該金型システム(100)は、
成形ノズルアセンブリ(102)と、
ばねアセンブリ(112)と、を備え、
前記本体アセンブリ(302)は、前記成形ノズルアセンブリ(102)を収納するように構成されている中央通路(309)を画定し、
前記ばね向き面(304)の前記ばね接触セクション(306)は、前記ばねアセンブリ(112)に接触し、
前記ばね向き面(304)の前記ばね非接触セクション(308)は、前記ばねアセンブリ(112)から離間しており、前記ばね非接触セクション(308)は、前記ばねアセンブリ(112)との表面接触を減少し、そのため前記成形ノズルアセンブリ(102)から前記ノズル位置決め断熱体(300)及び前記ばねアセンブリ(112)を通じた熱損失が減少される、請求項1に記載のノズル位置決め断熱体を有する金型システム。 - 成形システム(200)であって、請求項2に記載の金型システム(100)を有する、成形システム。
