Abstract
【解決手段】ガスの供給源からガスの流量を計測しながらガスを搬送する充填機構を有する本体ユニット2と、充填機構のガス出口配管に接続される充填ホース34と、充填ホースの先端に備えられる充填ノズル35とを有するホースユニット3とを一体に備えるガス充填装置1。さらに、本体ユニットに導入されるガスの配管71、72を冷却するガス管路冷却部41を有する冷却ユニット4を一体に備えることができる。充填ホース及び充填ノズルを開閉自在な扉37、38によって覆うことができ、開閉自在な扉をホースユニット内に収納することができる。

Claims (7)
- ガスの供給源からガスの流量を計測しながら該ガスを搬送する充填機構を有する本体ユニットと、
前記充填機構のガス出口配管に接続される充填ホースと、該充填ホースの先端に備えられる充填ノズルとを有するホースユニットとを一体に備えることを特徴とするガス充填装置。 - さらに、前記本体ユニットに導入されるガスの配管を冷却するガス管路冷却部を有する冷却ユニットを一体に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記ガス管路冷却部に冷媒を供給する冷媒冷却部を、前記冷却ユニットの外部に備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記充填ホース及び充填ノズルは、開閉自在な扉によって覆われることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3に記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記開閉自在な扉は、前記ホースユニット内に収納可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記ホースユニットの床面に対して垂直方向に延設され、前記充填ホースを保護しながら引き出すためのガイド部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のガス充填装置。
- 前記充填機構のガス出口配管に前記充填ホースを接続する安全継手と、
該安全継手から下方に延設されるホースカバーとを備え、
該ホースカバーによって、前記安全継手に接続された前記充填ホースの該安全継手の直下に位置する部分を覆うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のガス充填装置。
