Abstract
【解決手段】バイオマスとプラスチックを含む廃棄物原料から廃棄物成形物を製造する方法であって、廃棄物原料を乾燥し、破砕した後、破砕後の原料を加熱し加圧力を10MPa以上で加圧成形する。

Claims (8)
- バイオマスとプラスチックを含む廃棄物原料から廃棄物成形物を製造する方法であって、廃棄物原料を乾燥し、破砕した後、破砕後の原料を加熱し加圧力を10MPa以上で加圧成形することを特徴とする廃棄物成形物の製造方法。
- 廃棄物原料の加熱温度を120〜300℃とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物成形物の製造方法。
- 廃棄物原料の加熱温度を180〜300℃とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物成形物の製造方法。
- 廃棄物原料の加熱温度を230〜250℃とする請求項1に記載の廃棄物成形物の製造方法。
- 廃棄物原料の乾燥が水分を3〜25wt%とすることとする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載の廃棄物成形物の製造方法。
- 廃棄物原料の破砕は破砕サイズを20mm以下とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の廃棄物成形物の製造方法。
- 廃棄物原料の破砕は破砕サイズを5mm以下とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載の廃棄物成形物の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項7のうちの一つの方法で製造された廃棄物成形物。
