Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sound absorbing duct.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a sound absorbing duct that is used for an intake device of an engine or an air conditioner and that can circulate gas is known.
The sound-absorbing duct described in Patent Document 1 forms a cylindrical duct by sticking the end portions in the width direction of two sound-absorbing materials. This sound absorbing duct forms a dense layer on the inner wall of the sound absorbing material, and suppresses the air flowing in the duct from leaking to the outside air through the air layer of the sound absorbing material.
However, in the sound absorbing duct of Patent Document 1, the dense layer prevents the sound wave propagating through the air flowing in the duct from being absorbed by the air layer of the sound absorbing material. Therefore, there is a possibility that the sound absorption characteristic of the sound absorption duct is deteriorated.
Further, in this sound absorbing duct, when water vapor or oil vapor contained in the air flowing in the duct condenses and enters into the air layer of the sound absorbing material as liquid droplets, there is a possibility that the sound absorbing characteristics are deteriorated.
Furthermore, there is a concern that this sound absorbing duct may increase the processing cost for bonding the end portions in the width direction of the two sound absorbing materials.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said problem, and aims at providing the sound absorption duct which can suppress the fall of a sound absorption characteristic.
The present invention relates to a sound-absorbing duct having a porous sound-absorbing material on the inner wall of a cylindrical body through which gas can flow, and the sound-absorbing material includes an upper portion provided on the inner wall on the top and bottom of the cylindrical body, It has the side part provided in an inner wall on either side, and the ground side is opening, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
Thereby, when water vapor or oil vapor contained in the air flowing in the duct is condensed into droplets, the droplets pass through the opening of the sound absorbing material and adhere to the inner wall on the ground side of the cylindrical body. Therefore, it is possible to prevent droplets from entering the air layer of the sound absorbing material. Therefore, the sound absorption duct can suppress the deterioration of the sound absorption characteristics due to the droplets entering the air layer of the sound absorbing material.
Hereinafter, a plurality of embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation)装置5は、排気装置4から排気の一部を吸気装置3に戻す装置である。

The

Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the separated
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the
The
(1) In the present embodiment, the
(2) In this embodiment, since the
(3) In the present embodiment, since the
(4) In the present embodiment, the
If the thickness of the
(5) In this embodiment, the
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 11 shows a sound absorbing duct according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, in a plurality of embodiments, the same numerals are given to the composition substantially the same as a 1st embodiment mentioned above, and explanation is omitted.
In the second embodiment, the
In general, in the
Therefore, in the second embodiment, the stepped
(Third embodiment)
A sound absorbing duct according to a third embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG.
In the third embodiment, the top side and the ground side of the
Also in the third embodiment, the same operational effects as in the first embodiment described above are exhibited.
(Fourth embodiment)
A sound absorbing duct according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIG.
In the fourth embodiment, the
The
Also in the fourth embodiment, the same operational effects as those in the first embodiment described above are achieved.
