Abstract
Description
In the multi-tube heat exchanger, the present invention separates impurities contained in the fuel gas from the fuel gas as a solid or liquid condensate by cooling the liquefied natural gas, purifies the fuel gas, The present invention relates to a fuel gas purification method and a fuel gas purification facility for raising the temperature of the liquefied natural gas.
For example, when fuel gas obtained by anaerobic methane fermentation or pyrolysis of sewage and industrial wastewater is used in gas consuming equipment such as fuel cells and RX gas generation facilities, or is received as city gas by city gas conduits. When used, it is necessary to reduce the concentration of impurities (for example, carbon dioxide) contained in the fuel gas to a predetermined value or less.
As a fuel gas refining facility capable of removing impurities contained in such fuel gas, the inventors disclosed in
As a heat exchanger disclosed in
Also, this heat transfer tube has fins on the outer periphery and is made of an aluminum alloy with high thermal conductivity, so the cold heat of liquefied natural gas flowing inside the heat transfer tube is fixed to the outside of the heat transfer tube. Heat is transferred to the fins, and impurities in the fuel gas flowing outside the heat transfer tubes are liquefied and solidified by the cold heat of the liquefied natural gas, and adhere to the fins provided on the outer periphery of the heat transfer tubes. Thus, the fuel gas can be purified.
In the technique disclosed in
However, a fuel gas such as biogas obtained by anaerobic fermentation or thermal decomposition of an organic substance may contain 40% or more of carbon dioxide as an impurity, which is disclosed in
In order to maintain the removal performance of carbon dioxide as an impurity at a certain high level, it is necessary to form a large fin area in the heat transfer tube, and a large number of heat transfer tubes having a large outer diameter and length are required. Therefore, there is a problem that a large heat exchanger is required in the circumferential direction and the length direction.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and its object is to reduce the impurity concentration to a desired low concentration even when the impurity concentration is relatively high, and to the desired low concentration. When the impurity concentration is lowered, the fuel gas refining method and the fuel gas refining method are capable of avoiding clogging in the heat exchanger as long as possible and maintaining the refining operation efficiency of the equipment high. To provide facilities.
In order to achieve the above object, a fuel gas purification method according to the present invention comprises:
In the multi-tubular heat exchanger, by cooling the liquefied natural gas, impurities contained in the fuel gas are separated from the fuel gas as a solid or liquid condensate, the fuel gas is purified, and the liquefied natural gas Is a method for purifying a fuel gas that raises the temperature of the fuel gas.
The fuel gas is introduced into a first multi-tube heat exchanger to perform primary purification, and the primary purified fuel gas primarily purified by the first multi-tube heat exchanger is converted into second multi-tube heat. In the second multi-tube heat exchanger, the primary refined fuel gas is introduced into the pipe of the second multi-tube heat exchanger, and the liquefied natural gas is supplied to the second multi-tube heat exchanger. The secondary purification is performed by flowing between the tube and the tube of the multi-tube heat exchanger.
According to the above characteristic configuration, impurities contained in the fuel gas can be separated as a condensate by cooling with liquefied natural gas in the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger. Impurities contained in the fuel gas can be separated in stages by the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger, and as a result, the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube. The amount of condensate that separates in each of the heat exchangers can be reduced. Therefore, it can prevent that each multitubular heat exchanger is obstruct | occluded with a condensate.
Further, in the second multi-tube heat exchanger, the liquefied natural gas, which is present in the primary refined fuel gas flowing in the pipe, is present between the trunk and the pipe, that is, on the entire outer periphery of the pipe, and flows through the portion. Thus, the secondary purification can be performed in a state where the cooling is uniformly and stably and the impurities are condensed on the surface in the tube. As a result, the impurity concentration which is relatively low can be satisfactorily reduced to the low concentration possible in the second multi-tube heat exchanger, and at the same time, a fuel gas containing a certain amount of impurities is allowed to flow in the tube. However, it is possible to avoid the occurrence of a problem that a large amount of solidified impurities are formed at the inlet of the tube and the tube is blocked. Further, the fuel gas purification facility using the fuel gas purification method described above exhibits the effect of the method.

A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
In the first multi-tube heat exchanger, the fuel gas is allowed to flow between a cylinder and a tube of the first multi-tube heat exchanger, and the liquefied natural gas is allowed to flow into the tube of the first multi-tube heat exchanger. The primary purification is performed.
According to the above characteristic configuration, in the first multi-tube heat exchanger, impurities contained in the primary purified fuel gas flowing between the trunk and the tube are reliably cooled by the liquefied natural gas flowing in the tube, The primary purification can be performed in a state where the aggregates are aggregated on the outer surface. Further, the fuel gas purification facility using the fuel gas purification method described above exhibits the effect of the method.
A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
With respect to the impurity concentration of the primary refined fuel gas, the flow of the primary refined fuel gas in the pipe of the second multi-tube heat exchanger during the unit refinement time scheduled for the secondary refinement with respect to the secondary refinement. Is to ensure the impurity concentration.
According to the above characteristic configuration, the impurity concentration of the primary refined fuel gas is set in the pipe of the second multi-tube heat exchanger within the unit purification time scheduled for the secondary purification by the second multi-tube heat exchanger. By setting the impurity concentration to such an extent that impurities are not condensed and clogging does not occur, the flow of the primary refined fuel gas in the second multi-tube heat exchanger can be ensured. That is, secondary purification can be performed while preventing the inside of the pipe of the second multi-tube heat exchanger from being blocked by condensation of impurities contained in the primary refined fuel gas.
A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
In the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger, an overall pipe cross-sectional area that is the sum of the flow cross-sectional areas in all the pipes is formed between the trunk and the pipe. It is in a point smaller than the cross-sectional area of the superconducting pipe that is the cross-sectional area of the flow path.
According to the above-described characteristic configuration, in the first multi-tube heat exchanger, the cross-sectional area of the central extra-cylinder channel, which is the cross-sectional area of the channel formed between the cylinder through which the fuel gas containing impurities flows, is liquefied. The flow path formed between the cylinder and the pipe is prevented from being blocked by condensate by making it larger than the cross-sectional area of the central pipe, which is the sum of the cross-sectional areas of all the pipes through which natural gas flows. And more condensate can be deposited.
On the other hand, in the second multi-tube heat exchanger, by making the cross-sectional area of the overall control pipe outside the cross-sectional area of the overall control pipe, more liquefied natural gas is formed in the flow path formed between the trunk and the pipe. The primary purified gas flowing in the pipe can be reliably and stably cooled to condense the impurities in the primary purified gas and reduce the impurity concentration to a desired concentration. Further, the fuel gas purification facility using the fuel gas purification method described above exhibits the effect of the method.
A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
The multi-tube heat exchanger is a fin-tube heat exchanger, and the height of the fin formed outside the tube is larger than the tube diameter.
According to said characteristic structure, since the height of the fin currently formed outside the pipe is formed larger than a pipe diameter using a fin pipe type heat exchanger, heat exchange with fuel gas and liquefied natural gas The surface area for performing can be increased. Thereby, in the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger, heat exchange can be performed efficiently, and many impurities can be removed in the first multi-tube heat exchanger. In the second multi-tube heat exchanger, it is possible to stably perform the condensation removal of impurities in the tube to the limit.
Further, in the first multi-tube heat exchanger in which the fuel gas flows outside the fin tube, the thickness of the solid or liquid condensate adhering to the fin serving as the heat transfer surface can be reduced, so Decrease in heat transfer characteristics due to condensate can be prevented. As a result, impurities can be efficiently removed over a long period of time. Further, even if the distance between the adjacent fin tubes is increased, the heat exchange can be efficiently performed and the blockage by the condensate can be prevented. Further, the fuel gas purification facility using the fuel gas purification method described above exhibits the effect of the method.
A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
The multi-tube heat exchanger includes a plurality of smooth tubes, and the distance between the centers of the smooth tubes is selected to be at least three times the outer diameter of the smooth tube. .
According to the above characteristic configuration, the center-to-center distance of the smooth tube is selected to be at least three times the outer diameter of the smooth tube,
In the first multi-tubular heat exchanger, all of the liquefied natural gas flows through the cross-sectional area outside the integrated pipe, which is the cross-sectional area of the flow path formed between the cylinder through which the fuel gas containing impurities flows and the smooth pipe. The flow path formed between the trunk and the smooth pipe is prevented from being blocked by condensate by making it larger than the cross-sectional area of the central pipe, which is the sum of the cross-sectional areas of the smooth pipes. And more condensate can be condensed.
On the other hand, in the second multi-tubular heat exchanger, the cross-sectional area of the general outside pipe is made larger than the cross-sectional area of the internal pipe, and more liquefied natural gas is produced in the flow path formed between the trunk and the smooth pipe. Gas can be flowed, and the primary purified gas flowing in the smooth tube can be further cooled to condense impurities in the primary purified fuel gas into the smooth tube. Further, the fuel gas purification facility using the fuel gas purification method described above exhibits the effect of the method.
A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
In the second multi-tube heat exchanger, the pipe through which the primary refined fuel gas flows has a channel cross-sectional area on the inlet side of the pipe larger than that on the outlet side.
According to the above characteristic configuration, in the second multi-tube heat exchanger, the flow passage cross-sectional area on the inlet side of the pipe through which the primary refined fuel gas flows is larger than the flow passage cross-sectional area on the outlet side. Even if the impurities contained in the purified fuel gas are condensed, it is possible to prevent the inside of the pipe from being blocked by the condensate.
Further, the volume of the primary refined fuel gas flowing in the pipe decreases as the liquefied natural gas flowing outside the pipe advances from the inlet side to the outlet side due to cooling of the liquefied natural gas. By making it smaller than the cross-sectional area of the flow path, the cross-sectional area of the flow path becomes smaller as the volume of the primary refined fuel gas is reduced, and the flow velocity from the inlet side to the outlet side in the pipe can be brought close to a constant state. . Further, the fuel gas purification facility using the fuel gas purification method described above exhibits the effect of the method.
A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
A pair of heat exchangers having the same shape is used as the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger.
According to the above characteristic configuration, since the heat exchanger of the same shape is used for the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger, the design and manufacture of these heat exchangers are common. Therefore, the design and manufacture of the heat exchanger can be facilitated, and the flow rate of the gas flowing in the heat exchanger can be easily grasped. Furthermore, the equipment cost which uses the fuel gas purification method which concerns on this application can be reduced.
Further, the fuel gas and the primary refined fuel gas obtained by refining the fuel gas flow between the cylinder and the pipe in the first multi-tube heat exchanger, and in the pipe in the second multi-tube heat exchanger, and are liquefied. In the first multitubular heat exchanger, natural gas is caused to flow in the pipe, and in the second multitubular heat exchanger, the natural gas is caused to flow between the trunk and the pipe so that each fluid introduced into the multitubular heat exchanger Fuel gas purification and liquefied natural gas vaporization can be performed satisfactorily with a simple equipment configuration in which the flow path is switched between the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger. Further, the fuel gas purification facility using the fuel gas purification method described above exhibits the effect of the method.
A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
In the second multitubular heat exchanger, the liquefied natural gas used as the cold heat supply source is used as the cold heat supply source of the first multitubular heat exchanger.
According to the above characteristic configuration, since the liquefied natural gas used in the second multi-tube heat exchanger is used in the first multi-tube heat exchanger, the cold heat of the liquefied natural gas is effective in heat exchange with the fuel gas. The liquefied natural gas can be vaporized to obtain a gaseous natural gas.
In addition, since the liquefied natural gas used in the second multi-tube heat exchanger is supplied to the first multi-tube heat exchanger, the liquefied natural gas having a higher temperature than the second multi-tube heat exchanger Supplied. Therefore, the fuel gas can be cooled at a temperature higher than that of the second multi-tube heat exchanger. As a result, in the first multi-tube heat exchanger, the fuel gas is excessively cooled to prevent a large amount of impurities from being condensed and formed between the cylinder and the tube through which the fuel gas containing impurities flows. It is possible to prevent the flow path to be blocked from being blocked by the condensate. On the other hand, in the second multi-tube heat exchanger, the primary refined fuel gas can be cooled at a lower temperature by using liquefied natural gas that is not used for heat exchange. The remaining impurities can be condensed. Further, the fuel gas purification facility using the fuel gas purification method described above exhibits the effect of the method.

A further characteristic configuration of the fuel gas purification method according to the present invention is:
After stopping the primary purification and the secondary purification, the regeneration gas for condensate having a temperature for vaporizing the condensate is supplied to the first multitubular heat exchanger and the second multitubular heat exchanger. Then, the condensate is discharged as a gas from each heat exchanger, and each heat exchanger is regenerated.
According to the above characteristic configuration, the regeneration gas for condensate at a temperature at which solid or liquid aggregates adhering to the inside of the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger vaporize, The condensate can be vaporized and removed by separately supplying to the heat exchanger. And the fuel gas refinement | purification function of a heat exchanger can be recovered | restored by discharging the vaporized condensate from each heat exchanger outside.
Further, the temperature of the regeneration gas for condensate supplied to the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger is set inside the first multi-tube heat exchanger and the second multi-tube heat exchanger. By supplying each multi-tube heat exchanger as a temperature corresponding to the vaporization temperature of the condensate adhering to the condensate, the energy for heating the condensate regeneration gas can be reduced.

Hereinafter, the fluid flowing in and out of the pipe will be described by taking the configuration shown in FIG. 3 as an example.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the

Further, the

The above is the description of the schematic configuration of the fuel
As described above, the fuel gas BG1 supplied from the fuel gas cylinder (not shown) to the fuel

As will be described later, the

Then, the liquefied natural gas NG1 flows out of the

Thus, in the fuel
Further, the
Then, the vaporized natural gas NG2 vaporized through the

[Fuel gas purification operation]
Next, the purification operation of the fuel gas BG1 in the present embodiment will be described based on FIG.
In FIG. 5, which is a conceptual diagram showing the state of the purification of the fuel gas BG <b> 1 with respect to the premise gas flow path state, the fuel
The fuel gas BG1 to be purified in this example is a gas produced by simulating digestion gas obtained by anaerobic fermentation of sewage sludge. For example, methane 60%,
In this embodiment, the flow rate of the fuel gas BG1 is controlled by the fuel gas flow rate control valve V110 upstream of the
This flow rate control is performed by changing the flow rate of the fuel gas BG1 to be purified upstream of the
As a preferable temperature condition of the secondary refined fuel gas PG2, for example, when processing the fuel gas BG1 at the atmospheric pressure level, and taking the concentration of carbon dioxide as an example, the concentration of carbon dioxide in the secondary refined fuel gas PG2 To keep the temperature of the secondary refined fuel gas PG2 measured by the temperature sensor T150 of the

Thus, in the present embodiment, based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor T150 of the
In the present embodiment, the moisture of the fuel gas BG1 is removed by the
When the humidity of the fuel gas BG1 is very low, the
On the other hand, the liquefied natural gas NG1 (the calorific value is 45 MJ / m 3 N) supplied to the
The mechanism of impurity purification by heat exchange between the fuel gas BG1 or the primary refined fuel gas PG1 and the liquefied natural gas NG1 after introduction into the
The secondary purified fuel gas PG <b> 2 secondarily purified by the
The secondary purified fuel gas PG <b> 2 heated by the warmer 160 is measured for impurity concentration by an impurity concentration measuring device installed downstream of the warmer 160.
In this example, the impurity concentration is (i) for carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen, gas chromatograph using a TCD detector, and (ii) for decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, the sampling gas is absorbed in hexane, Analysis was performed with a gas chromatograph mass spectrometer, and (iii) water was measured by a commonly used measurement method of measurement with a dew point meter. Here, sampling for detecting the impurity concentration of the secondary refined fuel gas PG2 is performed by the sampling valve V280.
As a result, the impurity concentration of the secondary refined fuel gas PG2 after the temperature rise in this example was 0.5% or less for carbon dioxide, 0.1 mg / m 3 N or less for decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and the dew point of moisture. -30 ° C or lower, average oxygen 0.1%, nitrogen average 2.3%, and the impurity concentration is used in major gas consuming equipment such as gas engines, gas turbines, hot water boilers, steam boilers, etc. The level was low enough that there was no problem.

As described above, FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing the gas mixing

Based on FIG. 2, the calorific value adjustment of the mixed fuel gas in a present Example is demonstrated.
The gas
The mixed fuel gas exiting the
Moreover, the calorie-adjusted mixed gas can improve the uniformity of the mixed state by the second static mixer 730 (Note that the calorie-adjusted mixed gas after the second
In addition, in this embodiment, for the sake of safety, the calorie-adjusted mixed gas obtained above is odorized with an odorant to obtain a product gas GS. A general-purpose odorant is selected. As the odorant, a
Further, the concentration of oxygen and nitrogen is measured for the product gas GS odorized to the calorie-adjusted mixed gas exiting the
Although the concentrations of oxygen and nitrogen in the vaporized natural gas NG2 are very low, the concentrations of oxygen and nitrogen before and after mixing the vaporized natural gas NG2 with the secondary purified fuel gas PG2 are vaporized in this embodiment. Since the flow rate magnification of the natural gas NG2 and the secondary refined fuel gas PG2 is 44.4 times, it is reduced to a concentration level of 1/5/4. As a result, as described above, the temperatures of oxygen and nitrogen are examples of reference values determined by the gas company when used by being injected into the
Thus, it is preferable to measure the gas composition of the product gas GS and the odorant concentration downstream of the

[Regeneration treatment of the fuel gas purification unit]
FIG. 6 is a conceptual diagram showing the state of impurity recovery processing (regeneration processing) of the
The impurity recovery process of the
If the process of removing impurities in the fuel gas BG1 is continued, the amount of condensate adhering to the

Then, as shown in FIG. 7, in the second fuel

(C) In the above embodiment, regarding the liquefied natural gas NG1 used as a cold heat source in removing impurities, an ordinary liquefied natural gas NG1 is assumed, and the properties thereof are not particularly described. That is, any liquefied natural gas NG1 was used without regard to its origin and production area.
In contrast, in the present invention, the secondary refined fuel gas PG2 obtained by the fuel
In this configuration, the liquefied natural gas NG1 that is a raw material is heated in advance for the liquefied natural gas NG1 that is mixed with the secondary refined fuel gas PG2 after use for removing impurities and is planned to be used for the production of the product gas GS. The amount of heat of the liquefied natural gas NG1 is increased by evaporating methane and reducing the methane concentration or by adding liquefied petroleum gas.
Thus, the calorific value of the product gas GS can be increased by increasing the calorific value of the liquefied natural gas NG1. Further, even when the product gas GS is manufactured by adjusting the amount of heat, the amount of liquefied petroleum gas (propane, butane, etc.) required for adjusting the amount of heat locally can be significantly reduced.
The fuel
