Claims (22)
- カテーテル装置(10)において、
カテーテル(12)と、
遠位部および近位部を有するカテーテルハブ(14)であって、前記遠位部が前記カテーテル(12)に連結され、前記近位部が空洞(24)を画定するカテーテルハブ(14)と、
前記カテーテルハブ(14)と前記カテーテル(12)の中を通って延在し、軸方向を画定する針(16)であって、相互に反対の近位端と遠位端を有し、前記遠位端が針先端(18)を形成する針(16)と、
前記針(16)の前記近位端に取り付けられた針基(20)と、
前記針(16)の周囲に摺動可能に取り付けられた針ガード(26)であって、前記針(12)が前記カテーテルハブ(14)と前記カテーテル(12)の中を通って延在している時には、前記カテーテルハブ(14)の外側と係合する保持アーム(54)によって前記カテーテルハブ(14)の前記空洞(24)内に保持され、前記針(16)を前記カテーテル(12)から抜き取った際に前記針先端(18)が前記針ガード(26)内に受けられると、前記カテーテルハブ(14)から取り外すことができる針ガード(26)と、
を備えることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項1に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記保持アーム(54)の近位端が、横断部(56)によって前記針ガード(26)の基部に接続され、特に、前記横断部(56)が概して半径方向に、および/または前記針ガード(26)の近位端領域から延びることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項1または2に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記保持アーム(54)が前記軸方向と非平行に延び、特に、前記軸方向と0°〜10°の範囲の角度をなし、特に前記保持アーム(54)と前記カテーテルハブ(14)の間の間隙が、前記保持アーム(54)の遠位端に向かって狭くなることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記保持アーム(54)の遠位端の領域にフック状突起(58)が設けられていることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記カテーテルハブ(14)の外面(62)に凸部(60)または凹部または凸部と凹部の組み合わせが、前記保持アーム(54)と、特に前記保持アーム(54)の遠位端の領域に設置されたフック状突起(58)と係合するように設けられていることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記カテーテルハブ(14)の前記外面(62)と係合するための少なくとも1つの支持アーム(66)が、前記針ガード(26)の、前記保持アーム(54)とは反対の面に設けられていることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記針ガード(26)が、その近位端の領域において概して円筒形の基部(28)と、前記基部(28)の遠位側から概して軸方向に延びる第一と第二のアーム(30、32)を備え、前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)には、前記第一と第二のアームの遠位領域において、張力要素、たとえば弾性バンド(48)が巻かれていることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項7に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)が、前記針ガード(26)を完全に貫通して延びる前記針(16)によって相互に開かれ、前記張力要素(48)が前記カテーテルハブ(14)の内面(64)と係合して保持されるようになっていることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項7または8に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)の一方の遠位領域に横壁(36)が配置され、前記横壁(36)の側面(40)に溝(38)が設けられ、前記溝(38)が概して軸方向に延びることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)の前記一方の、特に前記アームの外側および/または前記基部(28)と前記張力要素(48)の間の領域に凹部(42)が形成され、好ましくは、前記凹部(42)が、前記軸方向と半径方向の両方を横切る方向に延びる溝によって形成されることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記基部(28)、前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)、前記保持アーム(54)および、存在する場合は支持アーム(66)が第一の材料、たとえばプラスチック材料から、たとえば射出成形によって一体に作製されることを特徴とするカーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項7から10のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記基部(28)、前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)の一方、および前記保持アーム(54)が第一の材料、たとえばプラスチック材料から一体に作製され、前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)の他方が、前記第一の材料とは異なる第二の材料から作製されることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項12に記載のカテーテル装置において、
前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)の前記他方が、ばね様の特性を有する材料の条片、たとえばシートメタルの条片を含むことを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項7から13のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記針ガード(26)の前記基部(28)が、その中を通って延びる、前記針(16)を受けるための軸方向の穴(52)を有し、前記穴(52)の形状は、前記針(16)の主要外径形状に適合され、前記針(16)は前記針先端(18)の付近で形状変化部を有し、前記形状変化部の外径形状の1部分の寸法が前記穴(52)の前記形状の最大寸法より大きいことを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項7から13のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記針ガード(26)の前記基部(28)が第一の材料から作製され、そこを通って延びる、前記針(16)を受けるための軸方向の穴(52)を有し、ストッパ要素が前記基部(28)またはその遠位または近位側に設けられ、前記ストッパ要素は、前記第一の材料とは異なる第二の材料から作製され、前記軸方向の穴(52)と同心で、前記針(16)の主要外径形状に適合された形状を有する貫通穴を有し、前記針(16)は前記針先端(18)の付近に形状変化部を有し、前記形状変化部の外径形状の1部分の寸法が前記穴(52)の前記形状の最大寸法より大きいことを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項15に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記第二の材料は前記第一の材料より硬度および/または剛度が高いことを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項15または16に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記ストッパ要素はディスク様の形状を有し、および/またはリングまたはワッシャとして作製されることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項15または16に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記ストッパ要素は前記第一と第二のアーム(30、32)の一方、特に前記アーム(30)の近位端部(74)により画定され、前記アーム(30)は好ましくは、シートメタルの条片(70)から形成されることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項14から18のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記形状変化部は、前記針(16)に対し、別の材料を付加して、または付加せずに、たとえばレーザ溶接工程等の溶接工程を用いて局所領域を集中的に加熱することによって形成されることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項14から18のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記形状変化部は、前記針(16)の前記外面に別の材料を付与することから形成されることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項20に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記別の材料は、プラスチック材料、接着剤、樹脂および金属材料のうちの少なくとも1つから選択されることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。 - 請求項1から21のいずれか1項に記載のカテーテル装置(10)において、
前記カテーテルハブの内面(64)、特に前記空洞(24)を画定する内面(64)が概して平滑であることを特徴とするカテーテル装置(10)。
