Claims (15)
- エーロフォイルを製作する方法であって、
1対の硬化済み複合材外板を作るステップと、
未硬化スパーコードと少なくとも1つの硬化済み複合材スパーウエブとを組み立てるステップを含む、少なくとも1つのスパーを作るステップと、
前記硬化済み外板を前記スパーに組み付けるステップと、
前記スパーコードを硬化するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記スパーコードを前記硬化済み外板に締め固めるステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記外板と前記スパーとを組み立てるステップが、
前記スパーウエブおよび前記スパーコードを工具内に保持するステップと、
それぞれの前記外板の内側モールドラインを前記スパーコードに近接させた状態で、前記外板を前記工具に装着するステップと
を含む、請求項1または請求項2のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記スパーウエブおよび前記スパーコードを前記工具内に保持するステップが、
前記スパーコードを前記スパーウエブに接着するステップと、
前記スパーウエブを前記工具内に締め付けるステップと
を含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記硬化済み外板と前記スパーとを組み立てるステップが、
それぞれの前記外板に孔を形成するステップと、
前記孔を貫通して前記工具にピンを挿入することによって、前記工具に前記外板を取外し可能に装着するステップと
を含む、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記硬化済み外板と前記スパーとを組み立てるステップが、前記工具を位置合わせロッドに装着することによって前記スパーを前記硬化済み外板に対して位置合わせするステップを含む、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記外板と前記スパーとを組み立てるステップが、前記スパーウエブおよび前記スパーコードを工具内に保持するステップと、それぞれの前記外板の内側モールドラインを前記スパーコードに近接させた状態で、前記外板を前記工具に装着するステップとを含み、
前記スパーコードを前記外板に締め固めるステップが、前記スパーコードをそれぞれ覆うように真空バッグを前記工具に取り付けるステップと、前記真空バッグを真空にするステップとによって実行される、
請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記硬化済み外板と前記スパーとを組み立てるステップが、
工具を組立固定具に配置するステップと、
前記硬化済みスパーウエブと前記未硬化スパーコードとを前記工具上で組み立てるステップと、
前記組み立てられたスパーウエブおよびスパーコードを有する前記工具を硬化固定具に移すステップと
を含む、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記未硬化スパーコードと前記少なくとも1つの硬化済み複合材スパーウエブとを組み立てるステップが、前記スパーコードを前記少なくとも1つの未硬化スパーウエブに事前に締め固めるステップを含む、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記事前に締め固めるステップが、
コード締固め工具をそれぞれ前記スパーコードに対して配置するステップと、
前記スパーコードに対してそれぞれ前記コード締固め工具を締め固めるステップと
を含み、
前記外板と前記スパーとを組み立てるステップが、前記スパーおよび前記スパー締固め工具を内部工具に移すステップと、それぞれの前記外板の内側モールドラインを前記スパーコードに近接させた状態で、前記外板を前記内部工具に装着するステップとを含み、
前記スパーコードを硬化するステップが、前記スパーコードを前記外板および前記少なくとも1つのスパーウエブに締め固めるために前記スパー締固め工具を使用するステップを含む、
請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つの複合材スパーを2つの外板の間に、前記スパーの未硬化部分を前記外板に近接させた状態で、保持するようになされた工具と、
前記スパーの前記未硬化部分を硬化する際、前記工具を支持する固定具と
を備える、エーロフォイルボックスを製作する装置。 - 前記工具が、スパーをそれらの間に締め付けることができ、前記外板をそれらに取り付けることができる第1および第2の工具部分を備える、請求項11に記載の装置。
- それぞれの前記工具部分が、前記硬化に際し前記スパーの前記未硬化部分を締め固める少なくとも1つの真空バッグを備える、請求項11または請求項12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記固定具が、前記工具を貫通し、支持する複数の整合位置合わせロッドを備える、請求項11ないし13のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記工具が、前記第1および第2の工具部分を前記スパーに締め付けるクランプを備える、請求項11ないし14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
