Claims (12)
- 基材(4)上にZrおよび/またはNbおよび/またはTiを堆積された台所用品または家庭用電化調理製品用の食品調理面(8)であって、
その製造において、前記成分の少なくとも1種を浸炭および/または窒化するステップを含み、
前記食品調理面(8)に(Zrおよび/またはNbおよび/またはTi)−Si−(Nおよび/またはC)コーティング(6)が形成されるようにSiの堆積をも含む、
ことを特徴とする食品調理面(8)。 - 前記堆積が、物理蒸着法によりなされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の調理面(8)。
- 前記堆積が、堆積ステップ中に浸炭および/または窒化のステップを行うために反応性であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の調理面(8)。
- Siが、Zrおよび/またはNbおよび/またはTiを堆積させるのと同じ堆積ステップで堆積されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)。
- (Zrおよび/またはNb)−Si−Nを堆積させるからなることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)。
- Si含有量が、1から15at.%の間、好ましくは1から5at.%の間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)。
- 前記成分Zr、NbまたはTiの1種または複数からなる金属堆積層が、浸炭相および/または窒化相の前に製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)。
- 製造した堆積物の厚さが、2から10μmの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)。
- 前記堆積物が、導電面上に所望の組成を有する材料からなる1枚または複数のシートまたはプレートの集合体により得られる1種または複数の標的から製造され、前記シートまたはプレートが、積層、粉末焼結、粉末溶射またはキャスティングにより得られることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に従属する場合は請求項2から8のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)。
- 前記基材(4)は、アルミニウム、銅、鋳鉄、鋼、または特にステンレス鋼からなる1枚または複数の金属シート材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)を含むことを特徴とする、食品を調理するための台所用品。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の調理面(8)および前記調理面(8)を加熱するための電気手段またはガス手段を含む、食品を調理するための家庭用電化製品。
