Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pressure-fed toilet device that can be used by being moved into a room where a care recipient stays.
In the field such as elderly care, a monitoring device for monitoring the condition of the cared person is used. As such a monitoring device, for example, there is a device that monitors a cared person lying in a bed or the like and notifies the caregiver when it detects that the cared person has started to move. The caregiver who has received the notification can run under the caregiver at a point in time before the cared person stands up from the bed or the like on his own to assist the cared person's rising motion. As a result, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of an accident in which the care recipient falls while trying to stand up by himself.
Moreover, when the care receiver is about to leave a place where the care receiver is lying (such as a bed), the monitoring device notifies the caregiver when such an operation is detected. For this reason, it can be prevented in advance that a cared person is alone and lost or is involved in an accident.
Moreover, when the operation of the cared person cannot be detected for a long time, the cared person may have died or may be unconscious. For this reason, there is also a monitoring device for notifying the caregiver of an abnormality when it is detected that the cared person does not leave the bed for a long time without making a nurse call. Exists.
By the way, the installation location of the monitoring device as described above does not necessarily need to be inside the bed as described in
A pressure-fed toilet device is a flush-type toilet device that is used by being moved near a bed or the like on which a caregiver lies, and discharges sewage to a sewage pipe or the like by pumping it together with cleaning water. Is possible. Because it can be placed near the cared person without being constrained by the location of existing sewage piping in the building, as a toilet device that can reduce the burden on the cared person, Has begun to spread.
In a situation where such a pressure-fed toilet device is required, it is considered that a monitoring device for monitoring the condition of the care recipient is often required. For this reason, if the pumping toilet device is equipped with a monitoring device using microwaves, it is not necessary to install a monitoring device separately, which is preferable.
By the way, since the microwave has directivity, the monitoring device using the microwave as described above can detect only the operation of the cared person existing in the specific detection direction. For this reason, when installing a monitoring apparatus, it is necessary to arrange | position a monitoring apparatus appropriately so that a microwave may be transmitted toward the place where a cared person lies.
Therefore, when the pumping toilet device is provided with the monitoring device, every time the pumping toilet device is moved, the pumping type with the detection direction (microwave transmission direction) of the monitoring device set to an appropriate direction. It is necessary to arrange a toilet device. However, it is not preferable from the viewpoint of usability of the pressure-feed type toilet device that the arrangement direction when the pressure-feed type toilet device is arranged is subject to such restrictions.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and its purpose is to detect the operation of the care recipient using microwaves regardless of the orientation of the pressure-fed toilet device. An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure-fed toilet device that can be used.
In order to solve the above-described problem, a pressure-feed toilet apparatus according to the present invention is a pressure-feed toilet apparatus that can be used by being moved into a room where a care recipient stays, and has a toilet seat and a bowl. The body, the filth received temporarily by the bowl, agitated with washing water, and pumped in a state where the fluidity is increased and discharged to the outside, and the care recipient in the lying state A monitoring device that detects an operation and notifies when an abnormality occurs in the care recipient, and the monitoring device transmits a microwave having a first frequency in a detection direction. And a first receiving means for receiving the microwave reflected from the care receiver after being transmitted from the first transmitting means and returning from the detection direction, and received by the first receiving means With microwave frequency An adjustment for adjusting the detection direction, wherein the movement of the cared person is detected based on a difference from the first frequency, and whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the cared person is determined. A mechanism is further provided.
The pressure-feed type toilet apparatus according to the present invention includes a monitoring device that detects an operation of the care receiver in a lying state and notifies the user when an abnormality occurs in the care receiver. The monitoring device detects the operation of the care recipient using microwaves, and includes a first transmission unit and a first reception unit. The first transmission means transmits a microwave having a first frequency in the detection direction. The first receiving means receives the microwaves that are reflected by the care receiver after being transmitted from the first transmitting means and returned from the detection direction. The monitoring device detects the operation of the cared person based on the difference between the frequency of the microwave received by the first receiving unit and the first frequency, and performs an abnormality determination as to whether or not an abnormality has occurred in the cared person.
The pumping toilet apparatus according to the present invention further includes an adjustment mechanism for adjusting the detection direction. That is, the direction in which the first receiving means transmits the microwave can be adjusted by the adjusting mechanism. For this reason, the adjustment mechanism adjusts the detection direction of the monitoring device toward the top of the bed (where the care recipient lies), regardless of the orientation of the pressure-fed toilet device. By doing so, the movement of the care recipient can be detected.
Moreover, it is preferable that the pressure-feed type toilet apparatus according to the present invention further includes a direction display means for displaying the detection direction so that the detection direction can be visually recognized from the outside.
In this preferable aspect, a direction display means for displaying the detection direction so as to be visually recognized from the outside is further provided. With such a direction display means, it is possible to easily visually recognize which direction the detection direction is oriented without removing the protective cover, for example. For this reason, when adjusting the detection direction by the adjusting mechanism, the detection direction can be easily and reliably adjusted so that the detection direction is directed to a place where the care receiver is lying down. Further, when the detection direction is in an inappropriate direction, it can be recognized at a glance that adjustment is necessary.
The pressure-feed type toilet apparatus according to the present invention further includes an approach detection device that detects the approach of the care recipient with respect to the toilet seat by a microwave, and the approach detection device has a second frequency in a predetermined direction. And a second receiving means for receiving the microwave reflected by the care recipient and returning from the predetermined direction after being transmitted from the second transmitting means. Then, based on the difference between the frequency of the microwave received by the second receiving means and the second frequency, the approach of the care recipient to the toilet seat is detected, and the detection by the monitoring device and the It is also preferable to further include interference prevention means for preventing the detection by the proximity detection device from interfering with each other.
In this preferable aspect, the proximity detection apparatus which detects the approach of a care receiver with respect to a toilet seat with a microwave is further provided. The approach detection device is a device using microwaves like the monitoring device, and includes a second transmission unit and a second reception unit. The second transmitting means transmits a microwave having the second frequency in a predetermined direction. The second receiving means receives the microwave that is transmitted from the second transmitting means, reflected by the care receiver, and returned from the predetermined direction. The approach detection device detects the approach of the cared person to the toilet seat based on the difference between the microwave frequency received by the second receiving means and the second frequency. By providing such an approach detection device, for example, it is possible to start a preparatory operation (heating the toilet seat, etc.) prior to sitting of the cared person, or to determine the sitting state of the cared person in the toilet seat It becomes.
While providing the proximity detection device has the advantages as described above, there is a problem that the detection by the monitoring device and the detection by the proximity detection device interfere with each other due to a plurality of detection devices using microwaves. Can occur. As a result, various troubles may occur, such as an abnormality being erroneously notified even though no abnormality has occurred in the care recipient.
Moreover, the pressure-feed type toilet apparatus according to the present invention includes an adjustment mechanism, and the direction of microwave transmission by the first transmission means is variable. As a result, the possibility of the above interference occurring is particularly high.
Therefore, in this preferred embodiment, an interference preventing means for preventing the above interference is further provided. Interference between detection devices using microwaves is prevented by the interference prevention means, so that problems such as erroneous detection and erroneous notification due to interference do not occur.
In the pressure-fed toilet device according to the present invention, it is also preferable that the first frequency and the second frequency are different from each other as the interference preventing means.
In this preferred embodiment, the first frequency and the second frequency are different from each other. For this reason, when the first receiving means or the second receiving means receives the microwave, the frequency is analyzed to determine whether the microwave is transmitted from the first transmitting means or the second transmitting means. This makes it possible to make a determination. As a result, it is possible to reliably prevent interference that occurs between detection by the monitoring device and detection by the proximity detection device.
Moreover, in the pressure-feed type toilet apparatus according to the present invention, as the interference preventing unit, a microwave is transmitted from the first transmitting unit, and a microwave is not transmitted from the second transmitting unit. It is also preferable to alternately switch the second state in which microwaves are transmitted from the second transmission unit and the microwaves are not transmitted from the first transmission unit over time.
In this preferred embodiment, the first transmitting means is transmitting microwaves, the second transmitting means is not transmitting microwaves, and the second transmitting means is transmitting microwaves. The second state where the microwave is not transmitted from the first transmission means can be taken. Moreover, these 1st states and 2nd states are switched alternately with progress of time.
By performing such control, the transmission of the microwave from the first transmission unit and the transmission of the microwave from the second transmission unit are not performed simultaneously. For this reason, the interference which arises between the detection by a monitoring apparatus and the detection by an approach detection apparatus can be prevented reliably.
Moreover, in the pressure-feed type toilet apparatus according to the present invention, as the interference preventing unit, while the microwave is transmitted from the first transmitting unit, the microwave is not transmitted from the second transmitting unit, and the monitoring is performed. When it is detected by the apparatus that the cared person has moved out of bed, the microwave transmission from the first transmission means is stopped and the microwave transmission from the second transmission means is started. preferable.
In this preferable aspect, while the microwave is transmitted from the first transmitting means, the microwave is not transmitted from the second transmitting means. On the other hand, when it is detected by the monitoring device that the cared person has moved out of bed, the transmission of the microwave from the first transmission means is stopped and the transmission of the microwave from the second transmission means is started.
Thus, the transmission of the microwave from the first transmission means and the transmission of the microwave from the second transmission means are not performed simultaneously. For this reason, the interference which arises between the detection by a monitoring apparatus and the detection by an approach detection apparatus can be prevented reliably.
Moreover, the transmission of the microwave from the second transmission means is performed only when it is detected by the monitoring device that the cared person has moved out of the bed (an operation to get up from the bed or the operation to move away from the bed or the like). In other words, when the monitoring device does not detect that the care receiver has moved out of the bed, the microwave is not transmitted from the second transmission means. If it is not detected by the monitoring device that the cared person is getting out of bed, the cared person should be lying in the detection direction of the monitoring device, so the cared person approaches the toilet seat. The possibility of doing is low. In such a case, since the microwave transmission from the first transmission means is continued without performing the microwave transmission from the second transmission means, the caregiver's bed leaving operation in the lying state is performed. It can be detected reliably.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, even if it is a case where a pumping toilet apparatus is arrange | positioned what kind of direction, the pumping toilet apparatus which can detect a care receiver's operation | movement using a microwave can be provided. .
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In order to facilitate the understanding of the description, the same constituent elements in the drawings will be denoted by the same reference numerals as much as possible, and redundant description will be omitted.
The pressure-fed
As such a portable toilet device, a storage type was generally used before. On the other hand, the pressure-fed
The pressure-fed
The
The filth whose fluidity is enhanced in the storage tank is not conveyed and discharged by the height difference of the piping, but is discharged toward the sewage piping by being pumped in the flexible hose. For this reason, the pressure-feed
FIG. 2 is an enlarged perspective view showing the pressure-fed
The abnormality
As shown in FIG. 2, the abnormality
The difference between the microwave frequency (first frequency) transmitted by the transmitting
The seating
As shown in FIG. 2, the seating
The difference between the microwave frequency (second frequency) transmitted by the
By the way, since the pressure-feed
At this time, regardless of the orientation of the pressure-fed
When the detection direction of the
Such an adjustment mechanism will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing an appearance of the abnormality
The
The rotating
A part of the rear side (surface farther from the toilet seat 11) of the rotating
The detection direction of the abnormality
With the configuration as described above, the detection direction of the abnormality
In this embodiment, the
A handle for adjusting the detection direction of the abnormality
Next, the controllable configuration of the pressure-
The
The
The
The
Similarly, the control device also controls the operation of the seating
Next, specific contents of processing performed in the

In step S103, based on the difference between the microwave frequency (second frequency) transmitted by the
The series of processes shown in FIG. 5 and the series of processes shown in FIG. 6 are repeatedly performed in parallel. For this reason, the microwave transmitted from the
Therefore, in the present embodiment, the frequency (first frequency) of the microwave transmitted by the
Then, the pressure-feed type toilet apparatus 1a which concerns on 2nd embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. The pressure-feed toilet apparatus 1a is different from the pressure-

In step S201, a microwave is transmitted from the
In step S202 following step S201, the cared person performs a bed leaving operation based on the difference between the microwave frequency (first frequency) transmitted by the
In step S204, it is determined whether or not two minutes have elapsed since the completion of the process in step S201. If two minutes have not elapsed, the process returns to step S202, and the determination as to whether or not the care recipient is performing a bed leaving operation is repeated. If two minutes have elapsed, it means that the caregiver's getting out motion has not been detected for two minutes, and the process proceeds to step S205.
In step S205, a microwave is transmitted from the
In step S206 following step S205, the cared person performs a seating operation based on the difference between the microwave frequency (second frequency) transmitted by the
In step S208, it is determined whether or not two minutes have elapsed since the completion of the process in step S205. If two minutes have not elapsed, the process returns to step S206, and the determination as to whether the cared person is performing the sitting motion is repeated. When two minutes have passed, it means that the sitting operation of the cared person has not been detected for two minutes, and the process ends.
As described above, in the pressure-fed toilet apparatus 1a, the microwave is transmitted from the
When the control device 100a performs such control, the transmission of the microwave from the
Then, the pressure-feed type toilet apparatus 1b which concerns on 3rd embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. The pressure-feed toilet apparatus 1b differs from the pressure-

In step S301, a microwave is transmitted from the
In step S302 subsequent to step S301, the cared person performs a bed leaving operation based on the difference between the microwave frequency (first frequency) transmitted by the

In step S304 subsequent to step S303, the cared person performs a seating operation based on the difference between the microwave frequency (second frequency) transmitted by the
In step S306, it is determined whether or not two minutes have passed since the process in step S303 was completed. If two minutes have not elapsed, the process returns to step S304, and the determination as to whether or not the cared person is performing a sitting motion is repeated. If two minutes have elapsed, the process proceeds to step S307.
The case where the process proceeds to step S305 is a case where the caregiver's getting-off motion is detected, and then the seating motion is detected within 2 minutes. For this reason, a seating preparation operation is performed in step S305. At this time, since the cared person performs a bed leaving operation to use the pressure-feed toilet apparatus 1b, the control apparatus 100b determines that there is no abnormality (cared person's bag) and activates the
The case where the process proceeds to step S307 is a case where the caregiver's getting-off motion is detected, and the seating motion is not detected even after 2 minutes. In this case, it is highly likely that the care recipient has performed a bed leaving operation for a purpose other than using the pressure-fed toilet device 1b. For this reason, the control device 100b determines that an abnormality (caregiver's habit) has occurred and operates the
As described above, in the pressure-feed toilet apparatus 1b, while the microwave is transmitted from the
When the control device 100b performs such control, the transmission of the microwave from the
Moreover, the transmission of the microwave from the
