Abstract
【解決手段】複合物品の製造方法であって、少なくとも次の工程:(a)8000〜20000の分子量Mnを有し、1〜50Pa・sの範囲の溶融粘度ηを示す、溶融状態のポリアミド組成物を、このポリアミドの融点に対して±50℃の温度に保った補強用布帛に、含浸させる工程;及び(b)複合物品を冷却し、次いで回収する工程:を含み、前記のポリアミド組成物による布帛の含浸を、前記布帛を粉体若しくはフィルムの形の前記ポリアミド組成物と一緒にし、次いで該ポリアミド組成物を溶融させることによって、実施する、前記方法。

Description

R1は、少なくとも2個の炭素原子を含み、直鎖状又は環状であり、芳香族又は脂肪族であり、且つヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよい炭化水素基であり、
Aは共有結合又は1〜20個の炭素原子を有し且つヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよい脂肪族炭化水素基であり、
Zは第1アミン官能基又はカルボン酸官能基を表わし、
Yは、Xがカルボン酸官能基を表わす場合には第1アミン官能基を表わし、Xが第1アミン官能基を表わす場合にはカルボン酸官能基を表わし、
R2及びR3は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、2〜20個の炭素原子を有し且つヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよい、置換又は非置換の脂肪族、環状脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素基を表わし、

前記溶融粘度が、50mmの直径を有するプレート/プレートレオメーターを用いて、1〜160秒-1の範囲の段階的な剪断スイープ下で、厚さ150μmのポリアミドのフィルムを、その融点より25〜30℃高い温度において溶融させることによって測定される、前記方法。 - 前記ポリアミドが星形マクロ分子鎖及び任意としての線状マクロ分子鎖を含む星形ポリアミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記星形ポリアミドが、重合の際にポリアミドのモノマーの存在下でアミン官能基又はカルボン酸官能基タイプの少なくとも3個の同一の反応性官能基を含む少なくとも1種の多官能性化合物を混合することによって得られたものであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 星形構造を有する星形マクロ分子鎖を含むポリアミドが、少なくとも
(a)次の一般式(I)のモノマー:
R1は、少なくとも2個の炭素原子を含み、直鎖状又は環状であり、芳香族又は脂肪族であり、且つヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよい炭化水素基であり、
Aは共有結合又は1〜20個の炭素原子を有し且つヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよい脂肪族炭化水素基であり、
Zは第1アミン官能基又はカルボン酸官能基を表わし、
Yは、Xがカルボン酸官能基を表わす場合には第1アミン官能基を表わし、Xが第1アミン官能基を表わす場合にはカルボン酸官能基を表わし、
R2及びR3は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、2〜20個の炭素原子を有し且つヘテロ原子を含んでいてもよい、置換又は非置換の脂肪族、環状脂肪族又は芳香族炭化水素基を表わし、
mは3〜8の範囲の整数を表わす)
を含むモノマー混合物の共重合によって得られたものであることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 - 前記ポリアミドが、少なくとも1種の直鎖状脂肪族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族若しくは環状ジアミンとの重縮合又は少なくとも1種の芳香族ジカルボン酸と脂肪族若しくは芳香族ジアミンとの間の重縮合によって得られるポリアミド、少なくとも1種のアミノ酸若しくはラクタム自体の重縮合によって得られるポリアミド、並びにそれらのブレンド及び(コ)ポリアミドより成る群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミドがポリアミドのモノマーの重合の前又は間にジアミン、ジカルボン酸、モノアミン及び/又はモノカルボン酸タイプのモノマーを添加することによって得られたものであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミドが、ポリアミドと鎖の長さを変更するモノマー、特にジアミン類、ジカルボン酸類、モノアミン類及び/又はモノカルボン酸類等とをブレンドすることによって得られたものであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記補強用布帛が繊維又はフィラメントの網状構造であって、そのヤーン及びファイバーが炭素、ガラス、アラミド、ポリイミド、亜麻、麻、サイザル、コイア、黄麻、ケナフ及び/又はそれらの混合物から形成されたヤーン及び/又はファイバーから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1の補強用布帛を入れた成形チャンバー中に前記ポリアミド組成物を注入することによって含浸を実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 1以上の補強用布帛と1以上の前記ポリアミドのフィルムとを接触させ、前記ポリアミドを溶融させることによって前記含浸を実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 1以上の補強用布帛と前記ポリアミドの粉体とを接触させ、前記ポリアミドを溶融させることによって前記含浸を実施することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記複合物品が該物品の総重量に対して25〜66体積%の補強用布帛を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法によって得ることができる複合物品又は予成形品。
