Claims (10)
- 無線電力受信装置の受信アンテナ用軟磁性層であって、
Mn−Zn系フェライト素材を含む第1の軟磁性部及びNi−Zn系フェライト素材を含む第2の軟磁性部を含むことを特徴とする軟磁性層。 - 前記第1の軟磁性部は、前記第2の軟磁性部上に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軟磁性層。
- 前記第2の軟磁性部上には、溝が形成され、
前記第1の軟磁性部は、前記溝上に安着されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の軟磁性層。 - 前記Mn−Zn系フェライト素材は、Mn1−xZnxFe2O4(0≦x<1)及びMn1−x−yZnxFeyFe2−yO4(0≦x<1、0≦y<1)の中で少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の軟磁性層。
- 前記第1の軟磁性部に対する前記第2の軟磁性部の面積比は、0.001〜2であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の軟磁性層。
- 前記軟磁性層は、シート(sheet)、プレート(plate)及びペレット(pellet)の中で少なくとも一つで形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の軟磁性層。
- 前記第1の軟磁性部または前記第2の軟磁性部の上面及び下面の中で少なくとも一面に形成され、前記第1の軟磁性部または前記第2の軟磁性部を固定する固定部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の軟磁性層。
- 前記第2の軟磁性部は、前記第1の軟磁性部の縁部を取り囲むか、前記第1の軟磁性部は、前記第2の軟磁性部の縁部を取り囲むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軟磁性層。
- 無線で電力を充電する無線電力受信装置の受信アンテナであって、
基板と、
前記基板上に形成され、Mn−Zn系フェライト素材を含む第1の軟磁性部及びNi−Zn系フェライト素材を含む第2の軟磁性部を含む軟磁性層と、
前記軟磁性層上に形成される受信コイルと、
を含むことを特徴とする受信アンテナ。 - 無線で電力を充電する無線電力受信装置であって、
基板と、
前記基板上に形成され、Mn−Zn系フェライト素材を含む第1の軟磁性部及びNi−Zn系フェライト素材を含む第2の軟磁性部を含む軟磁性層と、
前記軟磁性層上に形成される受信コイルと、
前記受信コイルと連結され、電磁気エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する回路部と、
前記電気エネルギーを保存する保存部と、
を含むことを特徴とする無線電力受信装置。
