Abstract

Claims (20)
- 燃焼器であって、
a.管束内に配列され、前記燃焼器内に径方向に延在する少なくとも1枚のプレートによって支持され、各々の管が、下流側端部から軸方向に離隔され、前記管束を通して流体連通をもたらす上流側端部を含む複数本の管と、
b.複数本の管の1本以上の前記上流側端部から上流側に延在する流量調整器と
c.前記流量調整器を通って延在する径方向通路と、を備える燃焼器。 - 前記径方向通路が径方向の旋回流を与えるように傾斜する請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 複数の径方向通路を設けた複数の流量調整器を含み、前記複数の径方向通路が作動流体を第1の方向に向ける第1組の径方向通路と、前記作動流体を第2の方向に向ける第2組の径方向通路とを備える請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 複数の径方向通路を備え、前記複数の径方向通路が異なる流路面積を画成する請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 環状インサートを更に備え、前記環状インサートが概して流量調整器と同心であると共に、前記流量調整器によって少なくとも部分的に囲まれた下流側端部を含む請求項1に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートが前記作動流体に軸方向の旋回流を与える請求項5に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートが内表面と外表面とを含み、前記内表面が前記下流側端部に向かって径方向内側に収斂する請求項5に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートが内表面と外表面とを含み、前記内表面が前記下流側端部に向かって径方向外側に分岐する請求項5に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートが内表面と外表面とを含み、前記外表面が前記下流側端部に向かって径方向内側に収斂する請求項5に記載の燃焼器。
- 燃焼器であって、
a.管束内に配列され、前記燃焼器内に径方向に延在する少なくとも1枚のプレートによって支持され、各々の管が、下流側端部から軸方向に離隔され、前記管束を通して流体連通をもたらす上流側端部を含む複数本の管と、
b.複数本の管の1本以上の前記上流側端部から上流側に延在する流量調整器と
c.前記流量調整器によって少なくとも部分的に囲まれ、尚且つ下流側端部を有する環状インサートと、を備える燃焼器。 - 前記環状インサートが、前記流量調整器を通る軸方向の流れ領域を形成する請求項10に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートと前記流量調整器とが、前記流量調整器内に径方向の流れ領域を形成する請求項10に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記下流側端部が尖鋭なエッジで終端する請求項10に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートが内表面と外表面とを含み、前記内表面が前記下流側端部に向かって径方向内側に収斂する請求項10に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートが内表面と外表面とを含み、前記内表面が前記下流側端部に向かって径方向外側に分岐する請求項10に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートが内表面と外表面とを含み、前記外表面が前記下流側端部に向かって径方向内側に収斂する請求項10に記載の燃焼器。
- 複数の流量調整器と複数の環状インサートとを備え、第1の環状インサートが第1の流量をもたらし、第2の環状インサートが第2の流量をもたらす請求項10に記載の燃焼器。
- 前記環状インサートが前記流量調整器の軸方向上流側に延在する請求項10に記載の燃焼器。
- 燃焼器内で燃料を配分する方法であって、
a.複数本の管を含み、少なくとも1枚のプレートによって支持された管束内に構成された管の上流側端部から上流側に延在する流量調整器を通って作動流体を流すステップであって、前記流量調整器が前記作動流体に径方向の旋回流を与える少なくとも1つの径方向通路を含むステップと、
b.前記流量調整器によって少なくとも部分的に囲まれた環状インサートを通って燃料を流すステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記燃料と前記作動流体とを前記環状インサートの下流側端部を横切って流すステップを含む請求項19に記載の方法。
