Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a safety device that cuts off current when an abnormality occurs.
このスイッチ回路では、温度検出手段からの信号に基づいて制御手段がスイッチを開放することによって、MOSFET(Metal−Oxide−Semiconductor Field−Effect Transistor:金属酸化膜半導体電界効果トランジスタ)への制御信号の入力を遮断し、負荷へ供給される電流を遮断している。
However, the switch circuit disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to improve the certainty of interrupting a current supplied from a power source to a load.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a safety device capable of interrupting a current supplied from a power source to a load through a supply line when the temperature of the load reaches a set temperature. A safety device is provided, comprising: a short-circuit line that short-circuits upstream and downstream; and a power fuse provided in the supply line between the power source and the short-circuit line.
In the present invention, the short-circuit line is short-circuited when the temperature of the load reaches the set temperature. Thereby, both ends of the power source are short-circuited, and the power fuse provided in the supply line is cut. Therefore, since the current of the supply line is cut off by cutting the power fuse, it is possible to improve the certainty of cutting off the current supplied from the power source to the load.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
Hereinafter, a
First, the
The
直流電源2は、HEV(Hybrid Electric Vehicle:ハイブリッド車両)やEV(Electric Vehicle:電動車両)などに搭載される強電バッテリである。
The DC
電気ヒータ3は、通電することによって発熱するシーズヒータ又はPTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient)ヒータである。
The
The
Next, the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
One
The short-
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The heat generated by the
When the
The critical temperature at which the
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The IGBT 30 is provided in the
A pair of
The
The
A pair of
The
Next, the operation of the
When the temperature of the refrigerant in the
From this state, when the temperature of the
First, when the temperature rises beyond the allowable temperature range of the refrigerant in the
Here, for example, when the circulation amount of the refrigerant in the
As described above, when the temperature of the
Two
At this time, the operating temperature of each
Furthermore, if the two temperature fuses 35 are not cut when the temperature of the
Specifically, when the temperature of the
Thus, by cutting the
The
According to the first embodiment described above, the following effects are obtained.
In the
Further, in the
In addition, as in the modification shown in FIG. 3, the
In this case, when the
Thus, by sharing the
(Second embodiment)
Hereinafter, with reference to FIG. 4, a
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that an
The
The
When the temperature of the
Specifically, when the temperature of the
As described above, even if the
According to the second embodiment described above, the following effects are obtained.
In the
Also, with the
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it is obvious that various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical idea.
