Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat treatment apparatus and a heat treatment method, for example, a heat treatment apparatus suitable for use in a treatment such as quenching of an object to be treated.
When heat treatment equipment that performs processing such as so-called quenching by heating and cooling the metal material that is the object to be treated, high-speed cooling is conventionally required, oil-cooled cooling equipment or gas-cooling cooling equipment Is used. The oil cooling type cooling device has a problem that although the cooling efficiency is excellent, fine cooling control is hardly performed and the heat-treated product is easily deformed. On the other hand, in the cooling device of the gas cooling system, cooling control is easy by gas flow rate control and the like, and there is a problem that the cooling efficiency is low although the deformation of the heat-treated product is excellent.
Therefore, in
However, the following problems exist in the conventional technology as described above.
When distribution occurs in the mist density in the cooling chamber, there is a possibility that a difference occurs in the cooling characteristics and temperature distribution occurs in the workpiece. Moreover, when there are a plurality of objects to be processed, there is a possibility that a temperature difference occurs between the objects to be processed according to the distribution of mist density.
As described above, when the temperature distribution is generated in the workpiece, there is a risk of deformation, and when used in the quenching process, the hardness may not be uniform.
On the other hand, when a temperature difference arises in a several to-be-processed object, a difference in quality may arise between to-be-processed objects, and it may become a quality defect.
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a heat treatment apparatus and a heat treatment method capable of suppressing the temperature distribution during cooling.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means.
The heat treatment apparatus of the present invention is a heat treatment apparatus including a cooling chamber for cooling a heated workpiece, and a mist supply unit that supplies a mist-like coolant into the cooling chamber; and a gas that is supplied into the cooling chamber. A configuration is adopted in which an adjustment unit that adjusts the flow direction of the mist-like coolant is provided.
In the present invention adopting such a configuration, a mist-like coolant is supplied into the cooling chamber and gas is supplied into the cooling chamber. The flow direction of the mist-like coolant is adjusted so as to be directed to the object to be processed by the flow of the supplied gas. Therefore, the cooling liquid can be attached to the surface of the workpiece to which the cooling liquid is difficult to adhere due to the low mist density.
Moreover, the heat processing apparatus of this invention employ | adopts the structure that an adjustment part supplies gas in several directions.
In the present invention employing such a configuration, even when there are a plurality of surfaces of an object to be processed with a small amount of attached coolant, the coolant can be attached to those surfaces.
Moreover, the heat processing apparatus of this invention employ | adopts the structure that an adjustment part has a change part which changes the supply direction of gas.
In the present invention employing such a configuration, the flow direction of the mist-like coolant in the cooling chamber changes according to the change in the gas supply direction due to the operation of the changing unit.
In addition, the heat treatment apparatus of the present invention includes a transport unit that transports an object to be processed in a predetermined direction, and the adjustment unit extends along the transport direction of the transport unit and is provided with a plurality of gases introduced therein. In the present invention employing such a configuration, the flow direction of the mist-like coolant in the cooling chamber changes according to the change in the gas supply direction due to the operation of the on-off valve.
Moreover, the heat processing apparatus of this invention employ | adopts the structure of having a control part which controls a change part so that the supply direction of gas may be changed after progress of predetermined time.

Change. Therefore, it is possible to adhere a sufficient amount of cooling liquid to the predetermined surface of the object to be processed.

Therefore, even when the surface of the object to be processed has a complicated shape or when a plurality of objects to be processed are cooled at the same time, the mist-like coolant flows as turbulent flow, It becomes possible to make a cooling liquid adhere to any surface of a processed material.

In addition, as gas adjustment gas of this embodiment, inert gas, such as argon, helium, and nitrogen, is used, for example.

Next, a procedure for cooling the heated workpiece M in the
First, the workpiece M heated in the

The
In the present embodiment, the pressure adjusting gas is supplied into the
The
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, only the first on-off
And the flow direction of the mist-like cooling liquid in the
The cooling liquid evaporates by adhering to the surface of the heated object to be processed M, and the heat of the object to be processed M is taken away at the time of evaporation, so that the surface of the object to be processed M to which the cooling liquid adheres is cooled. (Cooling process). The evaporated coolant is liquefied again by the
The
The predetermined time is a time sufficient to form a stable flow of the pressure adjusting gas supplied into the
Next, the
For example, the first on-off
Subsequently, similarly, by opening the third on-off
Therefore, the
Further, the
The
For example, when the
Therefore, the opening time of the on-off
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
According to the present embodiment, since the mist density is low, it becomes possible to adhere a sufficient amount of cooling liquid to the surface of the object M to which the amount of adhering cooling liquid is small. It can cool uniformly. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to suppress the temperature distribution of the workpiece M at the time of cooling, to suppress deformation and hardness variation, and to avoid the occurrence of quality defects.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 3 is a front sectional view of the
In this figure, the same components as those of the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.

The
The
In the present embodiment, since a plurality of workpieces M are placed on the
A plurality of on-off
