Addは、導入と設置の効果に起因する追加的な騒音である。

上式から明らかとなるように、羽根の共振周波数は、常に、羽根の回転速度よりも高くなる。羽根の共振周波数は、取り付け半径RMが0となる場合にのみ、回転周波数と一致するのであって、これは、例示的実施形態に係るファンの場合とは異なる。共振周波数は、固定の割合だけ離れつつ、回転速度(すなわち、回転周波数)とともに変化する。これにより、回転周波数が共振周波数に等しくならずに、例示的ファンが変動可能な速度の駆動で動作することを可能とする。ここで、回転周波数が共振周波数に等しくなることによって、早期の構造的な欠陥に繋がり得る。
Claims (22)
- 商用の空冷装置と大径軸流ファンの複合体であって、
冷却のために気流を発生させる商用の空冷装置と、
前記冷却のために前記空冷装置において前記気流を発生させるために、前記空冷装置に取り付けられる大径軸流ファンと、を備え、
前記ファンは、少なくとも1.22m(4ft)の直径と、複数の羽根とを有し、
前記羽根の各々は、後縁部の反対側に前縁部を含み、
前記羽根の各々の前記前縁部の全体は、直線状であって、前方へ向けて延び、
前記羽根の各々は、金属の外面を含み、
前記ファンは、超低騒音ファンである、複合体。 - 前記商用の空冷装置は、空冷式熱交換器、ラジエータ冷却器、空冷式スチームコンデンサ、および冷却塔からなる空冷装置のグループから選択される、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記羽根の各々は、金属シート応力外皮から作製される、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記金属シートは、アルミニウムである、請求項3に記載の複合体。
- 前記ファンは、少なくとも2.74m(9ft)の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の複合体。
- 前記ファンは、少なくとも3.05m(10ft)の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の複合体。
