Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a shape measuring apparatus, and is particularly suitable for use in a probe type shape measuring apparatus.
In recent years, from various industrial fields such as automobiles, aerospace, heavy industry, energy, civil engineering and construction to medical fields, 3D shape measuring devices are related to product and human body (for example, bone) dimension measurement, wound inspection, positioning, etc. Wide application is expected. As described above, the need for a three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus penetrates a wide range of fields, while the demand for measurement is further increased. In recent years, there have been discussions on measurement accuracy and price.
Conventionally, a probe type three-dimensional shape measuring apparatus capable of measuring a three-dimensional shape of a cylindrical object has been proposed (for example, see
In
In addition, the shape measuring device described in
However, any of the techniques described in
In
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a shape measuring device capable of realizing a reduction in manufacturing cost, downsizing of the device, and high-precision measurement resolution. .
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, the laser beam from the light source is ringed by the conical mirror while the focal position of the laser beam irradiated onto the test object is variably controlled by changing the value of a predetermined variable parameter. The sample is reflected and irradiated on the test object. Then, the reflected light from the test object is imaged on the light receiving surface of the photodetector, and the shape of the test object is measured by analyzing the image obtained thereby. Specifically, the image analysis process is performed as follows.
That is, for each of a plurality of linear regions extending radially from the center position of the image captured by the photodetector, light indicating a distribution of pixels from which a light intensity equal to or greater than a predetermined value is obtained for each value of the variable parameter An intensity distribution is obtained, and based on the light intensity distribution, a variable when the number of pixels from the center position of the image to the end of the light detection area becomes the largest for a light detection area where a light intensity of a predetermined value or more is obtained Get the value of the parameter as a peak parameter. Then, the distance from the center of the conical mirror to the focal point on the test object is determined for each of the plurality of linear regions based on the acquired value of the peak parameter and a function indicating the relationship of the focal length to the variable parameter. To get to.
According to the present invention configured as described above, the laser beam reflected in a ring shape by the conical mirror is irradiated to the test object around the conical mirror, and the reflected light from the test object is coupled to the photodetector. An image is generated. Then, image analysis is performed for each of the plurality of linear regions extending radially from the center position of the image, and the distances from the center of the conical mirror to the focal point in the directions of the plurality of linear regions are acquired at a time. Thereby, since the position of the several point on the test object illuminated by the ring shape by one measurement can be measured, measurement time can be shortened significantly. In addition, since the position of a plurality of points on the test object can be measured without rotating the test object, a rotating mechanism for rotating the test object becomes unnecessary, and the downsizing of the apparatus and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Reduction can be realized.
Further, according to the present invention, it is not based on a method of detecting a pixel position where the light reception intensity of the laser beam received by the photodetector reaches a peak, but based on the light intensity distribution in the pixel space on the imaging plane of the photodetector. The variable parameter when the number of pixels from the image center position in the light detection region where the light intensity equal to or greater than the predetermined value is the largest is detected and converted to the distance from the conical mirror to the test object. Therefore, the measurement resolution depends on the pixel density rather than the light receiving sensitivity (number of gradations) of the photodetector. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a highly accurate measurement resolution on the order of nanometers without using an expensive photodetector having a large number of gradations.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a shape measuring apparatus capable of realizing a reduction in manufacturing cost, a reduction in size of the apparatus, and high-precision measurement resolution.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of the shape measuring apparatus according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the shape measuring apparatus of this embodiment includes a
FIG. 2 is a block diagram illustrating a functional configuration example provided in the
First, the overall configuration of the shape measuring apparatus will be described with reference to FIG. In the present embodiment, the
The
The
The imaging lens 6 is a lens for causing the
The lens barrel 9 is a cylindrical tube that houses the collimator lens 2, the
The
In the present embodiment, the
In the configuration as described above, the irradiation light from the
When measuring the shape of the test object, the focal position of the laser beam reflected in a ring shape by the
Next, the functional configuration of the
FIG. 5 is a diagram for explaining the processing contents of the first
As shown in FIGS. 5A to 5C, the
FIG. 5D shows the light intensity distribution in the linear region in the direction indicated by the arrow A among a plurality of linear regions extending radially from the center position of the captured image. In FIG. 5D, the horizontal axis represents the variable current value supplied to the
As shown in FIG. 5D, the light intensity distribution has a shape close to a Gaussian distribution. As described above, when the focal position of the laser beam variably controlled by changing the current value of the
As shown in FIGS. 5A to 5C, the
In FIG. 5, the state in which the peak current is obtained from the light intensity distribution in the linear region with respect to the direction of the arrow A has been described, but actually, for each of the plurality of linear regions extending radially from the center position of the captured image, The peak current is obtained from the light intensity distribution. That is, the peak current is acquired for each of a plurality of linear regions set at intervals of a predetermined center angle θ. For example, if θ = 1 degree, the first
The second
In this case, by reducing the intensity of the laser light emitted from the
The
R=−α*ln(I)+β・・・(式1)
As described above, the focal position of the laser beam is changed by changing the value of the current supplied to the
R = −α * ln (I) + β (Formula 1)
Here, R is a focal length, I is a current value, and α and β are coefficients. The coefficients α and β are values uniquely determined depending on the specifications of the
For the linear region where the peak current can be acquired by the first
As described above in detail, in the present embodiment, the laser beam from the
Specifically, the light intensity distribution is obtained for each of a plurality of linear regions extending radially from the center position of the image picked up by the light detector 7, and the image in the light detection region where a light intensity equal to or greater than a predetermined value is obtained. The current value at the time when the number of pixels from the center to the end of the region is the largest is acquired as the peak current. A plurality of distances from the center of the
According to the present embodiment configured as described above, the distance from the center of the
Further, according to the present embodiment, from the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a shape measuring apparatus that can reduce the manufacturing cost, downsize the apparatus, and realize high-precision measurement resolution.
R=−α’*ln(λ)+β’・・・(式2)
In the above embodiment, the
R = −α ′ * ln (λ) + β ′ (Formula 2)
Here, R is the focal length, λ is the wavelength of the laser beam, and α ′ and β ′ are coefficients.
R=−α”*ln(φ)+β”・・・(式3)
Alternatively, the focus varying means may be configured to include a phase variable laser that variably controls the focal position of the light irradiated to the object by changing the phase value as a variable parameter. In this case, the
R = −α ″ * ln (φ) + β ″ (Formula 3)
Here, R is the focal length, φ is the wavelength of the laser beam, and α ″ and β ″ are coefficients.

Further, in the above embodiment, for the linear region where the peak of the number of pixels cannot be detected in the light intensity distribution obtained by the first
Moreover, in the said embodiment, you may comprise the position of the
