Abstract
【解決手段】燃料電池10を構成する発電ユニット12は、第1金属セパレータ14、第1電解質膜・電極構造体16a、第2金属セパレータ18、第2電解質膜・電極構造体16b及び第3金属セパレータ20を設ける。第1金属セパレータ14には、第1電解質膜・電極構造体16aを位置決めするための第1凸状部86aが設けられる。第2金属セパレータ18には、第1電解質膜・電極構造体16aの移動を規制するための第2凸状部88aが設けられる。

Claims (4)
- 電解質の両側にそれぞれ電極が配設される電解質・電極構造体を、第1セパレータ及び第2セパレータ間に積層した燃料電池であって、
前記第1セパレータには、前記電解質・電極構造体を位置決めするための第1凸状部が前記第2セパレータに向かって設けられる一方、
前記第2セパレータには、前記電解質・電極構造体の移動を規制するための第2凸状部が前記第1セパレータに向かって設けられることを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項1記載の燃料電池において、前記第2凸状部は、前記第1凸状部よりも内側に配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項1記載の燃料電池において、前記第1凸状部と前記第2凸状部とは、前記電解質・電極構造体の外周形状に沿って互いに隣接して配置されることを特徴とする燃料電池。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池において、前記第1凸状部は、前記第2セパレータに向かって先端側が肉薄に且つ内側面が鉛直となる断面直角三角形状を有することを特徴とする燃料電池。
