Claims (15)
- 液状製剤用の薬剤容器(1)であって、排出口(3)、及び形状記憶合金から成り、その形状記憶合金が相転移によって第1の相から第2の相に変化するときに変形可能なバッグ(2)を変形し、それによって変形部材(4)の形状を変え、そして薬剤の投与量を、排出口(4)を通してバッグ(2)から絞り出す、少なくとも1つの変形部材(4)を備えた変形可能なバッグ(2)を含み、数個の連続した変形部材(4)によって特徴付けられる、薬剤容器(1)。
- 変形部材(4)の温度を変えて、その形状記憶合金の相転移を起こさせるための温度調節手段によって特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 温度調節手段が、各変形部材4を電源に接続するための電気的接続(7)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 形状記憶合金が磁性形状記憶合金であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 磁性形状記憶合金の相転移を起こさせる磁場を発生させるための少なくとも1つの磁場発生器によって特徴付けられる、請求項4に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの変形部材(4)が、少なくともバッグ(2)の縦伸び部分にわたって伸びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの変形部材(4)がバッグ(2)の外面に位置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの変形部材(4)が、その形状記憶合金の第1の相で真っ直ぐに伸び、そしてその形状記憶合金の第2の相で螺旋状に巻き上げられることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの変形部材(4)が、その形状記憶合金の第2の相で螺旋状に周囲に巻き上げられるコア(6)によって特徴付けられる、請求項8に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 少なくとも1つの変形部材(4)が、バッグ(2)の周囲に螺旋のままで伸び、その螺旋の半径は、形状記憶合金の第1の相におけるよりも第2の相においてより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項6〜9のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 螺旋の軸上に伸びるコア(6)によって特徴付けられる、請求項10記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 連続した変形部材(4)の形状記憶合金の相転移を互いに独立に起こさせる温度調節手段又は少なくとも1つの磁場発生器によって特徴付けられる、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤容器(1)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤容器(1)を含む液状製剤を送達するための、注射装置(I)。
- 患者の皮膚に刺し刺すためのバルブ及び中空針(8)が、排出口(3)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の注射装置(I)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の薬剤容器(1)を含む、液状製剤を送達するための吸入装置。
