Abstract
Description
In the present invention, when the tide level rises abnormally due to the occurrence of a large tsunami or the like, seawater is introduced into the inside by the rise of the tide level to cause self-sink, and after the tide level is stabilized, air is supplied to the inside to rise. The present invention relates to a self-sinking device for protecting a floating body.
If a huge earthquake occurs at the bottom of the sea, a large tsunami may occur on the coast. Due to this large tsunami, there is a risk that a ship or the like moored in the harbor will be carried to the land or pulled back to the sea by a pulling wave. The same applies to floating bodies such as floating piers that are moored in the harbor.Pile mooring floating piers rise along mooring piles as the tide level rises, but in the case of large tsunamis, etc. The action point of the force acting on the pile may exceed the allowable value of the pile, and the mooring pile may be pulled down or pulled out from the seabed. If the mooring pile is damaged and the floating body is detached from the mooring pile, the floating body may flow out and drift, or the floating body may be damaged and sink.
In such an emergency, it is better to know the location of the sink than the floating body drifts and the side wall is damaged or semi-sunk due to contact with debris such as debris or quay. For example, there is a floating body such as a floating pier in which seawater is introduced into the floating body and allowed to self-sink before the floating body breaks.
For example, in
Further, in
Moreover, in patent document 3, when it becomes an abnormally high water level, in order to prevent it coming out of a mooring pile and flowing out, when it becomes a predetermined high water level, as a self-sinking device of a floating body that opens a valve and self-sinks, Open valve seat, valve consisting of valve body and column, support member that supports the valve slidably up and down, open / close link mechanism using lever link equipped with weight, valve lower end and sink weight connected There has been disclosed a self-sinking device for a floating body comprising a mooring line that opens a valve against the closing urging force of an opening / closing link mechanism when the floating body rises and tension is applied to the mooring line.
In the self-sinking devices and floating piers disclosed in
Further, in both of the inventions described in
Therefore, in the case of a tsunami or the like, when the tide level or water level of the sea surface or the river surface rises abnormally, the present invention causes the water to rise, and when the water level falls to the normal state, the surface rises. It is an object of the present invention to provide a self-sinking device for protecting a floating body that can be easily restored to its original state.
As a technical means for achieving the above object, the floating body protection self-sink device according to the present invention is connected to a mooring pile and is guided by the mooring pile and floats on a water surface that rises and falls according to a change in water level. In a self-sinking device for protecting a floating body that protects the floating body from being damaged by introducing water and submerging it for emergency condemnation when the water level rises abnormally, the floating body is formed inside the floating body having a hollow casing The inlet tube that penetrates the side wall of the inlet tube and communicates the inside and the outside, and the opening of the outer side end portion of the introduction tube is closed, and the opening at the outer side end portion of the introducing tube is released by receiving an impact from the outside. A plug block to be opened, an appropriate height of the mooring pile, and a self-sediment-inducing member disposed at a position where the plug block collides with the rising of the floating body, and the introduction disposed in the middle of the introduction pipe A processing valve for opening and closing the pipe, and the floating body An air vent that communicates the inside and outside of the floating body provided on the face plate, a connecting member that is detachable from the air hose, and that is provided outside the air vent, and is floated with the processing valve open to be used. When the water level is abnormal, the plug block collides with the self-sinking inducing member due to the rising of the floating body, the plug block is detached, and water flows into the inside through the introduction pipe and sinks.
When an abnormally high water level occurs due to a tsunami or the like, the floating body rises along the mooring pile to a higher place than normal. When the plug block collides with the self-sinking inducing member due to the rise to the abnormal height, the plug block is detached from the introduction pipe, the outer end of the introduction pipe is opened, and the inside and outside of the floating body are It communicates through the introduction pipe. In addition, since the processing valve is open, there is nothing that blocks the communication of the introduction pipe. For this reason, when water, such as seawater and river water, flows into the inside of the floating body through the introduction pipe and becomes a weight more than the buoyancy acting on the floating body, it sinks. If an appropriate amount of water flows in, it will land on the seabed or riverbed and stop almost at that position.
When the water level is stabilized and the water depth is normal, an air hose is connected to the connecting member, and pressurized air is supplied from the outside into the floating body by a compressor or the like. When pressurized air is supplied, the water that has flowed into the inside is discharged to the outside of the floating body through the introduction pipe, the air gradually stays inside, and the buoyancy gradually increases, and the water surface such as the sea surface or river surface To surface.
When the floating body rises, the processing valve is closed to close the introduction pipe. As a result, the inside and outside of the floating body are shut off, and thereafter the floating body is maintained in a floating state without supplying pressurized air. In this state, a plug block is attached to the outer side end portion of the introduction pipe to close the outer side end portion of the introduction pipe. Next, when the processing valve is opened, the floating body is restored to its original state.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a self-sinking apparatus for protecting a floating body, wherein the processing valve is exposed on an upper surface plate.
For example, the processing valve can be arranged inside a floating body so that an operator can enter the inside of the floating body and operate the processing valve. It is what I did.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a self-sinking device for protecting a floating body, wherein a drainage hose that is connected to a suction side of a drainage pump when the plug block is detached can be attached to and detached from the outer end of the introduction pipe. It is characterized by being.
When the floating body is levitated, a drainage pump is connected to the outer side end portion of the introduction pipe, and the water flowing into the inside is discharged by the drainage pump.
According to the self-sinking apparatus for protecting a floating body according to the present invention, when an abnormally high water level or the like occurs, the floating body rises to an abnormal height so that seawater or the like is introduced therein, so that the floating body sinks. For this reason, it is prevented as much as possible that a mooring pile is damaged or it drifts carelessly and causes a secondary disaster. In addition, after the water level is stabilized, air can be supplied and floated inside, so that the floating body can be reused.
In addition, since the introduction pipe that allows the inside and outside to communicate with the floating body side wall is penetrated, this through hole can be formed in the existing floating body, and the floating body can be easily modified. Moreover, when confirming the operation, it is only necessary to confirm that the plug block is detached and confirm the opening / closing operation of the processing valve. At this time, if the plug block can be attached and detached, it can be attached again after being removed for confirmation.
Furthermore, by adjusting the length of extension of the self-sinking induction member, it is possible to adjust the amount of rise when the floating body self-sinks, so the amount of rise for the wave height to be self-settled according to the surrounding environment such as a port can be easily changed. And can be adjusted.
Moreover, according to the self-sinking apparatus for protecting a floating body according to the invention of
On the other hand, if the processing valve is exposed on the upper surface of the top plate as in the floating body protection self-sinking device according to
Moreover, according to the self-sinking apparatus for protecting a floating body according to the invention of claim 3, since the internal water is discharged when refloating, the floating body can be floated more quickly.
Hereinafter, based on the preferred embodiment shown in the drawings, a self-sinking device for protecting a floating body according to the present invention will be described in detail.
FIG. 1 shows a floating
A
In addition, an
FIG. 2 is a vertical sectional view for explaining the inside of the floating
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The operation of the self-sinking apparatus for protecting a floating body according to the present invention configured as described above will be described below.
FIG. 3 (a) shows the state of the floating
Since the outer end of the
After the floating
When the tsunami or the like is eliminated and the wave height becomes normal, the
As shown in FIG. 5 (a), the
With the floating
According to the self-sinking device for protecting a floating body according to the present invention, the floating body itself is prevented from being damaged by self-sinking at an abnormally high water level such as an abnormally high tide level due to the occurrence of a large tsunami or the like. When it returns, it will be lifted and returned to its original state for reuse, thus preventing secondary disasters caused by drifting on floating piers and contributing to a quick return to the original state.
