Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a permanent magnet rotating electric machine and an elevator drive hoist using the same.
The elevator-driven hoisting machine that requires small size, light weight and low vibration uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor with high torque density and low torque pulsation. A neodymium magnet having a high energy density is employed for this motor. However, in recent years, there has been a demand for rare earth-free / free permanent magnet rotating electric machines, and ferrite magnets with a lower content of rare earth elements than neodymium magnets are attracting attention again.
The magnetic force of a ferrite magnet is about 1/3 that of a neodymium magnet. When a neodymium magnet is replaced with a ferrite magnet, the shortage of torque due to a decrease in magnetic force needs to be compensated by an increase in the magnet surface area, which increases the size of the motor. This is a big problem for an elevator-driven hoist with severe installation space restrictions. Therefore, there is a demand for a permanent magnet rotating electric machine that can realize a high torque density with a low-magnetism magnet such as a ferrite magnet.
A permanent magnet rotating electrical machine used for an elevator drive hoist is mainly a surface magnet type (SPM: Surface Permanent Magnet) in which a permanent magnet is attached to the surface of a rotor. However, with this structure, the surface area of the magnet cannot be increased beyond the area of the air gap (opposite area of the rotor and stator), and it is difficult to make the magnetic flux density in the air gap higher than the residual magnetic flux density of the magnet. It is. Therefore, with such a structure, it is difficult to achieve a high torque density using a low-magnetism permanent magnet such as a ferrite magnet.
On the other hand, there is a brushless DC motor disclosed in
By disposing the magnet as described in
However, in the case of an elevator-driven hoisting machine that needs to output a relatively large torque (several hundred to several thousand Nm) at the time of overload, according to the study by the present inventors, the permanent magnet rotating electric machine described in
As described above, in the permanent magnet rotating electrical machine disclosed in
An object of the present invention is to provide a permanent magnet rotating electric machine capable of realizing a high torque density in addition to suppressing an increase in power supply capacity, and an elevator drive hoist using the same.
The permanent magnet rotating electrical machine of the present invention is a stator composed of a stator core and a stator winding disposed in a slot of the stator core, and a rotor facing the stator via a radial air gap. The rotor core and a rotor in which permanent magnets magnetized perpendicularly to the radial direction are alternately arranged radially, the minimum width of the slot opening is a, and the magnetic pole tip width of the rotor core When b is b, a ≧ b.
According to the present invention, an increase in power supply capacity can be suppressed and a high torque density can be realized.
Problems, configurations, and effects other than those described above will be clarified by the following description of embodiments.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
A permanent magnet rotating electric machine according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view in the radial direction of a 1/6 model (one of six divided in the circumferential direction) of the permanent magnet rotating electrical machine according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the permanent magnet rotating
On the other hand, the rotor 3 includes a
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
Note that a gap may be provided in place of the
In FIG. 2, the schematic diagram which expand | deployed the radial direction cross section of the permanent magnet rotary electric machine of the 1st Embodiment of this invention is shown.
In FIG. 2, the minimum width of the opening of the
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion where the rotor and the stator face each other in the permanent magnet rotating electric machine shown in FIG.
By satisfying a ≧ b, as shown in FIG. 3, when the
In the conventional permanent magnet rotating electric machine, the minimum width a of the opening of the
In the permanent magnet rotating electrical machine satisfying a ≧ b, further, by satisfying b ≧ c, the stator salient pole 42-air gap 8-rotor magnetic pole 71-permanent magnet 6-adjacent rotor magnetic pole. 71-Air gap 8-The magnetic resistance of the magnetic flux path of the adjacent stator
In the permanent magnet rotating electrical machine that satisfies a ≧ b, or that satisfies a ≧ b and b ≧ c, and further satisfies b ≦ d, the rotor
In particular, in the embodiment of the present invention, a desirable ratio of a, b, c, d is approximately 0.9: 0.9: 0.7: 1.0 (the shape of FIG. 1) according to the study by the present inventors.
FIG. 4 shows a partially enlarged view of the stator core in the permanent magnet rotating electric machine shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 4,
FIG. 5 shows a partially enlarged view of the rotor core in the permanent magnet rotating electric machine shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5,
FIG. 6 shows a simulation of current-torque characteristics of a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine (a, b, c, d ratio of 0.9: 0.9: 0.7: 1.0) according to an embodiment of the present invention (magnetic field analysis by the side element finite element method). Results are shown. As a comparative example, the simulation results of the current-torque characteristics of a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine (simulating a conventional permanent magnet rotating electrical machine) in which the ratio of a, b, c, and d is 0.3: 1.5: 0.8: 1.0 Also shown. Torque is normalized by overload torque, and current is normalized by the maximum current during overload torque. The permanent magnet used is a ferrite magnet of about 0.45 T at room temperature.
In the structure of the comparative example, the magnetic flux by the stator windings, returns to the stator side through the pole surface of the rotor, the leakage magnetic flux f l which does not contribute to the torque increases. Furthermore, this leakage magnetic flux is a cause of magnetic saturation of the stator teeth at the time of overload, and the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet does not enter the stator side due to the magnetic saturation of the teeth, and the current flow as shown by the solid line in FIG. This causes the torque to saturate with respect to the increase. This leads to a significant increase in power supply capacity in the case of an elevator-driven hoist that requires a relatively large torque (several hundred to several thousand Nm) when overloaded.
On the other hand, by reducing the leakage magnetic flux by the structure of the permanent magnet rotating electrical machine of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. Moreover, it turns out that the saturation of the torque with respect to the increase in an electric current can be eased. That is, current-torque characteristics close to ideal characteristics can be obtained by the structure of the permanent magnet rotating electric machine according to the embodiment of the present invention. Therefore, it is possible to realize a permanent magnet rotating electrical machine that suppresses an increase in power supply capacity and enables high torque density and low torque pulsation. And by applying such a permanent magnet rotary electric machine to an elevator drive hoist, an elevator drive hoist using a low magnetic force magnet such as a ferrite magnet can be realized.
The structure of the permanent magnet rotating electric machine according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 7 shows an enlarged view of a portion where the rotor and the stator of the permanent magnet rotating electric machine according to the second embodiment of the present invention face each other. The same parts as those in the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
As shown in FIG. 7, both sides of the tip of the rotor
In this example, as in the first embodiment, a, b, c, and d are configured to satisfy a ≧ b, b ≧ c, and b ≦ d. Similar effects can be achieved.
The structure of the permanent magnet rotating electrical machine according to the third embodiment of the present invention and the elevator drive hoist using the same will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view in the radial direction of a 1/6 model (one of the six divided in the circumferential direction) of the permanent magnet rotating electric machine according to the third embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a schematic cross-sectional view in the axial direction of an elevator drive hoist using the permanent magnet rotating electric machine shown in FIG. The same parts as those in the first embodiment shown in FIG. The permanent magnet rotating electrical machine shown in FIG. 8 is also configured so that a, b, c, and d satisfy a ≧ b, b ≧ c, and b ≦ d, as in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 8, a

By constructing an elevator drive hoist using the permanent magnet rotating electric machine shown in FIG. 8, a thin hoist capable of high torque density and low torque pulsation can be realized.
The permanent magnet rotating electrical machine of the present invention is not limited to an elevator-driven hoisting machine, but can be used for rotating electrical machines that require high torque density and low torque pulsation such as servo and electric power steering.
