Description

The present invention relates to a battery mounting structure that is mounted on an apparatus main body driven by a battery and stores and holds the battery.

Conventionally, in an electric wheelchair driven by a battery, a battery holder (hereinafter abbreviated as “holder”) is attached to the main body side of the wheelchair. The battery and the holder are each provided with a connector, and the battery is detachable from the holder. In order to remove the battery from the holder, it is necessary to pull out the battery side connector from the main body side connector, and in that case, a certain force is required.

In the electric wheelchair shown in Patent Document 1, a handle is rotatably attached to the side of the battery to form a protrusion near the rotation axis of the handle, and the holder is provided with a protrusion storage space for receiving and holding the protrusion. ing. With this configuration, when the battery is inserted into the holder, the protruding portion is stored in the inner portion of the protruding portion storage space, and the battery is locked to the holder. On the other hand, when removing the battery from the holder, the lever's principle is used, with the wall surface of the projecting portion storage space as a fulcrum, the center of rotation as the point of action, and the handle collar as the power point. ing.

However, in the configuration of Patent Document 1, it is necessary to provide the battery with a protrusion adapted to the protrusion storage space of the holder, which increases the cost of manufacturing the battery.
Further, when the battery is inserted into the holder, since the battery is hung from the handle, the battery tends to be in an unstable posture. For this reason, there exists a possibility that it may take time for position alignment with a protrusion part and protrusion part accommodation space.

An object of the present invention is to provide a battery mounting structure capable of easily mounting and removing a battery.

The characteristic configuration of the battery mounting structure according to the present invention for achieving the above object includes a holder main body attached to the apparatus main body and capable of inserting and mounting a battery for supplying electric power,
A cover member having a pivot portion pivotally supported by the holder body so that the bottom portion of the inserted battery is held by the receiving portion and can be changed between a closed posture and an open posture with respect to the holder body;
An operating member provided on the cover member in a state of being relatively movable with the cover member;
An engagement portion that fixes the cover member to the holder body in the closed position, and guides the cover member to operate between the closed position and the open position. A guide portion that regulates an opening operation is provided across at least one of the cover member and the operation member and the holder body,
The position of the pivot part is set so that a part of the battery is located on the side of the manipulation member with respect to the pivot part, and the operation position of the manipulation member is set to the pivot part with respect to the pivot part. The point is set on the opposite side of the center of gravity.

The battery can be held in the holder having the holder body and the cover member by closing the cover member with respect to the holder body, and the battery can be removed from the holder by opening the cover member to the holder body. It can be taken out. Here, in this configuration, an operating member provided on the cover member in a state of being movable relative to the cover member, an engaging portion that fixes the cover member to the holder body in a closed position, and the cover member is in a closed position And a guide portion that regulates the opening operation of the cover member in the opening posture is provided across at least one of the cover member and the operation member and the holder body. . Therefore, by operating the operating member to release the engagement of the engaging portion between the holder main body and the cover main body, the operating force can be used for the opening operation of the cover member. Since the cover member can be opened by one operation of the operation member, the opening operation of the holder is simplified.
Further, a part of the weight of the battery is arranged on the side opposite to the center of gravity with the pivot portion interposed therebetween. Therefore, when the battery is tilted together with the cover member by the receiving portion by the operation of the operation member, the force for operating the operation member is reduced. Therefore, the opening operation of the cover member can be easily performed.

Further, after the battery is placed on the cover member in the open position, the battery can be easily mounted on the holder by closing the cover member.

The second characteristic configuration of the battery mounting structure according to the present invention includes a battery-side connector on an end surface on the back side in the battery insertion direction, and a body-side connector on the back wall of the holder body. When the battery side connector is removed from the main body side connector, the battery side connector is configured to exhibit a predetermined resistance.

When the battery is tilted by pushing down the cover member, the battery and the cover member may open and vigorously open due to the push-down force. In this case, the battery may collide with the end portion of the cover member, and depending on the momentum, the battery may jump out of the cover member. However, according to the present configuration, the battery can be stably held by the cover member when the cover member is in the open posture by using the resistance when removing the battery from the holder. As a result, it is possible to prevent the battery from strikingly colliding with the end of the cover member.

A third characteristic configuration of the battery mounting structure according to the present invention is that the holder main body is provided with the battery pull-out prevention portion so as to contact a part of the battery when the cover member is in the closed position. is there.

Since the battery side connector and the main body side connector are in a connected state when the cover member is in the closed posture, it is necessary to stably maintain the connected state when the device is driven by a battery. Therefore, as in this configuration, the holder main body is provided with a battery extraction preventing portion. As a result, when the cover member is in the closed position, the extraction preventing portion comes into contact with a part of the battery, and the battery is prevented from being extracted from the holder. As a result, the connection state between the battery side connector and the main body side connector can be stably maintained.

A fourth characteristic configuration of the battery mounting structure according to the present invention is that an engaging detachable portion for mounting the holder main body to the apparatus main body is provided.

When operating the apparatus main body without using a battery or performing maintenance of the attachment site of the holder in the apparatus main body, the holder may be removed from the apparatus main body. As in this configuration, the holder main body is provided with an engagement type attaching / detaching portion that is attached to the apparatus main body, so that the holder main body can be easily attached to and detached from the apparatus main body.

A fifth characteristic configuration of the battery mounting structure according to the present invention is that a fastener-type attaching / detaching portion for attaching the holder main body to the apparatus main body is provided.

Like this structure, a holder can be easily attached or detached with respect to an apparatus main body because a holder main body is provided with the fastener type attachment / detachment part attached to an apparatus main body. Moreover, if it is a fastener-type attachment / detachment part, it can comprise easily only by installing a fastener tape. Thereby, a holder can be attached to an apparatus main body more stably.

The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The holder is used to attach a battery to be attached to and detached from the apparatus main body to the apparatus main body, and is attached to, for example, an electric vehicle that is an example of the apparatus main body. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in an electric wheelchair 1 (hereinafter simply referred to as “wheelchair 1”) that is an example of an electric vehicle, a holder 3 is attached to a back surface 25 of a backrest portion 2.

The wheelchair 1 is provided with a cloth or nylon seat 5 on a metal frame 4 serving as a skeleton. Two motors 6 and 6 are provided on the left and right sides of the seat portion 5. Wheels 7 and 7 that can be driven by motors 6 and 6 and armrests 8 and 8 are arranged on the left and right sides of the seating portion 5. Further, in front of the seating portion 5, small wheels 9 and 9 that can be steered to the left and right sides, and footrests 10 and 10 are provided.

The user operates the operation tool (for example, joystick) 12 of the traveling operation unit 11 disposed in front of the right armrest 8 in a posture in which the user sits on the seating unit 5 and puts his / her foot on the footrest 10. When the seated user operates the wheelchair 1 by electric drive, the clutch mechanism of the motors 6 and 6 is turned on by a switching lever (not shown) provided on the side of the seating portion 5. By this operation, the wheelchair 1 is in an electric mode state that can be driven by the motors 6 and 6. A controller (not shown) is provided below the travel operation unit 11. When the operation tool 12 is operated two-dimensionally in the electric mode, an input signal from the travel operation unit 11 is transmitted to the controller, and the controller controls the rotation of the left and right motors 6 and 6 independently. Thereby, the wheelchair 1 can drive | work to the front-back, left-right direction.

When the assistant moves the wheelchair 1, the clutch mechanism of the motors 6 and 6 is turned off by a switching lever (not shown). By this operation, the wheelchair 1 is set to a manual mode that can be operated manually. The assistant can hold the pair of left and right grips 14 provided above the backrest 2 and manually move the wheelchair 1. In addition, when the seated user wants to move the wheelchair 1, the wheelchair 1 can be moved by himself / herself by rotating the rim 7 a provided outside the wheel 7 in the manual mode. it can. Brake levers 15 and 15 for the left and right wheels 7 and 7 are disposed below the armrests 8 and 8, respectively. The wheelchair 1 can be stopped by operating the brake lever 15 to apply a brake to the wheel 7.

The frame 4 is provided with a fall prevention bar 16 that protrudes rearward of the wheel 7 and includes a roller. When the wheelchair 1 is tilted backward, the fall prevention bar 16 contacts the wheelchair 1 from behind the wheels 7. Thus, the wheelchair 1 is provided with the structure which prevents falling backward.

The wheelchair 1 is provided with a backrest portion 2 behind the seating portion 5. A battery 20 that supplies power to the wheelchair 1 is placed on the back surface 25 of the backrest 2. As shown in FIG. 2, a holder 3 is provided on the right side of the back surface 25 of the backrest 2. The holder 3 is fixed to the back surface 25 of the backrest portion 2, and the battery 20 is inserted and attached to the holder 3. In addition, the installation position of the holder 3 can be provided in any position of the back surface 25, for example.

バッテリ20の内部は、例えばNiMH(ニッケル メタル ハイドライド)電池が直列で配設されている。 The battery 20 is configured by a housing made of, for example, resin (for example, polycarbonate). For example, NiMH (nickel metal hydride) batteries are arranged in series inside the battery 20. As shown in FIG. 4, a battery-side connector 21 a is provided on an end surface (bottom surface) 21 on the back side in the insertion direction of the battery 20. A main body side connector 39a is provided on the inner wall (bottom 39) of the holder main body 30, and the battery side connector 21a is inserted into and removed from the main body side connector 39a (FIGS. 3 and 4). By connecting the battery-side connector 21a to the main body-side connector 39a, the battery 20 can supply power to the wheelchair 1.

And a second side wall portion 34 extending rearward from the position. The second side wall portion 34 includes a guide hole 35 formed in the front-rear direction and a groove portion 36 in the lower portion.

The cover member 40 is a cover that is folded back from both the left and right sides of the rear wall 41 and connected to the first side wall 33 and the second side wall 34, facing the front wall 32 of the holder body 30. And a side wall portion 42. A reinforcing rib 41 a is provided inside the rear wall portion 41. The cover side wall part 42 is connected to the first side wall part 33 from the outside at the lower part thereof, and is similarly connected to the second side wall part 34 from the outside at the upper part thereof. A guide hole 43 is formed in the cover side wall portion 42 in the vertical direction. Further, the cover member 40 has a receiving portion 44 that holds the bottom portion 21 of the battery 20 to be inserted. A reinforcing rib 44 a is provided on the upper surface of the receiving portion 44.

At the lower part of the left and right cover side wall portions 42, pivot support portions 45 are formed to protrude. The pivot portion 45 is pivotally supported by a bearing portion 33 a formed at the rear end of the left and right first side wall portions 33. Further, a swing pin 46 is formed to protrude from the upper part of the left and right cover side wall portions 42. The swing pin 46 is inserted into a guide hole 35 formed in the left and right second side wall portions 34. The length of the guide hole 35 defines a stroke at which the cover member 40 swings with respect to the holder main body 30. Accordingly, the cover member 40 can be changed between a closed posture in which the upper portion moves toward the holder body 30 and the upper portions approach each other, and an open posture in which the upper portions move away from each other.

The operation member 50 is provided on the cover member 40 so as to be movable relative to the cover member 40. The operation member 50 has a U-shape that surrounds the entire upper side portion of the cover member 40, and an engagement pin 52 that protrudes from the side wall portions 51 on both sides toward the left and right inward is provided at the cover side wall portion 42. It is inserted into a guide hole 43 extending in the vertical direction. The engaging pin 52 is configured to be engageable with a groove portion 36 formed in the lower portion of the second side wall portion 34 of the holder main body 30. A spring 53 is provided between the cover member 40 and the operation member 50 to urge the engagement pin 52 of the operation member 50 in a direction to engage with the groove portion 36 of the holder body 30.

The operation member 50 is provided with an operation unit 54 at a position behind the cover member 40. By pushing down the operating portion 54 against the spring 53 and moving the operating member 50 downward, the operating member 50 moves relatively downward with respect to the cover member 40, and the engaging pin 52 moves in the groove portion 36 of the holder body 30. Leave. The second side wall 34 of the holder main body 30 has an outer edge 34a that is continuous from the groove 36 toward the rear in a side view, and is formed in an arc shape. For this reason, when the cover member 40 is set to the open position, the engagement pin 52 released from the groove 36 can be moved along the arc-shaped outer edge 34a. Thereby, operation of the operation member 50 can be performed smoothly.

The groove portion 36 of the holder main body 30 and the engagement pin 52 of the operation member 50 are engagement portions that fix the cover member 40 to the holder main body 30 in a closed posture.
Further, the guide hole 35 of the holder main body 30 and the swing pin 46 of the cover member 40 guide the cover member 40 to operate between the closed posture and the open posture with respect to the holder main body 30, and the cover is opened in the open posture. It is a guide part that regulates the opening operation of the member 40.

In the above embodiment, the engaging portions (groove portion 36 and engaging pin 52) for fixing the cover member 40 to the holder main body 30 in the closed posture are provided across the holder main body 30 and the operation member 50. 30 and the cover member 40 may be provided.
In the above-described embodiment, the guide member (guide hole 35) guides the holder body 30 so that the cover member 40 operates between the closed posture and the open posture, and restricts the opening operation of the cover member 40 in the open posture. The swing pin 46) is provided across the holder main body 30 and the operation member 50, but may be provided across the holder main body 30 and the operation member 50.

The operation of the holder 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 show a state in which the battery 20 is mounted on the holder 3. In this state, the cover member 40 is in a closed posture, and the swing pin 46 of the cover member 40 is located at the front end of the guide hole 35. Further, the engaging pin 52 of the operation member 50 is engaged with the groove portion 36 of the holder body 30 by being biased by the spring 53. When the cover member 40 is in the closed posture, the battery side connector 21a is connected to the main body side connector 39a.

The holder body 30 is provided with an extraction preventing portion 37 for the battery 20. The extraction preventing part 37 is provided on the back side of the upper part 38 continuous from the upper end of the front wall part 32 toward the rear. Specifically, the extraction preventing part 37 is formed on an upper part of a member attached to the side of the front wall part 32 facing the battery 20. When the cover member 40 is in the closed posture, a part (upper surface) of the battery 20 abuts against the extraction preventing portion 37. This prevents the battery 20 from being pulled out of the holder 3, so that the connection state between the battery side connector 21a and the main body side connector 39a can be stably maintained. The member provided with the extraction preventing part 37 may have a cushioning property so that the impact received from the battery 20 when the cover member 40 is in the closed posture can be reduced. Further, a cavity may be formed between the member including the extraction preventing portion 37 and the front wall portion 32. The extraction preventing portion 37 may be configured by a member that is attached only to the back side of the upper portion 38 of the front wall portion 32 or may be formed directly on the front wall portion 32.

FIG. 5 shows a state in which the engagement between the holder main body 30 and the cover member 40 is released. By pushing down the operation portion 54 of the operation member 50 from the state shown in FIG. Thereby, the engagement state between the holder main body 30 and the cover member 40 is released, and the cover member 40 can be rotated with respect to the holder main body 30.

Then, the cover member 40 is rotated around the pivotal support portion 45 by moving the operation portion 54 rearward, and the cover member 40 is in the open posture (FIG. 6). At this time, the battery 20 is also tilted rearward together with the cover member 40, and the battery side connector 21a is detached from the main body side connector 39a. Thereby, the battery 20 can be easily removed from the holder 3.

In this way, by operating the operating member 50 and releasing the engagement of the engaging portion (the groove 36 and the engaging pin 52) between the holder main body 30 and the cover member 40, the operating force opens the cover member 40. It becomes the power to operate. As described above, the cover member 40 can be brought into the opening posture by one operation, and thus the opening operation of the holder 3 is simplified.

In the holder 3, the position of the pivot portion 45 is set such that a part of the battery 20 is located on the operation member 50 side with respect to the pivot portion 45. The operation portion 54 (operation position) of the operation member 50 is set to be opposite to the center of gravity G of the battery 20 with respect to the pivot support portion 45. Therefore, when the battery 20 is tilted together with the cover member 40 by the receiving portion 44 by the operation of the operation member 50, the force for operating the operation member 50 is reduced.

When the battery 20 is tilted by pushing down the cover member 40, the battery 20 and the cover member 40 may be vigorously opened by the pushing force. Therefore, the battery side connector 21a and the main body side connector 39a are configured to exhibit a predetermined resistance force when the cover member 40 is in the open posture and the battery side connector 21a is detached from the main body side connector 39a. . For example, at least one of the concave battery-side connector 21a and the convex main body-side connector 39a is made of an elastic material, and a predetermined resistance force can be exhibited by making both engageable. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the battery 20 from colliding with the end of the cover member 40 with a resistance force when removing the battery 20 from the main body connector 39a.

In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the holder 3 is fixed to the back surface 25 of the backrest 2 has been described. However, the holder 3 may be configured to be detachable from the backrest 2 (device main body).
For example, the holder 3 may include engagement-type attachment / detachment portions 56 and 57 for attachment to the backrest portion 2 (device main body) (FIG. 7).

As shown in FIG. 7, attachment / detachment portions 56 and 57 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the holder substrate 31 to which the front wall portion 32 of the holder body 30 is fixed. The backrest 2 is provided with engaged portions 58 and 59 at positions corresponding to the detachable portions 56 and 57. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the detachable portion 56 on the upper end side of the holder substrate 31 is first fitted into the engaged portion 58. Thereafter, the attaching / detaching parts 57 and 57 are fitted into the engaged parts 58 and 59 by sliding the attaching / detaching part 57 downward so that the attaching / detaching part 57 on the lower end side of the holder substrate 31 is fitted into the engaged part 59. As a result, the holder 3 is attached in a state of being locked to the backrest 2.

Thus, the holder 3 can be easily attached to the backrest part (apparatus main body) 2 by providing the holder 3 with the attachment / detachment parts 56 and 57 that are engagement type attaching / detaching parts for attaching to the backrest part (apparatus main body) 2. It can be attached and detached.

The holder 3 may include a fastener-type attaching / detaching portion for attaching to the backrest portion 2 (device main body) (FIG. 8).
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the first tape 61 is attached to the backrest 2. A second tape 62 is attached around the holder substrate 31 to which the front wall portion 32 of the holder 3 is fixed. The first tape 61 and the second tape 62 are provided with a tooth 65, and the slider 66 is provided on the first tape 61 side. The box 68 and the box bar 69 are arranged on the first tape 61, and the butterfly bar 67 is arranged on the second tape 62.

A slide fastener is formed in an inverted U shape along the left and right sides and the upper side of the holder 3. An inverted U-shaped second tape 62 on the holder 3 side is aligned inside an inverted U-shaped first tape 61 provided in the backrest portion 2, and the first tape 61 and the second tape 62 are configured. The holder 3 is fixed to the backrest 2 by closing the slide fastener. From this state, the holder 3 can be removed from the backrest 2 by opening the slide fastener and separating the second tape 62 from the first tape 61.

In this manner, the holder 3 can be easily attached to and detached from the backrest 2 by the slide fastener. Further, by removing the holder 3 from the backrest 2, maintenance such as cleaning of the backrest 2 is facilitated.

When the holder 3 is removed from the backrest 2, the first tape 61 remains in the backrest 2. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9, a cloth member 64 including a third tape 63 having the same shape as the second tape 62 may be prepared, and the cloth member 64 may be fixed to the backrest 2 instead of the holder 3. . Note that, similarly to the second tape 62, the third tooth 63 and the butterfly pin 67 are disposed on the third tape 63.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the first tape 61 and the second tape 62 constituting the slide fastener may be disposed only on the left and right sides of the periphery of the holder 3. As shown in FIG. 11, the cloth member 64 used in place of the holder 3 may be formed in a bag shape.

The up and down directions of the first tape 61 and the second tape 62 are set so that the slider 66 is positioned downward when the slide fastener is closed. Thus, if the holder 3 is supported only by the first tape 61 and the second tape 62 without the above-described engaged portion 58 and the engaged portion 59, the fastener can be moved even if the holder 3 is inclined backward. Never open. That is, even if the upper end portion of the second tape 62 is about to be separated from the upper end portion of the first tape 61 due to the backward tilt of the holder 3, if the slider 66 does not exist at the upper portion of the fastener, the first tape 61 This is because the second tape 62 and the second tape 62 are not separated from each other.

As shown in FIG. 12, the first tape 61 and the second tape 62 constituting the slide fastener may be arranged only at the position of the upper side of the periphery of the holder 3. Also in this case, as shown in FIG. 13, the cloth member 64 used in place of the holder 3 may be formed in a bag shape.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 14 to 18, by using a cylindrical portion 70 fixed to the backrest portion 2 and an insertion locking portion 80 fixed to the holder 3, the backrest portion 2 ( The holder 3 can be attached to the apparatus main body.

As shown in FIG. 14, a cloth-made cylindrical portion 70 is fixed to the back surface 25 of the backrest portion 2. The entire bottom part of the cylindrical part 70 is configured to be freely opened and closed by a slide fastener 71. Slide fasteners 72 are attached to the left and right sides of the cylindrical portion 70. When the holder 3 is removed, the cylindrical portion 70 can be used as a storage pocket by closing the slide fastener 71. Moreover, since the gusset 73 of the side of the cylindrical part 70 is expand | deployed when the slide fastener 72 is opened, the storage space of the cylindrical part 70 can also be enlarged (FIG. 15).

As shown in FIGS. 16 and 17, the holder 3 is provided with one end 81 integrally formed on the front wall portion 32, and an insertion locking portion 80 that is bent above the holder 3 and extends downward. It has been. The insertion locking portion 80 is inserted from the opening above the cylindrical portion 70. The insertion locking portion 80 includes an end connecting portion 82 whose one end 81 extends downward from the lower end of the holder substrate 31, and the other end 83 that extends downward from the lower end of the cylindrical portion 70. An end connecting portion 84 is provided.

The insertion locking portion 80 is configured by a member that can be elastically deformed while maintaining the shape against the load so that the shape at the time of insertion is maintained. Thereby, the rocking | fluctuation to the front-back direction or the left-right direction of the holder 3 supported by the insertion latching | locking part 80 can be suppressed. As a result, the discomfort of the user of the wheelchair 1 due to the swing of the battery 20 can be suppressed.

The insertion locking portion 80 is provided with a grip portion 88 at the bent portion 87. The grip portion 88 is made of a flexible material that can be deformed according to the bending of the insertion locking portion 80. By providing such a gripping portion 88 in the insertion locking portion 80, the insertion locking portion 80 can be easily inserted into or removed from the tubular portion 70 with the gripping portion 88. As a result, it is not necessary to directly support the holder 3 to perform the attaching operation, and the attaching operation of the holder 3 to the apparatus main body can be easily performed.

For attaching the holder 3 to the backrest 2, first, the other end 83 of the insertion locking portion 80 is inserted into the tubular portion 70 as shown in FIG. 18. Thereafter, the connecting member 91 as the connecting means 90 is inserted into the one end connecting portion 82 and the other end connecting portion 84 from the holder 3 side, and the insertion locking portion 80 is connected to the backrest portion 2. This ensures that the holder 3 is locked to the backrest 2.

As shown in FIGS. 19 to 22, the connecting means 90 includes a connecting member 91 and a lock portion 98. The one end connecting portion 82 and the other end connecting portion 84 of the insertion locking portion 80 are formed with through holes 85 and 86 for the connecting member 91 in the center. The connecting member 91 is provided with a knob 93 at one end of a cylindrical shaft 92 that passes through the through holes 85 and 86, and two claw portions 94 and 94 at the other end of the shaft 92. The nail | claw part 94 is formed so that it may extend toward the knob | pick part 93 and may be gradually spaced apart radially outward, and it has elasticity and deform | transforms by the press from the circumference | surroundings. A spring 95 is disposed between the knob portion 93 and the through hole 85 of the one end connecting portion 82. The spring 95 biases the knob portion 93 in a direction away from the one end 81 of the insertion locking portion 80. The shaft 92 is provided with a retaining pin 96 at the center, and is configured not to be easily detached from the insertion locking portion 80. A through hole 86 through which the shaft 92 is inserted is provided in the other end connecting portion 84 facing the tip of the shaft 92 of the insertion locking portion 80, and a lock portion 98 having a coaxial through hole 97 is fixed.

As shown in FIGS. 19 and 21, when the claw portion 94 of the connecting member 91 completely reaches the lock portion 98 beyond the through hole 97, the claw portion 94 is released from being pressed by the through hole 97, and the diameter of the shaft 92 is increased. It will be in the state opened toward the direction outward. As a result, the claw portion 94 provided around the shaft 92 is hooked on the peripheral portion of the through hole 97 of the lock portion 98, and the connecting means 90 is locked.

20 and 22 show a state when the locking of the connecting means 90 is released. As shown in FIG. 21, the lock portion 98 is formed with two protrusions 99 protruding inward in the circumferential direction on the inner periphery side. For this reason, the claw part 94 is pressed against the projecting part 99 by turning the knob 93 in a predetermined direction (counterclockwise direction in FIG. 21) from the locked state of the connecting means 90 (FIGS. 19 and 21). And deformed into a shape having the same diameter as the through hole 97 of the lock portion 98. As a result, the shaft 92 can be released from the lock portion 98 by receiving the urging force of the spring 95, and the lock of the connecting means 90 is released.

By providing such a connecting means 90, the connecting means 90 can be easily locked by pushing the knob 93 of the connecting member 91, and the connecting means 90 can be easily locked by turning the knob 93. Can be released. Thereby, the holder 3 can be easily and reliably locked to the backrest 2. In addition, the fact that the claw portion 94 of the connecting member 91 is locked by being locked by the lock portion 98 can be easily detected by sound or a feeling at the time of operation, so that the connecting member 91 can be operated without difficulty.
