Abstract
【解決手段】超音波作動器は、ハウジングと、ハウジングから延びる細長い本体部分とを有する。ハウジングの中に支持されている超音波変換器は、振動カップラによって切刃に作動的に連結されている。振動カップラは、高周波の振動を超音波変換器から切刃に伝導する。切刃は、長手の本体の長手方向軸線、すなわち振動の軸線に対して角度をなした切断面を有している。組織接触面を有するかん子部材は、刃部材に隣接して位置しており、組織接触面が切断面と離れている開放位置から、組織接触面が切断面と近接して並んで整合し、その間に組織を挟む固定位置まで移動可能である。かん子部材と角度の付いた刃の組み合わせにより、組織と刃部材の切断面との間の接触度が強化される。
