Abstract
Description
駆動列の動的出力を増大させるために、パワーエレクトロニクスシステムとディーゼル機関の制御装置との間の適切な通信によって電気負荷を遮断することができ、技術的観点から可能である。従って、スクリード加熱装置は、負荷が接続されるとき又は回転速度が急増するときの限られた期間の間、不作動にすることができ、そして、動的プロセスが終了するとすぐに再作動することができる。
ソレノイド9が使用されるときには、電磁石の遮断後にできるだけ迅速に電磁石に蓄積された磁気エネルギーを回収する必要がある。この場合、従来は、電気エネルギーを熱エネルギーに変換する抵抗が使用されることが多い。本発明のシステムにおいては、電気エネルギーを駆動列にフィードバックすることが可能である。例えば、一体型スタータ・ジェネレータ4をジェネレータとして使用して、間接的方法により、機械エネルギーを、電気エネルギー貯蔵手段7、例えばNiMh、LiPo又はLiFePo充電池又は高電流コンデンサへのフィードバックし、更に、負荷において変換される。従って、電気エネルギーが回収され、そして、エネルギーが利用されずに単純に消費されるのみである別体の抵抗は必要ない。

- 少なくとも一つの内燃機関(1)と、電力及び/又はトルクを発生させる一体型スタータ・ジェネレータ(4)とを具備している移動式作業機械にして、一体型スタータ・ジェネレータ(4)が少なくとも一つのステータと少なくとも一つのロータとを有し、一体型スタータ・ジェネレータ(4)が内燃機関のクランクシャフトに動作可能に接続されていることを特徴とする移動式作業機械。
- 少なくとも一つのパワーエレクトロニクスユニットを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動式作業機械。
- 特にオンボード電気システム用の、12ボルト及び/又は24ボルト及び/又は36ボルト及び/又は48ボルトDC/DCコンバータ(5)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の移動式作業機械。
- 特に110/230/380ボルト電気系統のための少なくとも一つのDC/ACコンバータ(6)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の移動式作業機械。
- 少なくとも一つの電気エネルギー貯蔵手段(7)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の移動式作業機械。
- 少なくとも一つの加熱装置(8)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の移動式作業機械。
