Abstract
【解決手段】多管式燃料ノズルは複数の燃料噴射器を含む。各燃料噴射器は、複数の混合管のそれぞれの予混合管の中へ延在するように構成される。各燃料噴射器は、本体、燃料通路、及び複数の燃料ポートを含む。前記燃料通路は前記本体内に配置され、且つ前記本体の一部分内に長手方向に延在する。前記複数の燃料ポートは前記本体の前記一部分に沿って配置され且つ前記燃料通路に結合される。前記複数の燃料ポートを持つ前記本体の前記一部分と前記それぞれの予混合管との間に空間が配置される。

Claims (20)
- 多管式燃料ノズルを有するシステムであって、
前記多管式燃料ノズルは複数の燃料噴射器を有し、各燃料噴射器は、複数の混合管のそれぞれの予混合管の中へ延在するように構成され、また各燃料噴射器は、本体と、前記本体内に配置され且つ前記本体の一部分内に長手方向に延在する燃料通路と、前記本体の前記一部分に沿って配置され且つ前記燃料通路に結合された複数の燃料ポートとを有し、前記本体の前記一部分と前記それぞれの予混合管との間に空間が配置されていること、
を特徴とするシステム。 - 前記本体は、前記燃料通路を画成する環状部分を有する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の燃料ポートは前記環状部分に配置されている、請求項2記載のシステム。
- 前記本体は、上流端、下流端、及び先細部分を有しており、前記先細部分は、前記上流端から前記下流端へ向かう方向に先細になっている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記燃料通路は前記先細部分の中まで延在している、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の燃料ポートは前記先細部分に配置されている、請求項5記載のシステム。
- 前記燃料通路が前記先細部分より前に終端し、且つ前記複数の燃料ポートが前記上流端と前記先細部分との間の環状部分に沿って配置されている、請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記本体は、前記それぞれの予混合管の内面に突合せ接触するように構成された外面を持つ上流部分を有する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の燃料ポートの内の少なくとも1つの燃料ポートは、前記それぞれの予混合管の中に半径方向に燃料を噴射するように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の燃料ポートの内の少なくとも1つの燃料ポートは、前記燃料噴射器の長手方向軸に対して角度を成して燃料を噴射するように構成されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記角度は、前記長手方向軸に対して軸方向上流方向へ又は軸方向下流方向へ配向されている、請求項10記載のシステム。
- 前記角度は、前記燃料噴射器の長手方向軸を中心にして円周方向に燃料を方向付けるように接線方向に配向されている、請求項10記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の燃料ポートは、前記本体の前記一部分に沿った第1の軸方向位置に配置された第1の燃料ポート、及び前記本体の前記一部分に沿った第2の軸方向位置に配置された第2の燃料ポートを有している、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは燃焼器端蓋集成体を有し、該燃焼器端蓋集成体に前記複数の燃料噴射器が結合されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記多管式燃料ノズルを持つガスタービン・エンジン又は燃焼器を有している、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 燃焼器端蓋集成体と、
前記燃焼器端蓋集成体に結合された複数の燃料噴射器を有する多管式燃料ノズルであって、各燃料噴射器が複数の混合管の内のそれぞれの予混合管の中へ延在するように構成され、また各燃料噴射器は、環状部分、前記環状部分の下流にある先細部分、前記環状部分を通って延在する燃料通路、及び前記燃料通路に結合された複数の燃料ポートを有し、前記複数の燃料ポートは、前記環状部分、前記先細部分、又はそれらの組合せに配置されている、多管式燃料ノズルと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記環状部分は前記先細部分と部分的にオーバーラップして、オーバーラップ部分を形成し、また前記複数の燃料ポートは前記オーバーラップ部分に沿って配置されている、請求項16記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の燃料噴射器の各燃料噴射器は、個々に前記燃焼器端蓋集成体から取り外し又はそれに取り付けられるように構成されている、請求項16記載のシステム。
- 燃焼器端蓋集成体と、
前記燃焼器端蓋集成体に結合された燃料噴射器を有する多管式燃料ノズルであって、前記燃料噴射器が予混合管の中へ延在するように構成され、また前記燃料噴射器は、環状部分、前記環状部分の下流にある先細部分、前記環状部分を通って延在する燃料通路、及び前記燃料通路に結合された複数の燃料ポートを有し、前記複数の燃料ポートは、前記環状部分、前記先細部分、又はそれらの組合せに配置されている、多管式燃料ノズルと、
を有するシステム。 - 前記環状部分は前記先細部分と部分的にオーバーラップして、オーバーラップ部分を形成し、また前記複数の燃料ポートは前記オーバーラップ部分に沿って配置されている、請求項19記載のシステム。
