Claims (10)
- カテーテル組立体(10)であって、
カテーテル(12)と、
前記カテーテル(12)に連結された遠位セクション、及びチャンバ(24)を画成している近位セクションを有するカテーテルハブ(14)と、
前記カテーテルハブ(14)及び前記カテーテル(12)を通って延在し且つ軸方向を規定している針(16)であって、互いに反対を向いた近位端及び遠位端を有し、前記遠位端が針先端(18)を形成している針(16)と、
前記針(16)の前記近位端に取り付けられた針ハブ(20)と、
前記針(16)上にスライド可能に配置された針ガード(26)とを備え、前記針(16)が前記カテーテルハブ(14)及び前記カテーテル(12)を通って延在しているときに、前記針ガード(26)が部分的に又は完全に前記カテーテルハブ(14)の前記チャンバ(24)内に保持され、又は前記針ガード(26)が、前記カテーテルハブ(14)の外側に係合している保持アーム(54)を用いて完全に前記カテーテルハブ(14)の外側にあり、前記針(16)を前記カテーテル(12)から引き抜くときに、針先端(18)が前記針ガード(26)内に受け入れられたならば、前記針ガード(26)が前記カテーテルハブ(14)から取り外し可能である、カテーテル組立体(10)。 - 前記保持アーム(54)の近位端が、前記針ガード(26)のベース部に、横方向セグメント(56)を介して接続されており、詳細には、前記横方向セグメント(56)が、少なくとも、ほぼ半径方向に、又は前記針ガード(26)の近位端領域から延在している請求項1に記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
- 前記保持アーム(54)が前記軸方向に対して平行に延在せず、詳細には、前記軸方向と共に0度〜10度の範囲の角度を形成し、詳細には、これにより、前記保持アーム(54)と前記カテーテルハブ(14)との間の空間が前記保持アーム(54)の遠位端に向かって狭くなっている請求項1又は2に記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
- フック状の突出部(58)が前記保持アーム(54)の遠位端の領域に設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
- 突出部(60)若しくは凹部、又は、突出部と凹部との組合せが、前記カテーテルハブ(14)の外面(62)上に、前記保持アーム(54)との係合、詳細には、前記保持アーム(54)の遠位端の前記領域に設けられたフック状の突出部(58)との係合のために設けられている請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
- 前記カテーテルハブ(14)の外面(62)に係合するための少なくとも1つの支持アーム(66)が、前記針ガード(26)の、前記保持アーム(54)に対して反対の側に設けられている請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
- 前記針ガード(26)が、ほぼ円筒状のベース部(28)を前記針ガード(26)の近位端の領域に含み、第1のアーム及び第2のアーム(30,32)が前記ベース部(28)の遠位側からほぼ軸方向に延在し、前記第1アーム及び第2アーム(30,32)が、前記第1アーム及び第2アームの遠位領域にて、張力要素、例えば弾性バンド(48)により取り囲まれている請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
- 前記第1アームと第2アーム(30,32)とが、前記針ガード(26)を貫通して延在する前記針(16)により拡げ離され、これにより、前記張力要素(48)が前記カテーテルハブ(14)の内面(64)に保持係合される請求項7に記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
- 横断壁部(36)が前記第1アーム及び第2アーム(30,32)の一方の遠位領域に配置されており、溝(38)が、前記横断壁部(36)の側部(40)に設けられ、前記溝(38)がほぼ軸方向に延在している請求項7又は8に記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
- 前記針ガード(26)の前記ベース部(28)が、前記ベース部(28)を通って延在する、前記針(16)を受け入れるための軸方向ボア(52)を有し、前記ボア(52)の外形が前記針(16)の原則的な外形に適合されており、前記針(16)が、前記針先端(18)付近にて外形の変化部を有し、前記外形の変化部が、その寸法の1つが前記ボア(52)の外形の最大寸法よりも大きい外形を有する請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のカテーテル組立体(10)。
