Claims (23)
- 研削ディスク(7)の製造方法であって、
キャップ(1)を提供する工程と、
研磨部品(3)を提供する工程と、
前記キャップ(1)を前記研磨部品(3)上に置いて組立品(5)を形成する工程と、
前記組立品(5)を保持し、前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)とを接合するために、前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)との間のすき間及び前記研磨部品(3)内に成形材料を注入する工程と、を含む方法。 - 前記キャップ(1)は射出成形によって製造される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記研磨部品(3)は不織材料で作製される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記研磨部品(3)は実質的に円盤状で中心穴(31)を有し、前記キャップ(1)はスルーホール(11)を備えた実質的に円盤状のキャップ本体(10)と、前記キャップ本体(10)の底部から延び前記スルーホール(11)を取り囲む包囲壁(13)と、を有し、前記キャップ(1)が前記研磨部品(3)上に置かれるとき、前記包囲壁(13)は前記研磨部品(3)の前記中心穴(31)に嵌合するように、前記包囲壁(13)は第1の対向するスロットの対(15、15)を有し、前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)とを接合するために前記成形材料は前記スルーホール(11)と前記スロット(15、15)とを通って注入され、前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)との接触領域にわたって配分され、かつ前記研磨部品(3)内に配分される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記キャップ(1)は、下方に延び底側(141)を有する外周辺縁部(14)と、前記キャップ本体(10)の底部から前記第1の対向するスロットの対(15、15)のそれぞれのスロット(15)の外部に沿ってそれぞれ延び底側(191)を有する2つの誘導壁(19、19)と、を更に含み、前記キャップ(1)が前記研磨部品(3)上に置かれるとき、前記外周辺縁部(14)の前記底側(141)が前記研磨部品(3)の上面(33)と接触し、前記2つの誘導壁(19、19)の前記底側(191、191)が前記研磨部品(3)の前記上面(33)と少なくとも接触するように、前記2つの誘導壁(19、19)の前記底側(191、191)は前記外周辺縁部(14)の前記底側(141)と少なくとも同一平面上にある、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記包囲壁(13)は、前記成形材料が通過するために第2の対向するスロットの対(17、17)を更に有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)とを接合するために成形材料を注入する工程の後、前記成形材料は前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)との間に保持部分(53)を形成し、前記保持部分(53)は軸穴(55)を有する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記軸穴(55)がねじ切りされる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)とを接合するために成形材料を注入する工程の後、前記成形材料は前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)との間に保持部分(53)を形成し、前記保持部分(53)は軸穴(55)を有する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記軸穴(55)がねじ切りされる、請求項9に記載の方法。

- 前記研磨部品(3)は不織材料で作製される、請求項12に記載の研削ディスク。
- 前記研磨部品(3)は実質的に円盤状で中心穴(31)を有し、前記キャップ(1)はスルーホール(11)を備えた実質的に円盤状のキャップ本体(10)と、前記キャップ本体(10)の底部から延び前記スルーホール(11)を取り囲む包囲壁(13)と、を有し、前記包囲壁(11)は第1の対向するスロットの対(15、15)を有し、前記包囲壁(11)は前記研磨部品(3)の前記中心穴(31)に嵌合し、前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)とを接合するために前記成形材料は前記スルーホール(11)と前記スロット(15、15)とを通って注入され、前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)との接触領域にわたって配分され、かつ前記研磨部品(3)内に配分される、請求項12に記載の研削ディスク。
- 前記キャップ(1)は、下方に延び底側(141)を有する外周辺縁部(14)と、前記キャップ本体(10)の底部から前記第1の対向するスロットの対(15、15)のそれぞれのスロット(15)の外部に沿ってそれぞれ延び底側(191)を有する2つの誘導壁(19、19)と、を更に含み、前記2つの誘導壁(19、19)の前記底側(191、191)は前記外周辺縁部(14)の前記底側(141)と少なくとも同一平面上にあり、前記外周辺縁部(14)の前記底側(141)が前記研磨部品(3)の上面(33)と接触し、前記2つの誘導壁(19、19)の前記底側(191、191)は前記研磨部品(3)の前記上面(33)と少なくとも接触する、請求項15に記載の研削ディスク。
- 前記包囲壁(13)は前記成形材料が通過するために第2の対向するスロットの対(17、17)を更に有する、請求項15に記載の研削ディスク。
- 前記成形材料は前記キャップ(1)と前記研磨部品(3)との間に保持部分(53)を形成し、前記保持部分(53)は軸穴(55)を有する、請求項14に記載の研削ディスク。
- 前記軸穴(55)がねじ切りされる、請求項18に記載の研削ディスク。
