Description

Claims (15)
- 窓類工業における使用に適した第1の熱可塑性樹脂で形成された構造的な押出物であって、少なくとも1つの中空な内部部分を含み、一定の異形断面を有し、不定の長さを有する構造的な押出物、
前記の構造的な押出物の中空部分に実質的に満たされた、第2の熱可塑性樹脂で形成された一体化される絶縁体、
ここで第1の熱可塑性樹脂と第2の熱可塑性樹脂は相溶性であり、一緒にリサイクルすることができ、該構造的な押出物と一体化される絶縁体は、押出しダイを通して共押出される、一体化された絶縁体を含む押出物。 - 一体化された絶縁体の第2の熱可塑性樹脂が発泡され、さらに押出し物の長さ方向に延びる複数のエアポケットを含む、請求項1記載の一体化された絶縁体を含む押出物。
- 熱可塑性樹脂と第2の熱可塑性樹脂が塩化ポリビニル(PVC)樹脂で構成される、請求項2記載の一体化された絶縁体を含む押出物。
- 有意に太陽の赤外線を伝播する第3の熱可塑性樹脂で形成される暗色のキャップストックを含み、該キャップストックは該構造的な押出物の少なくとも一部をカバーし、該暗色のキャップストックは1インチ(25.4mm)の約100分の1(0.254mm)未満の厚さであり、該第1の熱可塑性樹脂は、ベース樹脂100重量部当たり8から11部のTiO2を含む、請求項3記載の一体化された絶縁体を含む押出物。
- 該暗色のキャップストックは1インチの1000分の4(0.102mm)から1000分の8(0.203mm)の厚さであり、該第1の熱可塑性樹脂は、ベース樹脂100重量部当たり8から11部のTiO2を含む、請求項4記載の一体化された絶縁体を含む押出物。
- 作動的にウィンドウ・フレームにインストールされたガラスパックを含み、該フレームが、
窓類工業における使用に適した第1の熱可塑性樹脂で形成された構造的な押出物であって、少なくとも1つの中空な内部部分を含み、一定の異形断面を有し、不定の長さを有する構造的な押出物、
前記の構造的な押出物の中空部分に実質的に満たされた、第2の熱可塑性樹脂で形成された一体化される絶縁体を含み、

第1の押出機と第2の押出機から押出ダイに排出し、押出物を押し出し、
窓類工業での使用に適している第1の熱可塑性樹脂で形成された、少なくとも1つの中空部分を有する一定の異形断面を有する不定長さの構造的な押出物を形成し、
該構造的な押出物の中空部分を、第2の熱可塑性樹脂で作られた一体化される絶縁体で実質的に満たすことを含む、一体化された発泡絶縁体を有する押出物の製造方法。 - 一体化された絶縁体の第2の熱可塑性樹脂が発泡され、さらに押出し物の長さ方向に延びる複数のエアポケットを含む、請求項11記載の一体化された発泡絶縁体を有する押出物の製造方法。
- 一体化された絶縁体内で押出し物の長さ方向に延びる複数のエアポケットが、0.05(1.27mm)から0.2(5.08mm)インチの間のダイランドを有する、複数の別個の出口を有する押出ダイにより形成される、請求項12記載の一体化された発泡絶縁体を有する押出物の製造方法。
- 有意に太陽の赤外線を伝播する第3の熱可塑性樹脂を第3の押出機に供給し、第3の押出機から押出ダイに排出し、該第3の熱可塑性樹脂が約100分の1インチ(0.254mm)よりも薄いキャップストック層を、第1の熱可塑性樹脂で形成された構造的な押出物の表面上に形成することをさらに含む、請求項13記載の一体化された発泡絶縁体を有する押出物の製造方法。
