Description
→基材の表面がシランカップリング剤によって変性されている
セラミック基材に関する。
→基材が、その表面にヒドロキシル基(OH基)を有し、
→基材が、酸化アルミニウムセラミック、酸化ジルコニウムセラミック、または酸化ジルコニウムと酸化アルミニウムとからなる異なった組成の混合セラミックであり、
→シランカップリング剤が、基材表面のOH基と共有結合を形成するシランであり、
→シランカップリング剤が、滅菌シランカップリング剤から選択されており、
→シランカップリング剤が、メトキシシラン、エトキシシラン、および/またはクロロシランから選択されており、
→滅菌シランカップリング剤は、一方では基材表面のOH基と反応し、かつ他方では、骨セメントのモノマー成分と反応することができる反応性の基を少なくとも1つ有しており、
→滅菌シランカップリング剤は、反応性のアクリレート基もしくはメタクリレート基を有している。
→シランカップリング剤により予め調整されている基材表面が、さらに、完全な重合後に基材表面の保護機能を満たすポリマー被覆層を有している
セラミック基材に関する。
→被覆層が、メチルメタクリレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ビスGMA、TEGDMA、フェノール樹脂、および/またはこれらの成分の混合物をベースとしている
ポリマー被覆層を有している本発明によるセラミック基材である。
Claims (10)
- セラミック基材において、前記基材の表面が、シランカップリング剤によって変性されていることを特徴とする、セラミック基材。
- 前記基材が、その表面にヒドロキシル基(OH基)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のセラミック基材。
- 前記基材が、酸化アルミニウムセラミック、酸化ジルコニウムセラミック、または酸化ジルコニウムおよび酸化アルミニウムからなる異なった組成の混合セラミックであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のセラミック基材。
- シランカップリング剤が、基材表面のOH基により共有結合を形成するシランであることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック基材。
- シランカップリング剤が、滅菌シランカップリング剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック基材。
- シランカップリング剤が、メトキシシラン、エトキシシランおよび/またはクロロシランから選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック基材。
- 滅菌シランカップリング剤が、一方では前記基板表面のOH基と反応し、かつ他方では、骨セメントのモノマー成分と反応することができる反応性の基を少なくとも1つ有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック基材。
- 滅菌シランカップリング剤が、反応性のアクリレート基もしくはメタクリレート基を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック基材。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のシランカップリング剤により予め調整された基材表面が、さらに、完全な重合後に前記基材表面の保護機能を満たすポリマー被覆層を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のセラミック基材。
- 前記ポリマー被覆層が、メチルメタクリレート、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ビスGMA、TEGDMA、フェノール樹脂、および/またはこれらの成分の混合物をベースとしていることを特徴とする、請求項9記載のセラミック基材。
