Abstract
【解決手段】 背負式電源1は、ケース部5と、ケース部5に収容された二次電池51と、二次電池51に接続された出力端子5aと、二次電池51と出力端子5aとの間に形成された電流路に配置されたスイッチング素子522と、スイッチング素子522のオフを指示するためにケース部5から延出されたサブ電源スイッチ66と、サブ電源スイッチ66からスイッチング素子522のオフが指示された場合にスイッチング素子522をオフさせる電池側マイコン526と、ケース部5に設けられ、前記電流路上であってスイッチング素子522よりも二次電池51側に配置されたメイン電源スイッチ53と、を備え、電池側マイコン526は、前記電流路上のメイン電源スイッチ53とスイッチング素子522との間の点から駆動電力が供給されていることを特徴としている。

- ケース部と、
前記ケース部に収容された二次電池と、
前記二次電池に接続された出力端子と、
前記二次電池と前記出力端子との間に形成された電流路に配置されたスイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング素子のオフを指示するために前記ケース部から延出されたサブ電源スイッチと、
前記サブ電源スイッチから前記スイッチング素子のオフが指示された場合に前記スイッチング素子をオフさせる電池側マイコンと、
前記ケース部に設けられ、前記電流路上であって前記スイッチング素子よりも前記二次電池側に配置されたメイン電源スイッチと、
を備え、
前記電池側マイコンは、前記電流路上の前記メイン電源スイッチと前記スイッチング素子との間の点から駆動電力が供給されていることを特徴とする背負式電源。 - 前記メイン電源スイッチは、機械式スイッチから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の背負式電源。
- 前記二次電池の電力を出力するために前記ケース部から延出したケーブルと、
前記ケーブルの先端に接続され、電動工具と接続可能なアダプタと、
を更に備え、
前記ケース部は、前記アダプタを収納可能な収納部を備え、前記アダプタが前記収納部に収納されると前記メイン電源スイッチがオフされることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の背負式電源。 - ケース部と、
前記ケース部に収容された二次電池と、
前記二次電池に接続された出力端子と、
前記二次電池と前記出力端子との間に形成された電流路に配置されたスイッチング素子と、
前記スイッチング素子のオフを指示するために前記ケース部から延出されたサブ電源スイッチと、
前記サブ電源スイッチから前記スイッチング素子のオフが指示された場合に前記スイッチング素子をオフさせる電池側マイコンと、
前記二次電池を監視する保護ICと、
前記ケース部に設けられ、前記電流路上であって前記スイッチング素子よりも前記二次電池側に配置されたメイン電源スイッチと、
を備え、
前記保護ICは、前記電流路上の前記メイン電源スイッチと前記スイッチング素子との間の点から駆動電力が供給されていることを特徴とする背負式電源。 - 前記メイン電源スイッチは、機械式スイッチから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の背負式電源。
- 前記二次電池の電力を出力するために前記ケース部から延出したケーブルと、
前記ケーブルの先端に接続され、電動工具と接続可能なアダプタと、
を更に備え、
前記ケース部は、前記アダプタを収納可能な収納部を備え、前記アダプタが前記収納部に収納されると前記メイン電源スイッチがオフされることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の背負式電源。
