以下に、図1乃至図5を用いて、本発明の機能性網状構造体の製造方法および具体的な実施例について説明する。

Claims (8)
- 立体的な網状構造を形成する網状構造層を備え、
前記網状構造層の網目が、表面から内側に入る方向に次第に小さい網目とされていることを特徴とする機能性網状構造体。 - 前記網状構造層の表面の網目の大きさが、1000nm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能性網状構造体。
- 前記網状構造層の厚さが、10nm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の機能性網状構造体。
- 前記網状構造層は、基材の表面に形成され、
前記基材が、ケイ酸塩ガラス、金属固溶体またはセラミックスからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の機能性網状構造体。 - 前記網状構造層が、親水性を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の機能性網状構造体。
- 前記網状構造層には、機能性材料がコーティングまたは充填されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の機能性網状構造体。
- 前記網状構造層に対して、親水性有機材料または疎水性有機分子からなる前記機能性材料がコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機能性網状構造体。
- 前記網状構造層に対して、疎水材料、導電性材料または着色材料のうち少なくとも1つが充填されてることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の機能性網状構造体。
