Description
Claims (10)
- 高強度セメントを製造するためのリン酸混合物であって、
リン酸一カリウムと;
前記リン酸一カリウム100部当たり約20〜約100部の量のIIA族金属酸化物と;
前記リン酸一カリウム100部当たり約3〜約30部の量のオルトリン酸一カルシウムとを含み;
凝固生成物が約9未満のpHを有し、且つ前記凝固生成物が24時間で13.5メガパスカル(2000psi)を超える圧縮強度を有するように、前記リン酸一カリウム、前記IIA族金属酸化物、及び前記オルトリン酸一カルシウムの比率が選択される、リン酸混合物。 - 前記IIA族金属酸化物が、マグネシウムである、請求項1に記載のリン酸混合物。
- 前記酸化マグネシウムが、硬焼酸化マグネシウム又は死焼酸化マグネシウムである、請求項2に記載のリン酸混合物。
- 砂、中空ガラスミクロスフェア、中空セラミックミクロスフェア、中空プラスチックミクロスフェア、軽石、膨張パーライト、珪藻土及びこれらの組合せからなる群より選択される充填剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載のリン酸セメント混合物。
- 不連続補強繊維を更に含む、請求項1に記載のリン酸混合物組成物。
- 連続補強材を更に含む、請求項1に記載のリン酸混合物。
- 流動可能なスラリーを作製するために合わせられている、請求項に1記載の組成物と水とを含むリン酸系セメントスラリー。
- セメント質の製品を製造する方法であって、
請求項7に記載のスラリーを得る工程と、
前記スラリーを成形して、セメント質の製品を形成する工程と、
前記スラリーを硬化させる工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記成形工程が、床材製品を形成することを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記成形工程が、パネル製品を形成することを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
