Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heat exchanger, and more specifically, an inner tube is provided inside an outer tube, and heat exchange is performed between an internal fluid that flows through the inner tube and an external fluid that flows through the outer tube. It is related with the heat exchanger to be made.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, an inner tube body through which a gas flows and an outer tube body that accommodates the inner tube body and allows a liquid to flow between the inner tube body and the gas flowing through the inner tube body and the outer tube are provided. 2. Description of the Related Art A heat exchanger that performs heat exchange with a liquid flowing through the body is known.
On the other hand, a technique called EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) is known in which exhaust gas discharged from an automobile engine is returned to the intake side and reused. In order to efficiently perform this EGR, the heat exchanger is exhausted. What is used as what is called an EGR cooler for lowering | hanging the temperature of gas is known (patent document 1).
However, in the case of the EGR cooler having the configuration of
In view of such a problem, the present invention provides a heat exchanger capable of efficiently performing heat exchange.
That is, the heat exchanger according to the invention of
An external fluid fin that is inclined with respect to the axial direction is provided between the outer tube body and the inner tube body,
The external fluid flowing through the outer tube is swirled spirally from the upstream side to the downstream side by the external fluid fin.
According to the invention, since the external fluid flows while spirally swirling the outer tube body by the external fluid fin provided between the outer tube body and the inner tube body, The contact time can be increased, and the boundary layer with the external fluid can be made thin on the entire inner tube surface by the swirling flow, so that heat exchange can be performed efficiently.

As shown in FIG. 2, the
Further, the

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the
According to the
The exhaust gas G collides with the
