Claims (17)
- 選択的刺激(4)を受けると、凝固するのに適した所定厚さの液状物質(3)を有する複数層(E)の積み重ねにより、三次元物体(A)の生成に適したステレオリソグラフィー機械(1)用のモデリングプレート(6、6’、6”)であって、前記プレート(6、6’、6”)は、前記物体(A)を支持するのに適した作業面(7)を含み、発達軌道(X)に沿って前記作業面(7)に作られた少なくとも1つの溝(8)を含むことを特徴とするプレート(6、6’、6”)。
- 前記溝(8)の深さ(9)は、前記層(E)の所定の厚さを上回ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプレート(6、6’、6”)。
- 前記溝(8)は、前記プレート(6、6’、6”)の側面レベルに、少なくとも1つの開口端を有するように、前記作業面(7)の周辺エッジへ伸びることを特徴とする、請求項1又2に記載のプレート(6、6’、6”)。
- 前記溝(8)は、前記プレート(6、6’、6”)の前記側面レベルで開く両端部を有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプレート(6、6’、6”)。
- 前記溝(8)は前記発達軌道(X)に沿って一様な断面(11、11’、11”)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のプレート(6、6’、6”)。
- 前記断面(11”)は、その幅が前記作業面(7)のレベルで前記断面(11”)の幅(10)を上回ることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のプレート(6’)。
- 前記断面(11”)の形状は、前記断面(11”)の側面エッジの少なくとも1つの上に凹部(13)を有することを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載のプレート(6”)。
- 互いに平行な複数の前記溝(8)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のプレート(6、6’、6”)。
- 三次元物体の生成用のステレオリソグラフィー機械(1)であって、
‐選択的刺激(4)を受けると凝固する液状物質(3)を容れるのに適したタンク(2)、
‐前記選択的刺激(4)を生成し、かつそれを前記タンク(2)に向かって搬送するのに適した放射手段(5)、を含み、
請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のモデリングプレート(6、6’、6”)を含むことを特徴とするステレオリソグラフィー機械(1)。 - 前記プレート(6、6’、6”)は、前記タンク(2)の底部(2a)に面する前記作業面(7)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の機械(1)。
- 前記プレート(6、6’、6”)の対応する溝(8)の内側をスライドすることができるように構成され、少なくとも1つの細長要素(16)が伸びる支持体(15)を含む、前記モデリングプレート(6、6’、6”)の清掃用ツール(14)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の機械(1)。
- 前記ツール(14)は、各々が前記プレート(6、6’、6”)の対応する溝(8)の内側をスライドすることができるように構成される、複数の細長要素(16)が伸びる支持体(15)を含み、前記細長要素(16)は対応する溝(8)の間の相互距離と同一の相互距離に参照平面(Y)に相互に平行で、かつそれに応じて配置されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の機械(1)。
- 前記参照平面(Y)に平行な方向に対して、前記細長要素(16)の各々の幅(17)が前記プレート(6、6’、6”)の対応する溝(8)の幅(10)にほぼ等しいことを特徴とする請求項11または12に記載の機械(1)。
- 前記参照平面(Y)に直交する方向における前記細長要素(16)の各々の厚さ(18)は対応する溝(8)の深さ(9)を上回らないことを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか1項に記載の機械(1)。
- 前記細長要素(16)は、丸い端部(16a)を有することを特徴とする請求項11〜14のいずれか1項に記載の機械(1)。
- 前記細長要素(16)は柔軟であることを特徴とする請求項11〜15のいずれか1項に記載の機械(1)。
- 前記細長要素(16)の硬度は、前記プレート(6、6’、6”)の硬度より低いことを特徴とする請求項11〜16のいずれか1項に記載の機械(1)。
