Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a shielding member (a planar member disposed between a seat cushion and a passenger compartment floor).

As this type of vehicle seat, a vehicle seat disclosed in Patent Document 1 is known. The vehicle seat includes a seat cushion and a seat back (seat constituent member), a cover member, and a shielding member.
The seat constituent member is attached to the passenger compartment floor surface via a rail member, and is slidable forward and backward, for example. Further, the cover member is a substantially horizontal L-shaped (sectional view) flat plate material, and is attached to the seat cushion, and can cover the lower side of the seat cushion (above the rail member).
The shielding member is a flexible planar member (substantially rectangular when viewed from the front), and is attached to the cover member so as to hang down between the seat cushion and the passenger compartment floor. The upper side of the shielding member is attached to the cover member, and the lower side of the shielding member is not attached (free state). As described above, according to the known technology, a shielding member is disposed between the seat cushion and the passenger compartment floor, and the lower portion of the seat cushion (such as a rail member) is covered, so that the seat structure has a good appearance.

By the way, in the known technique, the shielding member is disposed in a hanging manner between the seat cushion and the passenger compartment floor (the lower side of the shielding member is in a free state). For this reason, in the configuration of the known technology, there is a concern that the sheet performance (designability, etc.) deteriorates due to the shielding member rolling up or fluttering.
The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and the problem to be solved by the present invention is to arrange the shielding member with good performance.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a vehicle seat according to a first aspect of the present invention includes a seat constituent member formed by connecting a seat back to a seat cushion so that the seat back can be tilted and a planar shielding member. In the present invention, the seat constituent member can be disposed relatively close to the vehicle compartment floor surface while the seat back is moved forward with respect to the seat cushion. Further, the shielding member is disposed between the front portion or the side portion of the seat cushion and the passenger compartment floor surface in a state where the seat constituent member is disposed relatively apart from the passenger compartment floor surface.
As described above, in the present invention, the shielding member covers the space between the seat constituent member and the vehicle compartment floor (covers the gap), but in this type of seat configuration, the shielding member can be arranged with good design. Is desirable.
Therefore, in the present invention, one side of the above-described shielding member is fixed to the frame member side forming the skeleton of the seat cushion, and the other side of the shielding member is fixed to the vehicle compartment floor surface side.
In the present invention, by setting both the one side and the other side of the shielding member in a fixed state, it is possible to suppress the fluttering of the shielding member as much as possible.

The vehicle seat of the second invention is the vehicle seat of the first invention, and supports the seat constituent member by providing leg members extending in the front-rear direction or the width direction of the seat.
Therefore, in the present invention, the other side of the shielding member is fixed to the above-described leg member (a configuration in which the shielding member can be disposed in advance on the vehicle seat). In this way, when the vehicle seat is disposed on the floor of the passenger compartment, the work of fixing the shielding member can be omitted (the seat configuration is excellent in handleability).

A vehicle seat according to a third aspect of the invention is a vehicle seat according to the first or second aspect of the invention, wherein at least a part of the above-described shielding member is maintained in shape by a flat reinforcing member (further designability) The sheet structure is excellent in

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the shielding member can be disposed with good performance. According to the second invention, the shielding member can be arranged with higher performance. According to the third aspect of the invention, the shielding member can be arranged with better performance.

And the 1st to-be-fixed part 41 is a narrow part of the shielding member 40 upper part, and has several hook members F1-F3 (refer FIG.4 and FIG.5). Each of the plurality of hook members F1 to F3 is a flat plate member (substantially J-shaped in cross-sectional view) that is long in the sheet width direction, and is attached to the upper edge of the first fixed portion 41 to be attached to the first wire 18a. It can be locked (fixed).
The second fixed portion 42 is a corner portion below the shielding member 40 and includes a pair of clip members C1 and C2. The pair of clip members C1 and C2 are arranged at positions where they can face the first leg member 21 and the second leg member 22, respectively, and can be inserted (fixed) into the fixing portions 21a and 22a, respectively. In the present embodiment, for example, a resin flat plate member (band shape, not shown) is attached to the second attached portion 42, and then the clips C1 and C2 can be attached to the flat plate member (configuration with excellent attachment strength). Can be).
The reinforcing member 46 is a flat plate member (typically made of resin) that is superior in strength to the shielding member 40 (see FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 omits the reinforcing member for convenience). In this embodiment, the outer shape of the shielding member 40 (the outer shape of the shoulder portion 44) is obtained by attaching the reinforcing member 46 that is long in the sheet width direction to the middle of the shielding member 40 (a position corresponding to the shoulder portion 44). Can be avoided as much as possible. In the present embodiment, folding (described later) of the shielding member 40 can be permitted by providing the reinforcing member 46 only on the upper side of the shielding member 40 (see FIG. 6).

[Vehicle seat assembly work]
Referring to FIGS. 2, 5, and 6, after the shielding member 40 is attached to the seat cushion 4 (front side) and the leg members 21 and 22, the seat constituent member is disposed on the vehicle compartment floor FS. .
At this time, in the present embodiment, the shielding member 40 is disposed between the seat cushion 4 (front side) and the passenger compartment floor surface FS while spreading in the seat width direction. The first fixed portion 41 (hook members F1 to F3) is locked (fixed) to the first wire 18a, and the second fixed portion 42 (clip members C1 and C2) is attached to the fixing portions 21a and 22a. Insert (fix).
Next, the vehicle seat 2 can be disposed on the passenger compartment floor surface FS by fixing the leg portions 21 to 23 to the passenger compartment floor surface FS via bolt members or the like.
Thus, by attaching the shielding member 40 to the seat constituent member in advance, the work of attaching the shielding member 40 can be omitted when the vehicle seat 2 is disposed on the vehicle compartment floor surface FS (with a seat configuration having excellent handling properties). is there). Further, the shielding member 40 can be attached with a relatively small number of members (hook members F1 to F3 and clip members C1 and C2) with good appearance.

[Vehicle seat displacement]
Referring to FIGS. 2 and 6, the seat constituent member is displaced from the tilt-down state to the basic state so that a passenger can be seated.
At this time, in this embodiment, the shielding member 40 is disposed between the front portion of the seat cushion 4 and the passenger compartment floor surface FS, so that the exposure of the back surface of the seat cushion 4 and the like and the intrusion of other members can be suppressed as much as possible. At this time, in this embodiment, since both the upper side and the lower side of the shielding member 40 are fixed, it is possible to suppress the rising of the shielding member 40 as much as possible (a sheet configuration having excellent design properties).
Further, since the air flow between the seat cushion 4 and the passenger compartment floor FS is restricted by the shielding member 40, it is possible to prevent warm air from the rear of the seat (loading platform) and the like from entering the lower portion of the seat as much as possible.
When the seat constituent member is displaced to the tilt-down state, the shielding member 40 is compactly arranged in a folded state below the seat (see FIG. 6).

As described above, in this embodiment, by setting both the one side and the other side of the shielding member 40 in a fixed state, the rising of the shielding member 40 can be suppressed as much as possible.
In the present embodiment, the shielding member 40 is arranged in advance on the vehicle seat 2 (the frame member 4F and the leg members 21, 22). In this way, when the vehicle seat 2 is disposed on the passenger compartment floor surface FS, the work of attaching the shielding member 40 can be omitted (the seat configuration is excellent in handleability).
In this embodiment, at least a part of the shielding member 40 has a configuration in which the shape is maintained by the flat reinforcing member 46 (a sheet configuration that is further excellent in design).
For this reason, according to the present Example, the shielding member 40 can be arrange | positioned with sufficient performance.
