Abstract
Description
・ガスケット直径の1ミリメートルの直線の長さに対して0.1から1Ncm3/mmまでの保証された封止は、上流/下流圧力の25バール(2.5MPa)までに適応するに過ぎない。このことは、ロールされた板金のトーラスを伴う構造の可撓性のために、このタイプのガスケットは、25バール(2.5MPa)より高い接触圧力が動的な封止にもたらされるのを許さないということである。さらに、25バール(2.5MPa)を超える圧力で発生された応力は、ロールされた金属シートと座部の間に接触応力および摩擦係数を引き起こし、それによって外側の金属シートが(巻き)広がることになり、そのためにガスケットの破壊がもたらされる。
− 一方では、線の形状を有する接触が、ガスケットとその座部の間に得られ、このことは、接触面が線に減らされるので、接触圧力が、面積の減少に反比例した形で増大し、それゆえ、封止の圧力が、同じ割合で増加することになることを意味する。
− 他方では、弁のバタフライが、十分に閉じられた位置において厳密でない場合、接触は、新しい接触線を形成するように変位されることになり、完全な封止をもたらす目的のために、配置の許容誤差および製造の許容誤差において、ガスケットと座部の間のその相補的な表面が、いかなる不完全さも許容しない多数の弁に比べて、これは、とてつもなく有利である。
図7に示されるように、図に記載されるようなガスケットは、弁の本体101に属するハウジング内に取り付けられるものである一方、バタフライ102は、動的なガスケットの封止用の座部であることが分かる。ガスケットをバタフライに属するハウジング内に取り付け、本体によって座部を形成することも可能である。
バタフライ102が閉じられると、上流圧力が、引き起こされ、弁内のジェット(jet)の内部の構成エレメントに作用することになる。図10は、前記圧力Pが引き起こされたときのガスケットの挙動を示す。

Claims (12)
- 環状の本体(101)と、90°回転するように前記環状の本体(101)に取り付けられるバタフライ(102)と、前記環状の本体(101)とバタフライ(102)の間に介在されてこれらの一方に属するハウジングに収容される環状の金属ガスケットとを備える弁であって、前記環状の本体(101)と前記バタフライ(102)の他方は前記ガスケットの軸線に対して傾いている座部(102)を形成し、前記弁が閉じた位置にあるときに、前記ガスケットの動的な封止エレメント(12)の自由な側面が当該座部(102)に接触し、前記動的な封止エレメントが前記ハウジングにクランプされているばねの静的な封止エレメント(8)に金属シート(9)によって連結されている弁において、
前記金属シート(9)は可撓性であり、
前記動的な封止エレメントは、前記静的な封止エレメントと同じ側に前記ハウジングに接触する第1の部分(32’)、及び前記座部(102)と同じ側に第2の部分(32”)を有し、
前記動的な封止エレメントが前記座部(102)からある距離にあるときに、当該ハウジングと前記動的な封止エレメントの主面との間に隙間が存することを特徴とする弁。 - 前記ばねの静的な封止エレメント(8)は、前記動的な封止エレメント(12)から最も遠く離れている前記ばねの静的な封止エレメント(8)の前面を介して、前記環状の本体(101)の軸線にほぼ垂直である半径方向の接触圧力(E2)が前記エレメントに加えられるように、前記ハウジングに接触していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁。
- 前記主面の前記第1の部分(32’)は、圧力が上流側から下流側に向かって向けられる(P)にせよ、その逆(P’)にせよ、前記動的な封止エレメント(12)が前記座部(102)に適用されるときに、円形の線に沿って前記ハウジングに適用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の弁。
- 前記第1の部分(32’)と前記ハウジングの円形の接触線(X)または(Y)は、圧力が、(X)の場合に上流側から下流側に向かって向けられる(P)か、(Y)の場合にその逆に向けられる(P’)にせよ、それに従って、前記座部(102)に最も近い面へよりも、前記座部(102)から最も遠く離れている前記動的な封止エレメント(12)のその面により近いことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の弁。
- 前記金属シートは可撓性の波形(10)を有し、前記可撓性の波形は外側に向かって面する凹状側部を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の弁。
- 前記ハウジングは、その開口と同じ側にセットバック(108)備え、前記動的な封止エレメント(12)は前記セットバックに直角にのみ延びていることを特徴とする請求項1または3に記載の弁。
- 前記動的な封止エレメントは、その自由な側面の反対側に、前記セットバック(108)に接触しているビード(34)を有していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の弁。
- 前記金属シート(9)の一縁部は、前記動的な封止エレメント(12)にクリンプされていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1つに記載の弁。
- 前記動的な封止エレメント(12)と前記座部(102)との間の接触面は、凸状側部が前記座部に向かって面する丸味を帯びたリップ部(32)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1つに記載の弁。
- 前記丸味を帯びたリップ部(32)は、前記動的な封止エレメント(12)の縁部の幅の10分の1から8分の1を表す半径Rを有する半円環形状であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の弁。
- 2つの丸味を帯びたリップ部(32)があり、凹所(33)が前記動的な封止エレメント(12)において前記2つの丸味を帯びたリップ部(32)の間に機械加工され、前記凹所(33)の深さが前記ガスケットの縁部の幅の20分の1から8分の1までを表していることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の弁。
- 前記可撓性の金属シート(9)は2つの側片部を含み、リング(11)は、前記ガスケットがその軸線の方向に圧縮力を受けないときに、前記2つの側片部の間に、前記リング(11)と前記側片部の各々との間に隙間をもって介在されていることを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれか1つに記載の弁。
