0012)JP 2011-169477 A (Claim 1, FIG. 1, paragraph 0012)

Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1A is a perspective view of the cooking device of the first embodiment according to the present invention, FIG. 1B is a perspective view with its door opened, and FIG. 2A is a front view of the cooking device shown in FIG. FIG. 3B is a front view showing the door opened, FIG. 3 is a side sectional view of the heating cooker shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the door shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. FIG. 1B is a side sectional view of the door shown in FIG.
In the heating cooker 10 according to the first embodiment, a heating chamber 12 is provided in a casing 11, and the heating chamber 12 opens as a heating chamber front opening 15 on a heating chamber side wall 14 on a front surface 13 of the casing 11. . An electrical chamber 16 is provided below the heating chamber 12 of the housing 11. A door 17 is attached below the heating chamber front opening 15 of the housing 11 so as to be openable and closable at the center of rotation in the horizontal direction. The door 17 is provided on the front surface 13 so that the outer shape matches the outer shape of the front surface of the housing 11.

As shown in FIG. 2A, a display unit 18 and an operation unit 19 are arranged on one side of the door 17 as viewed from the front. The operation unit 19 is disposed so as to overlap the heating chamber 12. The operation unit 19 is provided with various operation switches 20 and cooking switches 21.

As shown in FIG. 3, the electric chamber 16 is provided with a magnetron drive power supply 22 that includes a magnetron and supplies electric power to the magnetron.

A heater (convection heater) as a heat source is disposed between the heating chamber inner surface 23 and the back plate 24. The convection heater is disposed in a sealed space sandwiched between the heating chamber back surface 23 and the back plate 24. A circulation fan 25 is provided on the center side of the convection heater. An intake hole and an exhaust hole are formed in the inner surface 23 of the heating chamber, and the circulation fan 25 is driven to rotate, whereby the air in the heating chamber 12 is sucked from the intake hole and heated by the convection heater to be exhausted. To the heating chamber 12 again. Thereby, a to-be-heated material is uniformly heated at high temperature.

A water tank 26 for generating steam to be sent to the heating chamber 12 is provided below the electric chamber 16. The water in the water tank 26 is supplied to a steam generator (not shown) to become steam. The generated steam is supplied to the heating chamber 12 through a steam pipe that connects the steam generating unit and the heating chamber 12.

An upper heater 27 that is a heat source may be provided on the upper surface side of the heating chamber 12. The upper heater 27 heats the object to be heated in the heating chamber 12 with radiant heat by generating heat.

As shown in FIG. 4, the door 17 includes a door back plate 29 having a transmission window 28, a door frame 30, a handle 31, a handle cover 32, and a screen 33. A recess 34 is formed on one side of the door frame 30, and the operation unit 19 is assembled using the recess 34. That is, the first plate 35 is provided on the back side of the recess 34. On the other hand, a second plate 36, a support plate 37, a circuit board 38, a front side base plate 39, and a decorative plate 40 are laminated in this order from the bottom in the recess 34. A button unit 41 is incorporated in the front base plate 39. A display unit 18 made of a liquid crystal panel is mounted on the circuit board 38.

The operation unit 19 assembled by stacking a plurality of components is supported by the recess 34 by the support plate 37. The support plate 37 supports the display unit 18 and the operation unit 19 and is provided along the vertical side portion 42 of the door 17. As for the operation part 19, the decorative plate 40 and the support plate 37 are formed with the substantially same external shape. As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, when the outer surface of the housing 11 is a reference surface W0, the thickness of the heating chamber side wall 14 is W1. The support plate 37 is formed with a width dimension W2 larger than the thickness W1 of the heating chamber side wall 14 from the reference plane W0. In other words, the support plate 37 is disposed such that the width direction edge portion 43 on the opposite side of the vertical side portion 42 overlaps the heating chamber 12.

As shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, a channel 44 is formed along the support plate 37 in the operation unit 19. The flow path 44 may be formed between the circuit board 38 and the support plate 37 or between the support plate 37 and the second plate 36. In the present embodiment, the flow path 44 is formed between the circuit board 38 and the support plate 37. In the recess 34, the flow path lower opening 45 is formed on the lower side and the flow path upper opening 46 is formed on the upper side with the door 17 closed. Each of the flow path lower opening 45 and the flow path upper opening 46 communicates the flow path 44 to the outside. The flow path 44 generates a rising air flow when the gas in the flow path is warmed, and exhausts air from the flow path upper opening 46. As a result, external air flows from the flow path lower opening 45.

Next, the effect | action of the heating cooker 10 which has the said structure is demonstrated.
In the cooking device 10, as shown in FIG. 2A, the operation unit 19 is arranged on the side of the door 17, so that it is compared with the case where the operation unit 19 is arranged at the lower part of the door 17 as in the conventional configuration. As a result, the display unit 18 and the operation unit 19 become high, and the visibility and operability are improved. In particular, when the housing 11 is built in the lower part of the kitchen, it is not necessary to bend for visual recognition of the display unit 18 or operation of the operation unit 19, and a remarkable effect is obtained.

Moreover, since the width direction edge 43 (refer FIG. 2 (B)) of the support plate 37 overlaps the heating chamber 12, it is not necessary to enlarge the housing | casing 11. FIG. In the heating chamber 12 of the same size, if the edge 43 in the width direction of the support plate 37 is not overlapped with the heating chamber 12, the support plate 37 protrudes outward from the vertical side portion 42 of the housing 11. To do. If the wall thickness of the housing 11 is increased in accordance with this protrusion, the housing 11 is enlarged. This configuration avoids such an increase in the size of the casing 11 by overlapping a part of the support plate 37 on the heating chamber 12.

Further, heat from the heating chamber 12 is transmitted to the support plate 37 partially overlapping the heating chamber 12, but a flow formed along the support plate 37 between the heating chamber 12 and the support plate 37. The passage 44 reduces heat transfer. That is, a gas is present in the flow path 44, and the gas to which the heat from the heating chamber 12 is transferred becomes a high temperature and causes an upward air flow in the flow path 44. Much of the heat from the heating chamber 12 is carried by this updraft and exhausted from the upper opening 46 of the flow path, making it difficult to transfer it to the support plate 37. Thereby, in the operation unit 19, the electrical components of the display unit 18 and the circuit board 38 can be cooled.

Next, a second embodiment of the heating cooker 47 according to the present invention will be described.
FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of a heating cooker 47 according to the second embodiment in which a flow path fan 48 is provided in the flow path 44.
In the heating cooker 47 according to this embodiment, a flow path fan 48 that blows a gas having a temperature lower than the temperature of the heating chamber 12 is provided in the flow path 44. The flow path fan 48 is controlled to be driven simultaneously with the start of cooking.
According to the heating cooker 47, the flow rate of the gas passing through the flow path 44 is increased by the flow path fan 48, and the amount of exhaust heat in the flow path 44 is increased. That is, the cooling effect is improved by forced cooling, and the temperature rise of the display unit 18 in the operation unit 19 and the electrical components of the circuit board 38 is further suppressed.

Next, a third embodiment of the heating cooker 49 according to the present invention will be described.
FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional side view of a main part of a heating cooker 49 according to the third embodiment in which the gas of the cooling fan 50 is introduced into the flow path 44.
The heating cooker 49 according to this embodiment is provided with a cooling fan 50 for cooling the magnetron drive power supply 22 in the electric chamber 16 or in the vicinity of the electric chamber 16. The cooling fan 50 blows a gas having a temperature lower than the temperature of the heating chamber 12 through the flow path 44. The exhaust from the electrical chamber 16 can be introduced into the flow path 44 by forming an electrical chamber exhaust port 51 and a communication port 52. The gas introduced into the door 17 from the communication port 52 may be once taken into the flow path 44 via the outside. The gas intake port 53 may be provided with an introduction piece or the like for facilitating the inflow of the gas at this time.
According to this heating cooker 49, the flow rate of the gas passing through the flow path 44 is increased by the gas sent from the electric chamber 16 by the cooling fan 50, and the amount of heat exhausted in the flow path 44 is increased. That is, the cooling effect is improved by forced cooling, and the temperature rise of the display unit 18 in the operation unit 19 and the electrical components of the circuit board 38 is further suppressed. Further, it is not necessary to provide a dedicated flow channel fan 48.

Next, a modification of the above embodiment will be described.
In the heating cooker 10 according to the first embodiment and the heating cooker 47 according to the second embodiment, the gas flowing into the flow path 44 from the flow path lower opening 45 passes through the tank surface 54 of the water tank 26. Further, in the heating cooker 49 according to the third embodiment, the gas introduced into the door 17 from the communication port 52 and once passing through the outside passes through the tank surface 54 of the water tank 26 and is taken into the flow path 44. Like that.
According to this modification, the gas flowing into the flow path 44 from the flow path lower opening 45 is taken into the flow path 44 after contacting the surface of the water tank 26, so that the gas immediately before entering the flow path 44 is It cools by passing through the tank surface 54 lower in temperature than the flow path 44. Thereby, the cooling effect in the flow path 44 is further improved.

Therefore, according to the heating cooker 10 which concerns on this embodiment, the visibility and operativity of the display part 18 and the operation part 19 can be improved.

The present invention is suitable for application to a cooking device in which a display unit and an operation unit are provided on a door that opens and closes a heating chamber.
