Abstract
【解決手段】ゴム100質量部と、カーボンブラック30質量部以上とを含有する制振層2を備え、カーボンブラックは、JIS K6217−1(2008)「第1部:ヨウ素吸着量の求め方(滴定法)」に基づいて測定されるヨウ素吸着量が、30mg/g以上である制振シート1を、振動部材5に貼着する。

Description
表1に示す処方において、各成分を配合し、ミキシングロールで混練することにより混練物(制振組成物)を調製した。
(1)ガラス転移点
制振層の損失剪断弾性率G″を、動的粘弾性測定装置により測定し、得られた損失剪断弾性率G″のピークにおける温度をガラス転移点として得た。測定条件を下記に示す。結果を表1に示す。
動的粘弾性測定装置:ARES、レオメトリック・サイエンティフィック社製
使用治具:パラレルプレート
サンプル厚さ:2.0mm
昇温速度:5℃/分
周波数:1Hz
(2)90度剥離粘着力
制振シートを幅25mm、長さ100mmに切断して、サンプルを用意した。サンプルの制振層を、ステンレス板(SUS304鋼板)の表面に配置し、2kgのローラを用いて圧着した後、23℃において、剥離速度300mm/minで制振シートとステンレス板とを万能引張試験によって剥離させたときの90度剥離粘着力を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
(3)制振性(損失係数)
制振シートの20℃、40℃、60℃、80℃、100℃における損失係数を、損失係数測定装置を用いて、中央加振法により下記の測定条件で測定した。具体的には、制振シートを幅10mm、長さ250mmに切断して、サンプルを用意し、サンプルを被着体に貼着することにより損失係数を測定した。結果を表1に示す。
被着体:0.8mm×10mm×250mmのSPCC鋼板
周波数:500Hz(共振点より500Hzを算出)
(4)体積抵抗率
制振層の体積抵抗率をASTM D991に準拠して測定した。結果を表1に示す。

ポリブテンHV300:液状ポリブテン、動粘度26000mm2/s(at40℃)、動粘度590mm2/s(at100℃)、新日本石油社製

Claims (5)
- ゴム100質量部と、カーボンブラック30質量部以上とを含有する制振層を備え、
前記カーボンブラックは、JIS K6217−1(2008)「第1部:ヨウ素吸着量の求め方(滴定法)」に基づいて測定されるヨウ素吸着量が、30mg/g以上であることを特徴とする、制振シート。 - 前記カーボンブラックの配合割合が、前記制振層に対して、7〜30質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制振シート。
- 前記制振層は、厚さ2.0mmにおける、周波数1Hzでの動的粘弾性測定により得られる損失剪断弾性率G″のピークにおける温度として定義されるガラス転移点が、0℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の制振シート。
- 前記制振シートをステンレス板に貼着した後、23℃で、前記ステンレス板に対して90度で速度300mm/分で剥離したときの90度剥離粘着力が、10N/25mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の制振シート。
- 前記制振層に積層される拘束層
をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の制振シート。
