Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a glass plate package, and more particularly, to an improvement technique for a glass plate package in which a glass plate laminate is accommodated above a base portion of a pallet.
As is well known, various types of glass plates represented by glass substrates for flat panel displays (FPD) such as liquid crystal displays, plasma displays, field emission displays (including surface emission displays) and electroluminescence displays have recently become large-sized. The actual situation is that promotion is being promoted. As an example, a glass substrate for a liquid crystal display has a side length exceeding 2000 mm and a plate thickness of 0.7 mm has become widespread and has become thinner. Since such a large and thin glass plate is easily damaged, it is extremely difficult to handle it when it is packed and transported. In particular, the packaging form is regarded as important.
This type of glass plate packaging is to stack a plurality of glass plates in a flat position (substantially horizontal position) as a glass plate laminate housed above the base of the pallet and pack in this state. Is considered advantageous. In other words, when this type of glass plate is stacked and packed in a vertical posture (tilted posture), the glass plate is damaged during packaging and transportation due to stress concentration occurring near the lower side of the glass plate. Invite. On the other hand, if this type of glass plate is stacked and packaged in a flat position, the glass plate is supported by surface contact, so stress concentration occurs near some sides of the glass plate as described above. From this point of view, it can be expected to suppress breakage of the glass plate.
By the way, as a transportation means of the glass sheet packaged body in which the glass sheet laminate is accommodated flat on the base part of the pallet, air transportation, sea transportation, truck transportation, or handling with a forklift can be mentioned. However, in all these cases, the glass plate package is continuously subjected to vibrations or impacts in the vertical direction, the front-rear direction, and the left-right direction. It is important to obtain an effect.
So, according to patent document 1, the packaging form which mounted the glass plate laminated body on the upper part of the base via the buffer is disclosed. Furthermore, according to
By the way, as disclosed in
Taking this into account, it is convenient to input high-frequency vibrations clearly different from the upper part into the lower part of the glass plate package. It is effective for anti-vibration to reduce the inertia by reducing the weight of the portion and, in particular, by appropriately reducing the weight of the lower portion relative to the weight of the upper portion.
However, in the glass plate package disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the upper surface portion of the base also serves as the glass plate receiving portion, the base and the glass plate receiving portion are integrated, and disclosed in
Due to this, low-frequency vibrations close to the natural vibrations of the upper part when the buffer body and the vibration absorbing material are used as boundaries are input from both the base and the pedestal. The low frequency vibrations are not properly absorbed by the respective actions of the buffer and the vibration absorbing material, but are propagated as they are to the glass plate laminate, causing the glass plate to break or break.
And, if such problems are reflected in reality that it is necessary to increase the number of laminated glass plate laminates in order to increase the loading efficiency of the glass plate package, the above-mentioned base and pedestal are each made of a rigid rigid structure. This has become even more prominent due to their increased weight and increased inertia.
In the present invention, in view of the above circumstances, a high-frequency vibration that is clearly different from the natural vibration of the upper part is input to the lower part of the lower part of the shock absorber having an appropriate rigid structure. Thus, it is a technical problem to provide a glass plate package capable of ensuring a good vibration isolation function.
The present invention, which was created to solve the above technical problem, has a structure in which a glass plate laminate formed by laminating a plurality of glass plates in a flat position is placed above the base portion of the pallet. A glass plate receiving portion that receives the load of the glass plate laminate is disposed at the top of the portion, and the glass plate laminate is placed on the glass plate receiving portion via a buffer. In the glass plate package,
The base part and the glass plate receiving part are separated, the horizontal movement of the glass plate receiving part with respect to the base part is restricted, and the glass plate receiving part is vertically moved on the upper surface part of the base part. It is characterized by being placed in an edge-cut state that can vibrate freely in the direction. Here, the above “buffer” is synonymous with the shock absorber.
According to such a configuration, when the glass plate package is divided into the upper part (including the glass plate laminate) and the lower part with the buffer body as a boundary, the lower part is the base part. After being separated from the glass plate receiving portion, the horizontal movement of the glass plate receiving portion with respect to the base portion is restricted. And the glass plate packing body is placed on the base portion in an edge-cut state in which the glass plate receiving portion can freely vibrate in the vertical direction, and the glass plate laminated on the upper portion of the glass plate receiving portion via a buffer. The body is placed. In such a state, the lower part supporting the load of the upper part of the glass plate package can secure sufficient rigidity as a whole, and the glass plate receiving part of the lower part can be Since it is separated from the base portion, the weight is reduced and the inertia is reduced. As a result, when vibration or impact is input to the lower part of the glass plate package during transportation, etc., the glass plate receiving part, which is a part of the lower part, has a high frequency component of vibration transmitted from the base part. Therefore, it becomes easier to vibrate and low frequency components are difficult to convey. For this reason, the glass plate receiving portion vibrates at a high frequency that is clearly different from the low frequency natural vibration of the upper portion. As a result, high-frequency vibrations input to the glass plate receiving part are easily absorbed by the vibration isolating structure consisting of the buffer, and are hardly propagated to the glass plate laminate above it, and the glass plate is broken or damaged. Is significantly reduced. In this case, since the glass plate receiving portion is placed in a state in which the horizontal movement is restricted with respect to the base portion, the glass plate receiving portion can freely vibrate in the vertical direction on the base portion. Regardless, the lateral displacement is appropriately suppressed. In addition, it is preferable that the buffer body is directly laid on the upper part of the glass plate receiving portion, and further, the glass plate laminate is directly placed on the buffer body, or the glass plate laminate is the buffer body. It is preferable to be disposed so as to directly receive the buffering action. However, the glass plate laminate is accommodated in the internal space of the box, and the glass plate is laminated by another structure, such as arranging a buffer between the bottom plate of the box and the glass plate receiving portion. The body may be buffered by the buffer.
From the above viewpoint, the glass plate package is divided into an upper portion including the glass plate laminate, and a lower portion including the base portion and the glass plate receiving portion, with the buffer body as a boundary, When vibration or impact is input to the lower part, the glass plate receiving part is preferably configured to vibrate at a high frequency clearly different from the low frequency natural vibration of the upper part.
In this case, the weight of the glass plate receiving part is preferably lighter than the base part.
If it does in this way, the glass plate receiving part isolate | separated from the base part in the lower site | part of a glass plate package can be made lightweight significantly, and the inertia can be made very small. Therefore, the glass plate receiving part which is a part of the lower part of the glass plate package is more easily vibrated with respect to the high frequency component of vibration transmitted from the base part, and the low frequency natural vibration of the upper part is Will vibrate at a more distinctly different high frequency, so that the vibration is more appropriately absorbed by the vibration isolating structure consisting of the buffer, and propagates to the glass plate laminate above it and the glass plate resulting therefrom Occurrence of cracks and breakage is further reliably reduced.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that a plurality of press plates for restricting the movement of the glass plate laminate in the horizontal direction are attached to the glass plate receiving portion so as to be separated from each other.
In this way, the lateral displacement of the glass plate laminate on the glass plate receiving portion is suppressed by the plurality of press plates, and a plurality of these press plates are separated from each other. Thus, compared with the case where the entire periphery of the glass plate laminate is surrounded by the side surface without any gaps, the weight can be reduced and the waste of materials does not occur. Such an advantage is remarkably obtained when the presser plate is raised with an increase in the number of laminated glass plates. In addition, it is preferable that the plurality of press plates are detachably attached to the glass plate receiving portion, and if this is done, the press plates can be removed when the glass plate laminate is unloaded. Therefore, the workability is improved without interfering with the loading / unloading work. Further, the sum of the width direction dimensions of the plurality of presser plates is preferably less than ½ of the total circumferential length of the glass plate laminate, and if this is done, the above plurality of presser plates It is possible to further reduce the weight and avoid waste of materials by separating them from each other.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the glass plate receiving portion is formed upright from a position on the inner side of the upper surface periphery of the base portion.
In this way, a space is formed in the vicinity of the peripheral edge of the upper surface of the base portion, and this space can be effectively used for a mounting space for the pressing plate, a mounting space for a column to be described later, and the like. In this case, it is preferable that a plurality of press plates are respectively attached to the side surfaces of the glass plate receiving portion. If this is done, each press plate may be configured not to protrude to the glass plate receiving portion side. Therefore, the glass plate laminate can be appropriately surrounded by the press plates, and the horizontal movement of the glass plate laminate can be regulated without hindrance. Further, the horizontal dimension between the side surface of the glass plate receiving portion and the side surface of the base portion is preferably longer than the plate thickness dimension of the press plate. Since it does not protrude outward from the base part, the glass plate package can be compactly accommodated, and there is no problem that the holding plate becomes an obstacle during transportation or the like. Furthermore, it is preferable to erected support columns that support the upper glass plate package when stacking the glass plate packages in a plurality of stages at the four corners of the base part. During transportation or truck transportation, it is possible to stack the glass plate packages in a plurality of stages and load them in the transportation space, thereby avoiding the problem that the upper space is wasted. Also in this case, it is preferable that each support | pillar does not protrude to the outward side rather than a base part from viewpoints, such as compactization of the above glass plate package.
In the above configuration, the glass plate receiving portion is a frame body in which frame members are assembled in a lattice shape, and the buffer body is disposed on the upper surface in a form along the upper surface of each frame member of the frame body. It is preferable to have a buffered substrate. Here, “arranged on the upper surface in a manner along the upper surface of each frame member of the frame body” means that another member (for example, an upper material or the like) is placed on the upper surface of each frame member of the frame body. It also includes the case where it is placed on it in a state of being interposed.
In this way, since the buffer base material of the buffer body is arranged on the upper surface of the frame material of the frame body forming the skeleton of the glass plate receiving portion, and on the upper surface of the frame material, The load is received by each frame member of the frame body through the buffer base material. Accordingly, the glass plate receiving portion that receives the load of the glass plate laminate has sufficient rigidity and strength, and it becomes possible to avoid the support mode of the glass plate laminate becoming distorted. . Furthermore, since the frame body is an assembly of frame materials in a lattice shape, if a buffer base material is placed at an appropriate position on the upper surface of the lattice frame material, an appropriate impact corresponding to the request for the glass plate laminate can be obtained. It is possible to ensure a relaxing action. In addition, since the frame body is effectively used for the arrangement of the buffer base material, the upper material can be made thin, light, or unnecessary, so that it is possible to avoid an undue weight increase of the glass plate package.
Furthermore, it is preferable that the said buffer body has a flexible sheet arrange | positioned so that the upper part of the said buffer base material may be covered. Here, the above-mentioned “flexible sheet” may perform a buffering action or may not perform a buffering action, but it is the buffer base material that performs the main buffering action to the last. Therefore, it is preferable that the flexible sheet has higher rigidity or hardness than the buffer base material.
In this case, since the flexible sheet covers the upper portion of the buffer base material, the buffer base material does not exist because the buffer base material is arranged in a mode along the upper surface of each frame member of the frame body. The plurality of holes or recesses are covered with the flexible sheet, and the support of the lower end surface of the glass plate laminate can be satisfactorily performed over the entire region.
In this case, the buffer base material is preferably composed of a plurality of buffer base pieces, and the plurality of buffer base pieces are arranged so as to be separated from or connected to each other.
If it does in this way, what is necessary is just to let each buffer base piece be a columnar body of a column shape or a prism shape. Preferably, the shape may be a cubic shape, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, or a line shape that is long in one direction, making the buffer base material extremely easy and fixing a plurality of buffer base pieces to the upper surface of each frame member. The work of attaching or sticking is also facilitated.
Moreover, it is preferable that the width direction dimension of the said buffer base piece is substantially the same as the width direction dimension of the upper surface of the said frame material, or it is shorter than it.
If it does in this way, it will become possible to fix or stick a buffer base piece reliably and appropriately using the upper surface of each frame material of a frame body effectively.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the buffer body is composed of a plurality of buffer base pieces, and the plurality of buffer base pieces are scattered over substantially the entire upper surface of the glass plate receiving portion.
In the above configuration, it is preferable that the glass plate receiving portion is a frame body in which a frame material is assembled in a lattice shape, and the plurality of buffer base pieces are disposed on an upper surface of the frame material.
In the above configuration, the width dimension of the buffer base piece is substantially the same as or shorter than the width direction dimension of the upper surface of the frame member, and the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the width direction of the buffer base piece is The dimension in the width direction may be substantially the same.
In the above configuration, the buffer base piece may be a columnar body.
In the above configuration, the plurality of buffer base pieces may have two or more types of elasticity of each buffer base piece.
In the above configuration, the plurality of buffer base pieces may be formed of a laminate of two or more layers in which each buffer base piece has two or more kinds of elasticity.
In the above configuration, the frame body may be formed by arranging frame members vertically and horizontally, and the upper surface of the vertical frame member and the upper surface of the horizontal frame member may be located on the same plane.
In the above configuration, the buffer body may include a flexible sheet arranged to cover the upper portions of the plurality of buffer base pieces.
As described above, according to the present invention, the glass plate package is placed on the base portion in a state where the glass plate receiving portion can freely vibrate in the vertical direction, and is buffered on the upper portion of the glass plate receiving portion. Since it will be in the state by which the glass plate laminated body was mounted through the body, the lower part which supports the weight of the upper part of a glass plate package can ensure sufficient rigidity as a whole. In addition, since the glass plate receiving portion, which is a part of the lower portion, is light in weight and its inertia is reduced, when the vibration or impact is input to the lower portion, the glass plate receiving portion is It becomes easy to vibrate with respect to the high frequency component of the vibration transmitted from the base, and the low frequency component is difficult to transmit. For this reason, the glass plate receiving portion vibrates at a high frequency that is clearly different from the low frequency natural vibration of the upper portion. As a result, the high-frequency vibration input to the glass plate receiving part is easily absorbed by the vibration-proof structure made of the buffer, and hardly propagates to the glass plate laminated body above it, and the glass plate is broken or damaged. The probability of occurrence is greatly reduced.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the present embodiment, the glass plate is a substantially rectangular glass substrate for FPD (particularly for a liquid crystal display) (vertical dimension is 1000 to 3500 mm, lateral dimension is 1000 to 3500 mm, and plate thickness is 0.3 to 0.00. 7 mm).
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of the glass plate package according to the first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the glass plate package 1 has a plane corresponding to the size of the glass plate on the upper surface of the
Further, the lower end portions of the plurality of
Next, each element which comprises this glass plate package 1 is demonstrated in detail. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the
The
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a state in which a
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the entire structure of the
FIG. 6 shows a state in which the
In such a state, the glass plate package 1 shown in FIG. This glass plate packing plate 1 has a
In this case, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of (two in the illustrated example) glass plate package 1 having the same configuration is manufactured, and the four
When the glass plate package 1 having the above configuration is divided into an upper part and a lower part with the
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a main part of the glass plate package 1 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The glass plate package 1 according to the second embodiment differs from the glass plate package 1 according to the first embodiment described above in that a plurality of buffer groups arranged on the upper surface portion of the glass

FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing the overall configuration of the glass plate package 1 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.
