Abstract
【解決手段】ナトリウムイオンに対して選択的に反応するナトリウムイオン感応部15と、カリウムイオンに対して選択的に反応するカリウムイオン感応部16とを備え、尿中のナトリウムイオンとカリウムイオンとの濃度比を測定するイオン選択性電極1用の校正液であって、ナトリウムイオンと、カリウムイオンと、電解質からなるイオン強度調整剤と、を含有するようにした。

Claims (5)
- ナトリウムイオンに対して選択的に反応するナトリウムイオン感応部と、カリウムイオンに対して選択的に反応するカリウムイオン感応部とを備え、尿中のナトリウムイオンとカリウムイオンとの濃度比を測定するイオン選択性電極用の校正液であって、
ナトリウムイオンと、カリウムイオンと、電解質からなるイオン強度調整剤と、を含有することを特徴とする校正液。 - 前記ナトリウムイオン感応部及びカリウムイオン感応部が、それぞれナトリウムイオノフォア又はカリウムイオノフォアが基材に担持されてなる液膜型のイオン感応膜であり、
前記イオン強度調整剤が、2価のカチオンを含むものである請求項1記載の校正液。 - 前記イオン選択性電極が、比較電極とともに用いるものであり、
前記イオン強度調整剤が、前記イオン選択性電極用の内部液及び前記比較電極用の内部液と同じイオンを含んでいるものである請求項1又は2記載の校正液。 - 前記イオン強度調整剤が、2価のカチオンを含む塩化物、2価のカチオンを含む硝酸塩、又は、2価のカチオンを含む硫酸塩である請求項1、2又は3記載の校正液。
- 前記イオン選択性電極の内部液と前記比較電極の内部液とが、これらの内部液のイオン活量を調整するためのイオン強度調製剤を含有している請求項3又は4記載の校正液。
