Abstract
【解決手段】充電可能な一以上の二次電池1と、二次電池1を所定の姿勢で収納するための電池ホルダ70と、二次電池1を監視する電子回路を実装したパック基板74と、パック基板74を電気配線するための電気接続線85と、を備え、電気接続線85は、金属線を折曲して構成できる。これにより、金属線を用いた配線が実現され、配線後は電気接続線が固定されるため、振動などで従来のリード線のように移動、変形することが回避され、信頼性を高めることができる。また金属線の折曲という簡単な構成のため、製造が容易で製造コストも低減でき、加えて信頼性の向上に伴い、絶縁に必要な部材を低減してコストダウンを図ることもできる。

- 充電可能な一以上の二次電池(1)と、
前記二次電池(1)を所定の姿勢で収納するための電池ホルダ(70)と、
前記二次電池(1)を監視する電子回路を実装したパック基板(74)と、
前記パック基板(74)を電気配線するための電気接続線(85)と、
を備え、
前記電気接続線(85)が、金属線を折曲して構成されてなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1に記載の電池パックであって、
前記電気接続線(85)が、前記二次電池(1)の出力線であることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電池パックであって、
前記電気接続線(85)が、コ字状に折曲された折曲部(85a)を形成してなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項3に記載の電池パックであって、
前記電池ホルダ(70)が、その上面に前記電気接続線(85)の折曲部(85a)を保持するための保持リブ(78)を複数設けてなることを特徴とする電池パック。
