Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technique for preventing entry of foreign matter in a lighting device.
Conventionally, as described in
A
The
The
In the
For this reason, when the
As a countermeasure against these problems, by disposing a transparent panel in front of the cover 9, it is conceivable to prevent communicates the gap D 4 directly with the outside. Alternatively, a measure for sealing the inside of the cover 9 by filling the gap D 4 with a filler or the like can be considered. However, if such measures are taken, there is a possibility that costs will increase.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a lighting device capable of effectively preventing foreign matter from entering the cover from the outside at a relatively low cost. .
An illumination device according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a light emitting module in which a light emitting element is mounted on a surface of a substrate, a device main body having a storage space for storing the light emitting module, and the light emitting module stored in the storage space. And a translucent cover mounted so as to cover the storage space from the outside, wherein the cover includes a central portion that covers the storage space, and a peripheral edge of the central portion. And the flange portion is fixed to the apparatus main body so as to be in surface contact over the entire circumference of the opening periphery of the storage space.
Further, as another aspect of the present invention, in the cover, the average thickness of the central portion and t 1, when the average thickness of the flange portion and t 2, and arrangement relationship of t 1 <t 2 is established You can also
Here, as another aspect of the present invention, the cover further includes a side wall portion erected at a position corresponding to the entire peripheral edge of the central portion on the side facing the storage space, and the side wall portion is It can also be set as the structure inserted in the storage space.
As another aspect of the present invention, at least a packing inserted between the storage space and the side wall portion of the cover may be further provided.
As another aspect of the present invention, the opening periphery of the storage space may be a stepped portion that is recessed toward the bottom surface of the storage space rather than the outer region of the opening periphery.
As another aspect of the present invention, the shape of the opening periphery of the storage space may be circular.
As another aspect of the present invention, the apparatus main body may include a reflecting portion disposed so as to surround the periphery of the opening of the storage space.
As another aspect of the present invention, a holder for holding the light emitting module may be further provided, and the light emitting module may be stored in the storage space while being held by the holder.
As another aspect of the present invention, the holder and the cover are engaged with each other, and at least one of the holder and the cover is fixed in a state of being in close contact with the apparatus main body using a fastening member. The flange portion may be in surface contact over the entire periphery of the opening periphery.
As another aspect of the present invention, the light emitting element may be an LED element.
As another aspect of the present invention, a lighting device for supplying power to the light emitting element may be further provided.
In the lighting device according to one embodiment of the present invention, the cover that covers the storage space from the outside has a flange portion. The cover is fixed to the apparatus main body so that the flange portion is in surface contact over the entire periphery of the opening periphery of the storage space. Therefore, even if vibration is applied from the outside, a gap directly communicating with the outside does not occur between the cover and the storage space.
As a result, the gap between the cover and the storage space can be reduced from the vicinity of the opening edge of the storage space without using a transparent panel that covers the cover or using a filler that fills the gap between the cover and the storage space. It is possible to effectively prevent foreign matter from entering the cover.
As a result, it is possible to provide a lighting device that can effectively prevent foreign substances from entering the cover from the outside at a relatively low cost.

The
As a specific configuration, the
The
The
The
Here, the case where the
In the
Furthermore, as shown in the enlarged sectional view of the region A in FIG. 5A (FIG. 5B), the
Note that the

Next, the

Hereinafter, another embodiment of the present invention will be described focusing on differences from the first embodiment.
<
The configuration around the
In the illuminating device of
Also in the second embodiment, various effects similar to those of the first embodiment can be expected. Furthermore, since the waterproof property in the vicinity of the

The illuminating device of the present invention has a particularly high effect during outdoor use that easily comes into contact with foreign matter. However, even if the lighting device of the present invention is used indoors, it can be expected to have excellent effects as in the case of outdoor use.
