Abstract

Claims (25)
- 少なくとも1つのダーツ構成部分をもつ、三次元のパイ型あるいはT型のプリフォームの強化材であって、幅、長さ、ならびに、厚さによって分かれる第1の面表面および第2の面表面をもつ操り織りファブリックから構成され、その操り織りファブリックの前記第1の面表面を前記プリフォームのダーツ構成部分に添付する、強化材。
- 前記操り織りファブリックは、織ったものである、請求項1の強化材。
- 前記操り織りファブリックは、プログラム可能なテークアップ機構を用いて織ったものである、請求項1の強化材。
- 前記第1の面表面および第2の面表面は、互いに平行である、請求項1の強化材。
- 前記第1の面表面および第2の面表面は、平らである、請求項4の強化材。
- 前記強化材の長さは、前記ダーツのあるプリフォームのたて糸方向に整列している、請求項1の強化材。
- 前記操り織りファブリックは、ガラス、炭素、セラミック、アラミド、およびポリエチレンの中から選択する材料からなる繊維あるいは糸から織る、請求項1の強化材。
- 請求項1の強化材を備える、三次元のパイ型あるいはT型のダーツのあるプリフォーム。
- 前記操り織りファブリックおよびダーツ構成部分は、マトリックス材料で同時に含浸される、請求項8の強化したダーツのあるプリフォーム。
- 前記マトリックス材料は、硬化される、請求項9の強化したダーツのあるプリフォーム。
- 前記マトリックス材料は、エポキシ、ビスマレイミド、ポリエステル、ビニル−エステル、セラミック、および炭素の中から選択する、請求項9の強化したダーツのあるプリフォーム。
- 三次元のパイ型あるいはT型のプリフォームを強化する方法であって、次の各工程を備える方法。
・前記三次元のパイ型あるいはT型のプリフォームにダーツを設ける工程
・ダーツを設けたプリフォームに適合する操り織りファブリック強化材を形成する工程
・前記操り織りファブリック強化材を、前記ダーツを設けたプリフォーム上、少なくともダーツのある領域に添える工程 - 前記操り織りファブリック強化材は、プログラム可能なテークアップ機構を用いて織る、請求項12の方法。
- 前記ダーツを設けたプリフォームおよび前記操り織りファブリック強化材を、マトリックス材料で同時に含浸させる工程をさらに備える、請求項12の方法。
- 前記マトリックス材料は、エポキシ、ビスマレイミド、ポリエステル、ビニル−エステル、セラミック、および炭素の中から選択する、請求項14の方法。
- 前記マトリックス材料を硬化する工程をさらに備える、請求項14の方法。
- 前記操り織りファブリック強化材は、ガラス、炭素、セラミック、アラミド、およびポリエチレンの中から選択する材料からなる繊維あるいは糸から織る、請求項12の方法。
- 次の各構成を備える、三次元のコンポジット構造物。
・少なくとも1つのダーツ構成部分をもつ、三次元のパイ型あるいはT型のプリフォーム
・幅、長さ、ならびに、厚さによって分かれる第1の面表面および第2の面表面をもつ操り織りファブリックであって、その操り織りファブリックの前記第1の面表面を前記プリフォームのダーツ構成部分に添付するもの
・前記プリフォームおよび前記操り織りファブリックの強化材を、少なくとも部分的に含浸するマトリックス材料 - 前記操り織りファブリックは、プログラム可能なテークアップ機構を用いて織る、請求項18のコンポジット構造物。
- 前記マトリックス材料は、エポキシ、ビスマレイミド、ポリエステル、ビニル−エステル、セラミック、および炭素の中から選択する、請求項18のコンポジット構造物。
- 前記操り織りファブリックは、長さに沿って折る、請求項1の強化材。
- 前記第2の面表面の第1部分と前記第2の面表面の第2部分とが、0°〜180°の傾斜角を形作る、請求項21の強化材。
- 前記第2の面表面の第1部分は、前記第2の面表面の第2部分に平行である、請求項21の強化材。
- 前記操り織りファブリックを前記ダーツを設けたプリフォームに添えるに先立ち、前記操り織りファブリックを長さに沿って折る工程をさらに備える、請求項12の方法。
- 前記操り織りファブリックを長さに沿って折るに際し、前記第2の面表面の第1部分と前記第2の面表面の第2部分とが、0°〜180°の傾斜角を形作る、請求項18の三次元の構造物。
