Claims (8)
- 偏平型の電池セルを間に収納可能に配列された板状の複数の中板と、
前記中板の配列方向に沿って配列され、各中板を前記配列方向と直交する方向から保持する複数の中板保持部材と、
前記中板間に収納された前記電池セルを、当該中板と共に挟持して固定可能な固定部材と、を有する電池セル収納装置。 - 前記複数の中板保持部材は、前記中板の配列方向に沿って前記中板相互間の距離を変更可能なように、連結されている請求項1記載の電池セル収納装置。
- 前記固定部材は、前記電池セルの取り出し前には、前記中板および前記電池セルの挟持を開放して、複数の前記中板を保持した前記複数の中板保持部材間の距離の拡がりを許容する開放動作を行い、前記電池セルを収納した後には、前記中板および前記電池セルを加圧しつつ挟持する加圧動作を行う請求項2記載の電池セル収納装置。
- 前記開放動作は、前記電池セルをローラによりロールプレスする前に実行され、前記加圧動作は、前記ロールプレス後に実行される請求項3記載の電池セル収納装置。
- 前記中板保持部材は、前記中板の保持を解除できる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル収納装置。
- 複数の前記中板保持部材は、それぞれ前記中板に向かって拡張する隙間を有し、当該隙間に前記中板を保持する請求項6に記載の電池セル収納装置。
- 複数の前記中板保持部材には、前記中板側により突出した第1中板保持部材と、第1保持部材よりも前記中板側に突出しない第2保持部材とが含まれる請求項6記載の電池セル収納装置。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電池セル収納装置と、
前記電池セル収納装置を、電池セルをローラによりプレスするロールプレス工程前からロールプレス工程後まで搬送する搬送装置と、
を有し、
前記電池セル収納装置は、前記ロールプレス工程前において、収納していた電池セルが取り出され、
前記搬送装置は、ロールプレス工程内における前記電池セルの搬送に合わせて、前記電池セル収納装置を搬送し、
前記電池セル収納装置は、前記ロールプレス工程後において、ロールプレスが完了した前記電池セルが収納される収納装置搬送システム。
