Abstract
Description
Claims (24)
- 少なくとも二つのレンチキュラー装置を具備するセキュリティ装置であって、
各々のレンチキュラー装置が、画像ストリップのそれぞれの組の上に配設された細長いレンチキュラー合焦要素の配列を有し、前記二つのレンチキュラー装置のレンチキュラー合焦要素が延在する細長い方向が異なる、セキュリティ装置。 - 前記細長い方向が直交している、請求項1に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記二つのレンチキュラー装置が、互いに近接して構成され、好ましくは互いと当接する、請求項1又は2に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 当該セキュリティ装置が前記レンチキュラー装置の細長い方向に対して平行な軸線回りに傾けられると、一つ以上の前記レンチキュラー装置が一連の異なる画像を与える、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 当該セキュリティ装置が前記レンチキュラー装置の細長い方向に対して平行な軸線回りに傾けられると、一つ以上の前記レンチキュラー装置が動画の外観を与える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 当該セキュリティ装置が二つのレンチキュラー装置を有し、該二つのレンチキュラー装置は、少なくとも一つの観察条件において観察されるとき、例えば垂直に観察されるとき、各レンチキュラー装置からの画像部分によって作り上げられた認識可能な画像を観察者の肉眼に与え、画像ストリップがそれぞれの画像部分の種々のビューを画成し、このことによって、当該セキュリティ装置が前記レンチキュラー装置のうちのいずれかの細長い方向に対して平行な軸線回りに傾けられると、前記それぞれの画像部分が横方向に動くように見え、一方、他の画像部分が静止したままである、少なくとも請求項2に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記認識可能な画像が、記号、図形又は文字のうちの一つを含む、請求項6に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記画像ストリップが前記レンチキュラー合焦要素に登録される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記画像ストリップがインクによって画成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記画像ストリップがレリーフ構造によって画成される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記レリーフ構造が基材内にエンボス加工され又は鋳型硬化せしめられる、請求項10に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記レリーフ構造が回折格子構造を含む、請求項10又は11に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 各画像ストリップの幅が、50μm未満であり、好ましくは20μm未満であり、最も好ましくは5〜10μmの範囲内である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記レンチキュラー合焦要素がシリンドリカルレンズ又はマイクロミラーを具備する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記レンチキュラー合焦要素配列が、5〜200μm、好ましくは10〜60μm、最も好ましくは20〜40μmの範囲内の周期性を有する、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 前記レンチキュラー合焦要素が熱エンボス加工又は鋳造硬化の複製プロセスによって形成されてきた、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置が提供された物品。
- 前記物品が、紙幣、小切手、パスポート、IDカード、内容証明書、収入印紙、及び価値を保護するための他の文書、又は個人IDから選択される、請求項17に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が、前記レンチキュラー合焦要素及び画像ストリップがそれぞれ設けられる基材の反対側に、透明部分を備えた基材を具備する、請求項18に記載の物品。
- セキュリティ装置を製造する方法において、
当該方法が少なくとも二つのレンチキュラー装置を提供することを含み、各レンチキュラー装置が、画像ストリップのそれぞれの組の上に配設された細長いレンチキュラー合焦要素の配列を有し、前記二つのレンチキュラー装置のレンチキュラー合焦要素が延在する細長い方向が異なる、方法。 - 前記細長い方向が直交している、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記セキュリティ装置が二つのレンチキュラー装置を有し、該二つのレンチキュラー装置は、少なくとも一つの観察条件において観察されるとき、例えば垂直に観察されるとき、各レンチキュラー装置からの画像部分によって作り上げられた認識可能な画像を観察者の肉眼に与え、画像ストリップがそれぞれの画像部分の種々のビューを画成し、このことによって、前記セキュリティ装置が前記レンチキュラー装置のうちのいずれかの細長い方向に対して平行な軸線回りに傾けられると、前記それぞれの画像部分が横方向に動くように見え、一方、他の画像部分が静止したままである、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記二つのレンチキュラー装置が、互いに近接して構成され、好ましくは互いと当接する、請求項20〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のセキュリティ装置を製造するための請求項20〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
