Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、シートにより閉鎖された容器(2)と、この種の容器(2)をレーザ透過溶着により製造する方法と、その実行に適した装置とに関する。この方法と装置は、容器(2)の壁構造とシート(3)との間に、壁構造の端面(23)より広い溶着継ぎ目(28)が形成されるように構成される。

Claims (11)
- 端面(23)と壁内面および壁外面(24、25)を有する壁構造であって、ある断面を有する少なくとも1つの窩洞(26)を取り囲む壁構造により形成されている開放容器(2)と、前記端面(23)を覆い、したがって前記容器(2)を閉じるシート(3)との間の少なくとも1つの自己完結型溶着継ぎ目(28)をレーザ透過溶着する装置であって、線形アレイとしてX方向に配置された複数の個別制御可能なレーザエミッタ(62)を有するレーザ光源(6)と、前記レーザ光源(6)から発せられZ方向に向けられるレーザ光(61)に対向して、前記容器(2)を相互に垂直な関係にあるX方向、Z方向、Y方向にて、位置付けるように構成されたホルダ(1)と、前記レーザ光源(6)をY方向に相対移動させる移動装置(7)と、前記レーザエミッタ(62)を空間的に分割して作動させる記憶・制御ユニット(8)と、レーザ放射方向にて前記レーザ光源(6)の下流側に配置され、前記レーザ光(61)に対し垂直に向けられ前記レーザ光(61)を透過させる担持板(12)に固定された少なくとも1つの圧締ユニット(4)であって、前記端面(23)に平行に整列された終端面(51)を有する少なくとも1つの圧締部材(5)を有する少なくとも1つの圧締ユニット(4)と、を備えて構成される、装置において、
前記少なくとも1つの圧締部材(5)の前記終端面(51)が、前記少なくとも1つの断面よりもシート厚(FD)の量の少なくとも2倍分小さく、それによって、前記圧締部材(5)と前記壁構造との間に、前記シート厚(FD)に対応する少なくとも1つのギャップ(32)が残り、前記少なくとも1つの圧締部材(5)がZ方向にて前記ホルダ(1)と反対に相対的に移動可能であり、前記少なくとも1つの圧締部材(5)の前記終端面(51)が、前記壁構造の前記端面(23)より下に前記容器(2)へ下降でき、それによって前記端面(23)の上に載せられたシート(3)は、前記端面(23)に隣接する縁辺領域(33)にて前記壁内面(24)とも接触でき、したがってまた、この縁辺領域にて、前記壁内面(24)と溶着され、前記溶着継ぎ目(28)が端面幅(SB)より大きな溶着継ぎ目幅で溶着できることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記圧締ユニット(4)が少なくとも1つの別の圧締部材(5)を有し、この別の圧締部材が前記壁構造を取り囲んでいて、前記終端面(51)が前記壁構造の前記端面(23)より下まで下降すると、前記シート(3)が前記壁構造の前記壁外面(25)とも接触でき、その結果、前記溶着継ぎ目(28)をさらに広くすることができることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記圧締ユニット(4)が、同一面内にある終端面(51)を有する少なくとも2つの圧締部材(5)を有し、これら圧締部材(5)がそれらの間の中間空間(54)を取り囲み、この中間空間が前記端面幅(SB)にシート厚(FD)の2倍を加算したものより大きい中間空間幅(ZB)を有するものであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記中間空間(54)を取り囲む前記圧締部材(5)が、前記中間空間(54)にて相互に対面する側面(53)であって、前記レーザ光(61)を反射して、複数回の反射により前記レーザ光(61)を均質化する側面(53)を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記担持板(12)が、複数の容器(2)を同時に溶着するために複数の圧締ユニット(4)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- シート(3)によって閉じられることになる少なくとも1つの開放容器(2)であって、ある断面を有する少なくとも1つの窩洞(26)を取り囲み端面(23)と壁内面および外面(24および25)を有する壁構造によって形成される少なくとも1つの開放容器(2)をレーザ透過溶着する方法において、
a)前記容器(2)をホルダ(1)に位置付けるステップと、
b)前記端面(23)と断面とを覆うシート(3)を載せるステップと、
c)前記シート(3)の上に、前記少なくとも1つの断面よりもシート厚(FD)の量の2倍分小さい終端面(51)を備える少なくとも1つの圧締部材(5)を有する圧締ユニット(4)を位置付け、それによって前記少なくとも1つの終端面(51)が前記端面(23)に平行に、かつ前記少なくとも1つの断面より上に配置されるステップと、
d)前記端面(23)にレーザ光(61)を衝突させて、前記端面(23)に溶融物(29)を形成し、前記溶融物(29)がその領域における熱伝導を通じてその上に載せられている前記シートを熱可塑性状態に変化させるステップと、
e)前記圧締ユニット(4)と、したがって前記少なくとも1つの圧締部材(5)の前記終端面(51)とを、前記壁構造の前記端面(23)より下に到達する押込み深さ(ET)まで下降させ、それによって熱可塑性状態の前記シート(3)が前記圧締ユニット(4)によって前記端面(23)を覆うようにピンと引っ張られ、前記シート(3)も前記壁内面および外面(24および25)の、前記端面(23)に隣接する縁辺領域(33)とも接触し、したがって前記シート(3)がまた、この縁辺領域で前記壁内面とも溶着され、それによって溶着継ぎ目の幅が端面幅(SB)より大きくなるステップと、
を有する、方法。 - 前記圧締ユニット(4)の前記押込み深さ(ET)が前記端面(23)より下の、前記端面(23)が前記シート(3)の接触圧によって丸められる地点にまで及ぶことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 端面(23)と壁内面および外面(24および25)を有する壁構造であって、前記壁構造がある断面を有する少なくとも1つの窩洞(26)を取り囲み、壁の方向に剛性である少なくとも1つの外壁(21)を有する壁構造と、前記少なくとも1つの窩洞(26)を閉じるシート(3)であって、溶着継ぎ目(28)により前記端面(23)に結合されるシートと、により形成されるレーザ透過溶着容器において、
前記壁内面および外面(24および25)の、前記端面(23)に隣接する縁辺領域(33)が、前記溶着継ぎ目(28)により前記シート(3)に結合され、前記溶着継ぎ目(28)が端面幅(SB)より大きい溶着継ぎ目を有し、前記少なくとも1つの窩洞(26)が、前記端面(23)より下にある前記シート(3)によって閉じられることを特徴とするレーザ透過溶着容器。 - 前記壁構造によって外壁(21)だけが形成され、前記溶着継ぎ目(28)が前記端面(23)と、壁内面(24)のそれに隣接する縁辺領域(33)にて形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の容器。
- 前記容器(2)を小室(27)に分割する薄い壁の内側分割壁(22)が、前記外壁(21)に加えて前記壁構造によって形成され、前記分割壁(22)の前記端面(23)が前記外壁(21)のそれらと同じ平面上にあり、前記溶着継ぎ目(28)が前記分割壁の前記端面(23)と、前記2つの壁内面(24)の、それと隣接する縁辺領域(33)に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の容器。
- 前記溶着継ぎ目(28)がさらに、前記少なくとも1つの外壁(21)の壁外面(25)の前記縁辺領域(33)に形成され、前記縁辺領域(33)が前記端面(23)に隣接することを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の容器。
