exhaust X sent from the
When using the

The filter body 4 further refines the exhaust gas X which is blown out from the
The filter body 4 is disposed in the liquid W in the processing tank T and above the
Two or more filter bodies 4 can be provided at intervals in the depth direction (vertical direction) of the processing tank T. In this case, it is preferable to prepare each filter body 4 having different eye roughness so that dusts having different particle diameters can be collected. In the illustrated embodiment, the filter body 4 is provided horizontally, but may be provided with an inclination (inclined). When a plurality of filter bodies 4 are provided, they can all be horizontal, can be provided with the same gradient / direction, or can be provided with different gradients / directions.
