Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a linear motion device, and more particularly to an improvement in a separator interposed between rolling elements.
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, the
For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the
In such a
As the material of the
In order to solve such a problem, the present applicant has disclosed in Patent Document 1 a polyester having polybutylene naphthalate (PBN) as a hard segment in order to improve grease resistance in addition to sound absorption and assembly. A separator made of an elastomer is proposed.
However, although the polyester elastomer having PBN as a hard segment has excellent grease resistance compared to the polyester elastomer having PBT as a hard segment, it is slightly inferior to polyamide. In addition, since the polyester-based elastomer having PBN as a hard segment is excellent in flexibility, it also increases sound absorption and assemblability, but by having a soft segment in the molecular structure, mechanical strength is low compared to polyamide, Further improvement is desired in order to apply to a linear motion device in which the structure of the circulation path is confined.
In addition, grease is enclosed for lubrication, but the base oil is an aliphatic hydrocarbon and mineral oil with low polarity because it is inexpensive and has few restrictions on additives, making it easy to meet various requirements. And poly α-olefin oils are most often used. However, polyester elastomers that have many S-L bonds in the molecule have low affinity with mineral oil and poly α-olefin oil, and have sufficient adhesion to separators of grease based on mineral oil or poly α-olefin oil. Rather, the lubricity is difficult.
Among the polyamide resins, polyamide 11 (melting point 187 ° C.), polyamide 12 (melting point 176 ° C.), polyamide 612 (melting point 216 ° C.), polyamide 610 (melting point 222 ° C.), low water absorption, and in the molecular structure Although a thing with few amide bonds is known, since melting | fusing point is low, when it operates at high speed and temperature rises, there exists a possibility that the
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, has high dimensional stability, excellent adhesion to grease containing poly α-olefin oil in the base oil, and has a mechanical strength of a certain level or more. Furthermore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a highly reliable linear motion device including a separator with little deformation at high temperatures.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following linear motion device.
(1) A linear motion body that fits externally on the shaft and moves linearly along the shaft, and is held by a rolling groove formed on the inner surface side of the linear motion body, between the rolling groove and the shaft A plurality of rolling elements that roll, a separator interposed between the rolling elements, a circulation path that is formed in the linear motion body and circulates the rolling elements from one end side to the other end side of the rolling groove; And the separator is a dicarboxylic acid composed of a diamine component composed of a mixture of 1,9-nonanediamine and 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine and an oxalic acid diester. A linear motion device comprising a resin composition including a polyamide resin formed by a polycondensation reaction with an acid component and having a melting point of 230 to 240 ° C.
(2) The linear motion device according to the above (1), wherein the base oil of the grease contains poly α-olefin oil as a main component.
In the linear motion device of the present invention, the base resin of the separator is a specific polyamide resin, deformation at high temperature is suppressed, and a change in water absorption dimension is small. Moreover, the adhesiveness with the grease which uses poly (alpha) -olefin oil as base oil is high, and it comes to be excellent in lubricity. Therefore, the linear motion device of the present invention has excellent durability and high reliability.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
In the present invention, the type of linear motion device is not limited, and for example, a
The
Further, a concentric or spiral groove may be formed on the surface of the
In addition to the ball B, the separator may be configured to be interposed between the cylindrical rollers and the cylindrical rollers. For example, the separator 9 shown in FIG. 7 can be constituted by a
In the present invention, the
As the oxalic acid diester which is a dicarboxylic acid component, dibutyl oxalate is suitable.
The ratio of the diamine component to the dicarboxylic acid component is not particularly limited as long as the polycondensation reaction proceeds stably, but is preferably a molar ratio of (dicarboxylic acid component / diamine component) = 0.99 to 1.01. is there.
Moreover, there is no restriction | limiting in the reaction conditions of polycondensation, It can carry out according to the reaction conditions at the time of polycondensation of another polyamide resin. For example, it is preferable to perform in the order of (1) pre-polycondensation step and (2) post-polycondensation step as shown below.
(1) Pre-polycondensation step After the inside of the reactor is purged with nitrogen, the diamine component and the dicarboxylic acid component are mixed in the above ratio. In mixing, a solvent in which both the diamine component and the dicarboxylic acid component are soluble can be used. For example, toluene, xylene, trichlorobenzene, phenol, trifluoroethanol, or the like can be used. For example, a toluene solution in which a diamine component is dissolved is heated to 50 ° C., and then a dicarboxylic acid component is added. Subsequently, it heats up under a normal pressure, stirring and / or nitrogen bubbling in the inside of a reactor. The reaction temperature is controlled so that the final temperature reaches 80 to 150 ° C, preferably 100 to 140 ° C. The reaction time at the final temperature is 3 to 6 hours.
(2) Post-polycondensation step In order to increase the molecular weight, the polymer produced in the pre-polycondensation step is gradually heated in the reactor under normal pressure. From the final temperature reached in the pre-polycondensation step (80 to 150 ° C.) in the temperature raising process, the temperature is finally 220 ° C. or higher and 300 ° C. or lower, preferably 230 ° C. or higher and 280 ° C. or lower, more preferably 240 ° C. or higher and 270 ° C. or lower. Let reach the range. It is preferable to carry out the reaction for 1 to 8 hours including the temperature raising time, preferably 2 to 6 hours. Furthermore, in the post-polymerization step, polymerization can be performed under reduced pressure as necessary. The preferable final ultimate pressure in the case of performing the vacuum polymerization is less than 0.1 MPa to 13.3 Pa.
The specific polyamide resin thus obtained has a melting point of 230 to 240 ° C. as described above, and further has a saturated water absorption of 0.9 to 1.3%. It is much smaller than polyamide 66 (saturated water absorption 5.6%). Therefore, softening at high temperature is suppressed, the amount of dimensional change due to water absorption is very small, and the reliability is greatly enhanced.
A specific polyamide resin alone exhibits a certain level of durability, and the
There are no restrictions on the reinforcing fiber material, and those conventionally used for separators can be used, but because of their excellent strength and heat resistance, glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, potassium titanate whisker, boron An aluminum oxide whisker or the like is preferable, and a surface treated with a silane coupling agent or the like is more preferable in consideration of adhesiveness with a specific polyamide resin. Moreover, these reinforcing fiber materials can also be used in combination of multiple types. Considering the impact resistance, it is preferable to mix fiber such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, and aramid fiber, and considering the damage of the counterpart material, it is preferable to combine the fiber and whisker. The mixing ratio varies depending on the types of the fibrous material and the whisker-like material, and is appropriately selected in consideration of the impact strength and the degree of damage of the counterpart material.
Further, as glass fiber, in addition to a general average fiber diameter of 10 to 13 μm, a glass fiber having an average fiber diameter of 5 to 7 μm that can increase strength and improve impact resistance with a small content, or Those having an irregular cross section (such as an ellipse, a long ellipse, or an eyebrows) are more preferable.
As the carbon fiber, a PAN-based one is preferable if strength is given priority, but a pitch-based one that is advantageous in terms of cost can also be used. Moreover, as an average fiber diameter, a thing of 5-15 micrometers is suitable. Since carbon fiber has high strength and elastic modulus, the
As the aramid fiber, a para-aramid fiber excellent in reinforcing property is suitable. Moreover, as an average fiber diameter, a thing of 5-15 micrometers is suitable. Since aramid fibers do not damage steel materials as compared with glass fibers and carbon fibers, they do not deteriorate the surface state of the ball B, and are particularly suitable when importance is attached to the acoustic characteristics of the linear motion device.
10-40 mass% of the whole separator is preferable, and, as for the compounding quantity of a reinforcing fiber material, 15-30 mass% is more preferable. When the blending amount is less than 10% by mass, the improvement in the mechanical height is small, which is not preferable. When the blending amount exceeds 40% by mass, the moldability is lowered, and depending on the type of the reinforcing fiber material, the scratchability to the ball B is increased, which is not preferable.
In addition to reinforcing fiber materials, various additives can be added to specific polyamide resins, but in particular to prevent deterioration due to heat during molding and use, iodide-based heat stabilizers and amine-based oxidation It is preferable to add the inhibitors alone or in combination.

The linear motion device is filled with grease for lubrication. In consideration of wettability with a specific polyamide resin, the base oil of the grease is preferably mainly composed of poly α-olefin oil. The specific polyamide resin has a longer hydrocarbon chain between amide groups than the conventional general polyamide 66, and has a molecular structure having no aromatic ring, so that it has good wettability with poly α-olefin oil. Excellent. The base oil may be a poly α-olefin oil alone, but a diester oil or an aromatic ester oil may be mixed in order to improve lubricity and heat resistance. In the case of mixing, the mixing amount of diester oil, aromatic ester oil and the like is preferably 30% by mass or less of the total amount of the base oil. Moreover, 40-220 mm < 2 > / s is suitable for base oil viscosity by 40 degreeC dynamic viscosity.
The thickener is not limited as long as it retains the above base oil and can maintain the grease properties. However, a urea compound composed of amine and isocyanate, Li soap, Li complex soap, Ba soap, Ba complex soap. Metal soap such as can be used. Among these, a urea compound having a urea bond having a structure similar to that of polyamide is preferable, and adhesion between the grease composition and a specific polyamide resin is increased. Further, the amount of the thickener is suitably 10 to 20% by mass of the total amount of the grease composition.
Various additives can be added to the grease. Considering high temperature characteristics and lubrication performance, antioxidants such as amines and phenols, rust inhibitors such as Ca sulfonates, extreme pressures such as MoDTC, etc. Agents, montanic acid ester wax, montanic acid ester partly saponified wax, polyethylene wax, oleic acid and other oily improvers are preferred. Further, the addition amount of these additives is suitably 10% by mass or less of the total amount of grease.

As shown in Table 2, in Examples 1 and 2 using a specific polyamide resin according to the present invention, it passed under any conditions. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 1, since the polyamide 66 resin that has been widely used in the past is used, the dimensional stability is poor under severe conditions of high temperature and high humidity, and the durability is accordingly lowered. In Comparative Example 2, although the structure is similar to that of the specific polyamide resin, the mixing ratio of the diamine component is outside the preferred range of the present invention, so the melting point is low and the durability under high temperature conditions is poor. In Comparative Example 3, the polyamide 9T resin is used, and although there is no problem in dimensional stability, the wettability with the poly α-olefin oil that is the base oil of the grease is worse than that of the polyamide 66. Wear progresses quickly, and durability of 1000 hours is not obtained under high humidity conditions. Furthermore, in Comparative Example 4, a PBN thermoplastic elastomer having poor mechanical strength is used, and there is no problem in dimensional stability. However, when applied to a ball screw for an injection molding machine, the separator is deformed or damaged in a short time. However, the durability is poor under any use conditions.
