Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an automatically driven roller conveyor that is used by being embedded in a floor surface of a cargo room such as a cargo vehicle or a warehouse.
Carrying loads or cargoes inside and outside cargo compartments such as freight vehicles and warehouses was a labor-intensive task for workers.
In order to solve this problem, a roller conveyor having an elevating function has been proposed. For example, a roller conveyor (hereinafter referred to as “conventional example 1”) described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-44025 is stored and installed in each floor of a cargo compartment or warehouse, and is used as a base when loading (loading) a cargo. Using roller guide means having a guide roller that moves up and down on the frame, the roller frame is raised so that the load receiving roller protrudes from the floor surface, and the load is transferred through the load receiving roller and sequentially stacked. After loading, the load receiving roller is lowered below the floor surface and stored in the floor surface to land the loaded luggage on the floor surface.
A lift-up type roller conveyor (hereinafter referred to as “conventional example 2”) described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-227915 is disposed in a channel embedded in a cargo bed, and has a number of rollers as a lifting mechanism. A airtight cylindrical body (lifting means) disposed between the lower surface of the roller tray and the bottom plate of the channel, a compressed air source for supplying compressed air to the airtight cylindrical body, and the compressed air A control box connected to the source is provided. When the control box is operated and compressed air is fed into the airtight cylindrical body, the airtight cylindrical body expands and the roller tray rises, and the rollers of the roller tray protrude from the upper surface of the loading platform, When the compressed air in the airtight cylindrical body is discharged to the outside, the airtight cylindrical body becomes flat and the roller is positioned below the loading platform.
In both the conventional example 1 and the conventional example 2, the load receiving roller of the roller conveyor that has moved up on the floor surface and the transfer of the load on the roller are manual push operations by the workers, and therefore rationalization of the operation has been a problem.
In order to solve this problem, a moving floor apparatus (hereinafter referred to as “conventional example 3”) described in JP-A-10-175714 has been proposed. This moving floor device has an automatic endless slat conveyor lined with flat bars. One end of the slat conveyor is wound around the drive wheel and the other end is driven around the driven wheel. It is a drive type.
In Conventional Example 3, the entire floor of the luggage compartment rotates endlessly, in other words, the construction of automating the transfer of the luggage in the luggage compartment, so that it is necessary to closely load the preloaded luggage and the later loaded luggage. Therefore, it is necessary for the worker to load always to watch the loading situation, and there is a problem that burdens the operator. In addition, in the case of a failure, there is a disadvantage that a forklift or the like cannot be put in the luggage room in order to unload the load, and a smooth failure cannot be handled smoothly.
An object of the present invention is to reduce the burden on an operator who carries in a package and to facilitate the handling of a failure or the like.
The present invention includes a roller conveyor body embedded in a floor surface of a cargo compartment, and a driving device that applies a driving force to the roller conveyor body via a drive transmission means. The roller conveyor body is provided with a conveyor section and a lifting operation means for moving up and down the conveyor section. The conveyor section is provided in an outer roller support frame to which a plurality of drive rollers arranged at intervals in the length direction are rotatably attached, and the outer roller support frame. An inner roller support frame on which a plurality of non-driving rollers arranged at intervals are rotatably mounted, an outer roller traveling frame on which the driving roller can travel, and an outer roller traveling frame. And an inner roller traveling frame on which the non-driving roller can travel. The outer roller support frame is provided with an opening for the driving roller and an opening for the non-driving roller at positions facing the driving roller and the non-driving roller, respectively. Each driving roller has an upper end protruding from the opening for the driving roller, and each non-driving roller has an upper end protruding (exposed) from the opening for the non-driving roller. The outer roller running frame is formed with a driving guide for the driving roller for raising and lowering the outer roller support frame, and the inner roller running frame is provided with the non-rolling guide for raising and lowering the inner roller support frame. A travel guide for the drive roller is formed. The driving roller is for carrying the loaded luggage, and the non-driving roller is an idle roller that receives the load of the loaded luggage. The elevating / lowering operating means includes an elevating / lowering operating part, an action transmitting part and a joint member for reciprocating the outer roller support frame. The drive transmission means includes an output side drive transmission unit that receives a drive force from the drive device, and an input side drive transmission unit that receives a drive transmission force from the output side drive transmission unit. The output side drive transmission unit includes an output side drive transmission wheel. The input-side drive transmission unit is arranged corresponding to each of the drive rollers, and is connected to the output-side drive transmission vehicle and the input-side drive transmission vehicle, the drive transmission vehicle, and the drive transmission vehicle that are linked to each other by the linkage transmission means. A driven transmission wheel is provided that is linked and the driven shaft at the center of rotation is constituted by the roller pin end portion of the drive roller, and the input side drive transmission wheel and the drive transmission wheel are linked.
In the present invention, in order to reduce the weight of the roller conveyor body, increase the efficiency of conveyance, and the like, it is preferable that the driving roller and the non-driving roller have different widths so that the driving roller is wider than the non-driving roller. .
In the present invention, in order to prevent lateral displacement of the loaded luggage and to provide straightness, it is preferable to form a groove on the outer peripheral surface of the drive roller in a direction perpendicular to the carrying direction of the loaded luggage.
In the present invention, a roller chain, a timing belt or the like is used as the interlocking transmission means. In this roller chain, it is hung around the output side drive transmission wheel and the input side drive transmission wheel.
In the present invention, in order to increase the strength of the conveyor portion, both the outer roller support frame and the inner roller support frame are both groove-shaped members, and the upper plate portion of the outer roller support frame is placed on the upper roller support frame. The plate portions are joined in a superposed state, and the bottom plate portion of the inner roller running frame is placed on the bottom plate portion of the outer roller running frame using both grooved members as the outer roller running frame and the inner roller running frame. Bonding in a polymerized state is good. In this case, a plurality of openings from which the upper end of the non-driving roller can protrude are formed in the upper plate portion of the inner roller support frame, and these openings are openings for the non-drive roller of the outer roller support frame. And placed in an opposing positional relationship.
In this invention, in order to enhance the versatility of the roller conveyor body and suppress the failure, it is preferable that the interlocking relationship between the drive transmission vehicle and the driven transmission vehicle in the input side drive transmission unit can be interrupted by the continuous means. .
In this invention, in order to be able to oppose the change in the dimension of the cargo room in the depth direction, it is preferable to divide the conveyor section. For example, the conveyor section is an activation conveyor section, and a standard conveyor connected to the activation conveyor section. And an adjustment conveyor unit connected to the standard conveyor unit.
According to this invention, since the roller conveyor body embedded in the floor of the cargo compartment is formed with a low seat height by combining the lifting function and the automatic cargo transport function, the seat height space of the cargo compartment is reduced. In addition, the overall weight of the conveyor body itself can be significantly reduced, and the weight of the loaded luggage can be reduced.
According to the present invention, the low seating structure of the roller conveyor main body facilitates the embedment installation on the floor surface of the cargo compartment, and the effect of reducing the installation cost is great.
According to this invention, since the idling roller that is a non-driving roller that exclusively receives the load of the loaded load and the drive roller for loaded load conveyance are combined, the loaded load can be automatically conveyed more smoothly, The burden on the operator can be reduced, and the response due to failure can be performed smoothly.

The raising / lowering operation means 3 of a conveyor part is demonstrated with reference to FIG.6 and FIG.7 and FIGS.

Next, the standard conveyor part C2 is demonstrated with reference to FIGS. 1-3 and FIGS.
The standard conveyor C2 shown in the drawing has the same basic configuration and operation as the start conveyor C1, and therefore, detailed description of the common configuration and operation will be omitted, and only the characteristic configuration will be described.
Moreover, about the code | symbol which shows the component part of the starting conveyor part C1 corresponding to the component part of the standard conveyor part C2, the code | symbol used for description of the starting conveyor part is used as it is.
Furthermore, since the standard conveyor sections C3 and C4 have the same configuration as the standard conveyor section C2, the description of the configuration and operation will be omitted.
Hereinafter, the components of the standard conveyor C2 that are different from the startup conveyor C1 will be mainly described.

A method for connecting the base end of the standard conveyor C2 and the tip of the start-up conveyor C1 will be described with reference to FIGS.
The
Each connection method between the opposed end portions of the standard conveyor portions C2 and C3 shown in FIG. 25 and between the opposed end portions of the standard conveyor portions C3 and C4 (not shown) is also opposed to the standard conveyer portion C2 and the activation conveyer portion C1. This is the same as the connection method between the ends.
Moreover, the adjustment conveyor part C5 is demonstrated with reference to FIGS. 1-3, FIG.27, and FIG.28.
The adjustment conveyor unit C5 shown in the drawing has the same basic configuration and operation as the standard conveyor unit C2, and therefore, detailed description of the common configuration and operation will be omitted and only the characteristic configuration will be described.
Moreover, the code | symbol used for description of the standard conveyor part is used as it is about the code | symbol which shows the structural part of the standard conveyor part C2 corresponding to the structural part of the adjustment conveyor part C5.
Hereinafter, the component part of the adjustment conveyor part C5 different from the standard conveyor part C2 is demonstrated.
The adjustment conveyor C5 is used when the distance between the standard conveyor C4 located on the innermost side of the cargo compartment F and the side wall surface does not satisfy the length of the standard conveyor C2. For this reason, multiple types of adjustment conveyor parts C5 are prepared so that it can respond to the depth of the cargo compartment F. FIG.

The drive transmission unit 5A1 includes an output side
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 29, the main body of the output side
4 and 29, as shown in FIG. 4, the rotary drive

Next, the usage method will be described.
Carrying pallets, etc., with adjacent automatic drive roller conveyor RCm1 and automatic drive roller conveyor RC installed on the floor Fa as one set, and with automatic drive roller conveyor RCm2 and roller conveyor RC as one set Carrying in and out of luggage using materials.
Hereinafter, loading / unloading of luggage by the automatically driven roller conveyor RCm1 and the roller conveyor RC will be described.
The roller conveyor body 1A1 and the roller conveyor body RC1 are stored in the embedded frame R in advance.
Preliminary work for loading cargo will be described.
In the roller conveyor body 1A1, the lifting handle H is inserted from the outside of the base end portion (lower end portion in FIG. 4) of the outer
Therefore, as the
Also in the roller conveyor main body RC1 shown in FIG. 1, the
Explain how to load your luggage.
When the driving device 2M1 of the automatic drive type roller conveyor RCm1 is driven, the driving force is transmitted as the rotational force to the rotational
If each drive
When unloading a load, the drive device 2M1 reverses the direction of rotation of each
When the
In the roller conveyor main body RC1 shown in FIG. 1, the elevating operation means 3 (FIG. 17) is used to move the outer
As an example of the arrangement of the automatic drive roller conveyors, in the example shown in FIG. 1, the roller conveyor RC and the automatic drive roller conveyor RCm1 according to the present invention are combined on the left side with the center of the cargo compartment F as the center, and the roller conveyor RC on the right side. Although the automatic drive type roller conveyor RCm2 according to the present invention is combined, the arrangement example is not necessarily limited to this example.
For example, in the example shown in FIG. 37, the roller conveyor main bodies 1A1 and 1A2 of the automatic drive type roller conveyors RCm1 and RCm2 according to the present invention are arranged in two rows adjacent to each other in the luggage compartment F, and the pallet for cargo is provided on both rollers. It is good also as a structure straddling between conveyor main bodies.
In FIG. 37, regarding the reference numerals indicating the components of the automatically driven roller conveyors RCm1 and RCm2, the reference numerals “C1 to C5” indicating the conveyor sections in the roller conveyor main bodies 1A1 and 1A2, the reference numerals “2M1 and 2M2” indicating the driving devices, and the drive The reference numerals “5A1 and 5A2” indicating the transmission means, “9” indicating the intermediate rotational drive transmission shaft, and “93” indicating the spline movement color are omitted.
In the example shown in FIG. 38, the roller conveyor main body 1A1 of the automatic drive type roller conveyor RCm1 according to the present invention and the roller conveyor main body RC1 of the roller conveyor RC are disposed on both sides of the roller conveyor main body in the cargo compartment F. And it is good also as a structure which the pallet for cargoes straddles over all the roller conveyor main bodies.
In FIG. 38, regarding the reference numerals indicating the components of the automatic drive roller conveyor RCm1, the reference numerals “C1 to C5” indicating the conveyor portion in the roller conveyor main body 1A1, the reference numeral “2M1” indicating the driving device, and the reference numeral “2” indicating the drive transmission means. It is omitted except for “5A1”. Further, regarding the reference numerals indicating the constituent parts of the roller conveyor main body RC1 in the roller conveyor RC, the reference numeral “100” indicating the conveyor section, the reference numeral “101” indicating the idling roller, and the reference numeral “102” indicating the roller frame are omitted. .
