- 前記第1のデータレートが高データレートであり、前記複数のパケットの前記第1のサブセットがユニキャストモードにおいて受信され、前記第2のデータレートが平均リアルタイムデータレートであり、前記複数のパケットの前記第2のサブセットがマルチキャストモードにおいて受信され、前記メモリが、ハンドオフを実行することと、前記ハンドオフ後に、前記バッファ長が前記第1のしきい長を下回ると判断することと、前記ユニキャストモードにおいて前記第1のデータレートでパケットの第3のセットを受信することと、前記バッファ長が前記第1のしきい長であるかまたはそれを上回るときに第2の通知を送ることと、マルチキャストグループに加入するための受信した命令に応じて前記マルチキャストグループに加入することと、前記第2のデータレートで前記マルチキャストモードにおいてパケットの第4のセットを受信することとに関係するさらなる命令を保持する、請求項9に記載の通信装置。
- 前記複数のパケットの前記第2のサブセットがマルチキャストモードにおいて受信され、前記メモリは、前記複数のパケットの前記第2のサブセットが前記第2のデータレートで受信された際に前記バッファ長を監視することと、前記バッファ長が前記第1のしきい長を下回る場合、前記マルチキャストモードからユニキャストモードに切り替えることと、前記バッファ長が前記第1のしきい長であるかまたはそれを上回るまで、前記第1のデータレートで前記ユニキャストモードにおいてパケットの第3のサブセットを受信することとに関係する命令を保持する、請求項9に記載の通信装置。
- 前記複数のパケットの前記第2のサブセットがマルチキャストモードにおいて受信され、前記メモリは、前記通信装置がマルチキャストグループにおいて最も不利なユーザであると判断することと、前記マルチキャストグループから分離することと、ユニキャストモードにおいて前記第1のデータレートで前記複数のパケットの第3のサブセットを受信することとに関係する命令を保持する、請求項9に記載の通信装置。
- 前記通信装置が前記マルチキャストグループにおいて前記最も不利なユーザであると判断すること、前記メモリが、n個のパケットについて最大数の否定応答が発行されたこと、またはm個のパケットについてCRCが失敗したことのうちの1つを判断することに関係する命令を保持する、請求項14に記載の通信装置。
